I was super skeptical because of other reviews on here, but I am super happy I took my car here. I did have to wait almost two months before my car was finished BUT that wasn t the shop s fault. The parts just took forever to come in.Great customer service even though I was annoyed sometimes.They did a fabulous job.

The man answering the phone wouldn't scheduled an appointment to get an estimate becuase I had the "wrong insurance". I told his that I was hit by a commercial truck. The adjustor contacted me and wanted me to get an estimate since his office was out of state and the man answering could careless. You all need to take "free estimate" off of your website and need to add what insurance companies you deal with.

Absolutely horrible experience. The work on my vehicle drug on from September 2021 until February 2022. They avoid answering the phone, to the point I had to use other people s phones to call. I had to bring and pick up my car over 10 times and the work is still not right. A tree limb fell on it doing minimal damage, the damage they did is far worse. When replacing my sunroof, the new one didn t fit properly. They assured me it was fine, it was not, rain POURED into my vehicle that same evening. Chelsea is fake and absolutely awful, the manager Lisa yelled at me, was rude and condescending. Horrible communication, extremely unprofessional, went out of their way to spite me, which is why I took so long to review the place, fear of the consequences if I ever did have to bring my car back. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life. They could not seem to comprehend why I was upset that I had to keep missing work to bring my car back and forth to be fixed, but I suppose when you run a business like that, work isn t important.

The worst experience ever!!! They were very nice at first; although they kept giving me false dates about when parts would be in. Once my car was repaired, I immediately noticed that my rear bumper was not repaired. After pointing this out, the weird sweet talk names they call you by stops sans the rudeness begins. The secretary in particular was the worst (telling me my car wasn t hit hard enough for damages I reported). She then over talks you and loses her composure). They are very untrustworthy and contradictory. They pass the blame on the insurance and tell you that the insurance company tells them not to fix your car. After reviewing my repair invoice, the bumper that wasn t repaired was actually charged to me, but not repaired! Very deceitful!!! I don t trust them to finish what the messed up!Service: Body & Trim

Beware. Would never recommend this business. They were not truthful and had fabricated delays over and over for a small repair. They routinely don't answer calls. The day that the repair was finally finished, the main component of the repair was obviously and blatantly crooked and not correct. When we pointed this out, they denied it until one of their own mechanics came out and immediately put it on the rack and fixed it. I completely understand that it is hard to order parts, etc. but I want to be told the honest truth. This place told us 10 different times that the part was in and it would be ready tomorrow. They never communicated with us, we had to call and call until finally they would text and say sorry not today.Service: Body & Trim

I am still waiting for my vehicle repairs to be finished, but I'm leaving this review because I am severely disappointed with the over promising and under delivering of this business. They were promising at first - they took my vehicle in quickly, communicated well, and answered all my questions. But now, they won't answer my calls, they will not call me, and they keep telling me it'll be ready and then I won't hear anything from them. It's just getting tiring at this point... We're one month in to them having my vehicle. Let's see how long this goes on.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

This company needs a zero star rating! These people are very rude! I tried to call about getting some body work done and Chelsea wouldn't not stop talking over me so I could give her some information and tried to ask questions but she was too busy interrupting me to acknowledge my questions and then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with Lisa who claims to be a manager but was extremely rude and would not stop talking over me. I requested the owner's information but she refused and hung up on me. It's not difficult to find an owner's information on your own. So Mr. Kingston, you need to be more careful who you are hiring because Lisa and Chelsea are running your customers off, including myself and the person that referred me to your company.

Southern Collision provides excellent services. I had my van repaired after an accident. The service and work is excellent. They kept me being updated of the progress of car repairing and did all work in a timely manner. On the day I picked up my car, I found a chip crack on the front windshield, called them if it was related to the car accident and included in the claim. They asked me to bring the car to the shop, and after checking, the manager kindly provided me a free windshield replacement service. Their glass person came to my work place to replace the windshield, which is very convenient. 100% recommendation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Twice I've had to get my new vehicle repaired due to the inept drivers on our highways. My 1st encounter with Southern Collision was a recommendation from my insurance company. Because of how I was treated, and the beautiful work done on my car, I didn't hesitate when I needed their services again... Awesome Customer Service !!!

