This is extremely personal. But these guys that work at this particular Simple Simon are the most misogynist I've ever seen. My daughter had been working there for the last few months. Every day was a struggle due to the demeaning attitude, at least by Vince & Adam. They spoke to her rudely. Stole customers. Blamed her for things that she DID NOT DO. The motto is about women. DO NOT FALL FOR IT WOMEN. This is not the place for you.I had to listen to her day after day, not knowing how to help her. Well, today, they fired her, saying her numbers weren't good enough after she's had her numbers go up substantially. I'm just saying. Would you want to spend your money at a place where the sales staff treats their female employees like dirt?

Simple Simon Tire & Care Care has a. very good selection of all types of car and truck tires. The prices were good and the service was excellent. A couple of hours in and out and I and I vintage 1990 Chevy Sport Van Mark lll is all ready for summer and Hurricane Season.One Love

Took my car in to get all 4 new tires mounted, balanced, and aligned. Originally they said it would take an hour and a half. Well 3 and a half hours later they were finally done. Then later that night one of my back tires is completely flat because they didn t tighten the valve stem all the way so air wouldn t stay in it. Also 2 of my key lug nuts are missing on my rims. They never gave paperwork or a receipt showing that they did the alignment on my car. Would not recommend going here. Edit: The manager ended up reaching out to me the day after and they were able to get everything fixed. They were very respectful and adamant about fixing the issue!Service: Tires

Showed up, was taken in immediately, maybe waited 30 minutes at the most for an alignment. It was definitely appreciated during this cold weather. Lots of space, everyone following covid protocols. Snacks and drinks available. We were comfortable. Customer service was excellent too. I will be back! Car is running great too!

Purchased five tires which one of the five ended up being defective. Not a big deal the guys took quick care of it quickly. The replacement was also defective which was noticed at the shop by the service dept before I picked the vehicle back up. I m assuming they were out of the same brand/price point tires so instead of calling me to explain this they just put the more expensive tire on which I never even noticed. These tires were for one of my box trucks so I didn t inspect after the service. Two weeks later I get multiple calls to my office saying that I need to pay for the more expensive tire which I still knew nothing about. Mr.Willie informed me that he thought Adam explained this to me and would get with him and give me a call back. The next day which I happened to be out of town I had multiple calls at my office again I paid the money which I shouldn t have but I will NEVER do business with simple Simon again or get any of my commercial trucks and private vehicles serviced. I tried to stay local instead of using the bigger shops but they completely dropped the ball. If I would have known on the front end it wouldn t have been an issue and I would have most likely agreed to the more expensive tires. What else also upset me is being called multiple times at my office when I m out of town which makes it look as though I m not paying my bills.

Came in 30 minutes to closing. I needed tires real bad. Mr Willie, so very polite quoted me my price and said we can take care of you. I am so very very grateful for him and Mt Derek for doing this at their time of closing. I will recommend any and everyone to stop by and see Mr. Willie. He was heaven sent for me. After my vehicle was serviced it was make noises that it was not making, before I arrived at the shop. I was told to drive the car and the noise would go away. I returned twice before they corrected they problem. They also tried to sell me parts my vehicle did not need, by telling me the noise was coming from other parts. The service preformed have one year warranty. An employee who I believe was the Manager told me not to bring my vehicle back to the shop, although I have about 11 months left on the warranty.

Today s service was pretty awesome. This is my first time here. The pricing, the customer service and the attention to detail were very impressive. Everyone was positive and friendly and I ll definitely be back.Came for new tires and a brake fluid change.Thanks Mr Willie and Roger!

Adam was excellent I couldn t catch everyone s name today but the lady and front staff was absolutely professional , nice and was very kind and helpful Adam made sure to check in on customers around the clock as I sat there waiting . I noticed a very well ran business with a great team . No lie my car is a 2012 and since I purchased it And had it worked on multiple times . This is by far the best service I ve had and my car drives 100% better !!!! THANK YALL ...I WILL COME AGAIN p.s I don t know the guys name who checked me out but he was excellent!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

Went in to have inspection and new tires. Adam was helpful and willing to go out his way to build rapport and he had genuine concern about every step of my vehicle issues and status. He did not nickel and dime me on every little item I needed. Great visit. Excellent service. Price was worth every penny just from service and short wait.

I brought my SUV to the shop for Engine light on, I spoke with Mr. Anthony on this matter, upon completion of service Mr Anthony advice me that there maybe some problems that shop was not equipped to handle, over all Mr Anthony was very professional & courteous, & I very much appreciate the above. I do intend to return to Simple Simon for future Associated matters if needed. Thank you & have an awesome week Mr Anthony & other staff. Yours Truly.