This body shop over promises the completion time for their repairs and does not communicate back with the customer. I spent over 4 months on a simple bumper replacement. When I picked up my vehicle, it still was not complete (missing a tail light protector) and the detailing that they promised me was not done. In fact, they left black hand prints all over the roof of my Jeep. They also left a white, milky residue (which was probably Armor All) on the inside of my windshield. I guess they wanted to "attempt" a car detailing, but fell way short on a real one. It took me a long time to scrub the residue off the glass. I won't be using them in the future. If you read the Google Reviews, you'll see that they are from 2 plus years ago. Doesn't that seem odd? Also, if you come across a business that has a one-sentence review only or just an emoji...beware. That is the family and friends of the business trying to cover up the bad reviews. I was in a hit and run and was originally told it would be about 5 days until my car would be ready. Then it was changed to at least 9 days and I was told whoever told me it was supposed to be 5 days didn t know what they were talking about. I call today because it s now been 9 days and they tell me they received a wrong part so it s going to be another 5 days. I m paying for a rental car out of pocket and when I told the manager it s not fair for me to be compensated her response verbatim was don t take this the wrong way but it s not my fault either. Will absolutely 100% steer everyone I know away from using this company.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Southern did an excellent job repairing my vehicle after a recent accident. They dealt seamlessly with the insurance company, kept me informed every step of the way, and did a quality job on the repairs. They promised a reasonable timeline for the work to complete and finished when they promised, even with a few unforeseen issues arising.

I was very unimpressed with the level of services I received from this business called to ask a question to possibly have some work done I just wanted to get the front of my jeep repainted and I was very clear about what I wanted I was told that if I was not buying new parts for the front of my jeep my business wasn t worth the time she stated that if your not buying parts from us you will need to find a smaller body shop to do the work wow .. just wow . Grate job southern collision you really kno how to treat customers slow claps

From the initial phone call, to the the day I picked up my vehicle Southern exceeded all my expectations. You just don't find that friendly customer service aspect these days, of each person who came in contact with me. Excellent body work as well. Will recommend this business to all my family and friends. Thank you, Southern.

Professional, courteous personnel. Work completed before expected date. Work was beautiful my truck looked new. It was very clean and shiny. I was told that if I had any concerns or problems with work to bring my truck back.

I visited cuz Southern Collision about 7 months ago. I did not have to wait long at all 4 assistance by one of the centers Representatives. The problem is I don't know why I had an appointment to see a representative, because the appointment wasn't going to be for another month or two which made absolutely no sense to me why I was having an appointment for them to look at my vehicle. Plus I had already arranged for a rental car, and the person from Enterprise rental car company was already there waiting on me. It was very embarrassing for me to tell the person that works for Enterprise rental car company that I don't need them. Not that I don't need them as in marriage or man and wife, but as I did not need their services. Not that their services aren't valued by me, which they aren't, but it was just very embarrassing moment.

I came in to get a quote when deciding whether or not to turn my damage into insurance. I asked for two different quotes ( 1 that covered half the damage). After deciding to report the damage to insurance, despite the call with southern Collision where I confirmed that I wanted both parts fixed they reported only the one part to my insurance and only repaired the one part. They kept mentioning that the other part would be customer pay. Rather than correct the issue they told me that they believed the damage to be a result of prior damage and never offered to make the correction with insurance or repair the other part.I have used them two times prior. This third time was a mistake. I am extremely disappointed with the service!

A+ company to work with. I brought them a UTV that had a bent bracket and they while they told me they had never done this before they would attempt the repair. I have to say the finish product exceed my expectations. It looks as good as new. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very good service! Had a small issue when i picked my truck up. Brought it back the next morning and bad it back by lunch!!! Fantastic work on the paint blend and the people are great to work with! Would recommend 100%

I like this place there are very friendly and accommodatingI didn't actually get to get my car repaired at Southern Collision because USAA opened a special investigation on my insurance claim instead of paying me.... they approved my claim and then give me the money then opened the investigation and took the money out of my bank account

Brought car to get fixed they ended up able to fix it but broke a part of my door and left new scratches on the side of the doors. Good reception but bad repair service