This was the worst place ever. They had my 2002 jeep grand Cherokee there for 8 weeks and charged me 425 for nothing. I still had to get my truck towed back home. These people had no clue whatsoever of what was wrong with my truck and had it for 8 weeks. I got so many lies from over 3 people every time I called to check on my truck. Please don't take your vehicle there unless you're getting tired or an oil change because they don't know nothing about anything else. I give this place a 0Service: Electrical

7777 Airline Hwy, Baton Rouge, La 70815 Simple SimonNot to be ugly, but this is the worst experience I have ever had. I had a bad stroke of luck and my truck needed a tune up. I have never had any trouble for as long as I have had this truck (339282 miles). Once I brought the truck to them they initially charged me $1014.64 and I agreed to that, then before I picked the truck up the bill was lowered $200. Once I drove the truck 2 blocks it went into limp mode and wouldn t accelerate over 10 miles an hour. I was almost rear-ended. I called them immediately and returned and they inspected it and found the wires into the transmission were burnt and I needed a cable gage. They also said my odometer wasn t working and that it wasn t working when they received the truck, but were able to put the exact mileage on the invoice. They agreed to fix the truck with no charge but after 6 weeks, they never found any parts nor attempted to reimburse me for the 814.64. I was understanding until they said that it was my fault for the burnt wires. I missed 2 weeks of work and I had to go out and buy another vehicle. I wanted to have my vehicle back but after 6+ weeks I wanted to atleast be offered to only pay for the material cost on the bill, not the labor, I understand that it s expensive and am willing to work with Simple simon. I will never come here again because every week they gave me the run around. This was a very expensive mistake and hope people read this and take this into consideration when bringing their vehicle for service here. Pit Stop Zachary off of hwy19 has always been better customer service and vehicle service. I wish I would have stuck with them.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Bought a "new" tire here in December, had to replace the tire now because it was separating. The mechanic showed me that the tire had fix a flat in it, I've never used fix a flat with this car. This place sold me a used tire as new for full price. They put my family at risk and charged me extra for it. I will never return to this place and I hope nobody else ever goes here either. Dishonest places like this make all other mechanics look bad.

Mr wiillie and staff were very helpful. They beat the prices if services quoted by dealers and other shops. Only complaint i had was they didn't reassemble interior parts as they found them

Not very professional and very slow, left car at 7:00 am still wasn t ready at 1:00 pm. The only other work to be done was a alignment and I didn t need so that was money I would have been charged for that I didn t need. It still shouldn t have taken until 1:00 pm. I m sorry that you feel that I m wrong in my review but I m actually not.

Rip off! The heater hose on my SUV busted, my vehicle ran hot. I took it to Simple Simon where they wanted to charge me $495 bucks, including labor and parts to fix it. I bought a heater hose and a few other pieces, costing me under 25 bucks. Had my nephew fix it and I was back up and running in no time. Do not waste your time going to Simple Simon! They are full of BS with their prices! You will regret it, I guarantee it!

I have to say they were pretty friendly. However, it took them 2 hours to install 2 tires. They told me it shouldn t take no more than an hour...Definitely not going back.

I paid 3600.00 $$ for work that wasn't done on my vehicle. Adam Simon my serviceadvisor lied about services that wasn'tperformed .Mr. Robert and Adam very unprofessional .Why would fraud be an issue when I have money the only fraud is simple Simon and grandson

The worst car service I've ever gotten. I brought my car to them after work (around 8 am) to get my air conditioner checked for a leak. I sat there for hours, while several people had came and left. I would go to the counter to ask them about my car and they would say that they are going to begin working on it. I'd check outside...and it would still be in the same place. When they found the problem, close to the closing time (around 1 pm), they told me the price to get it fixed and I scheduled an appointment. Before I scheduled my appointment, I told the guy that my class for school began at 11 am for that day. He told me that it would be fixed before then.I returned for my appointment before they opened (7 am), and the guy almost acted confused about it. I sat there for 30 minutes after they opened and my car had been sitting in the same spot I left it. It was about 9 am and they realized that I needed another part. The mechanic said that I would be out on time to make it to my class. It was 10:15 and I went up and told them that I had to leave. The guy at the counter took my money and seemed to be stalling. I went to sit down because they hadn't finished. I finally left at about 11:10. It would have taken about 30 minutes to get to my school from there. I missed my Pathophysiology class and received a 0% for my quiz.On my way to school, my tire was making a noise. As if something was rubbing against it. When I pulled over, the rubber flap over my tire had burned off from rubbing against the wheel.On top of all of this, the workers walked around listening to music, playing on their cell phones, and conversing instead of working on the cars. ALSO, one of the workers at the counter ( an older, medium sized, Caucasian male) WAS DRUNK AND HAD THE SMELL OF ALCOHOL ON HIS BREATH ON BOTH DAYS. Even my mom pointed it out to him. Very unprofessional. I witnessed another worker at the counter arguing with an upset customer about her service (missing a new tire she had just bought?).FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!

Went in for a 10 minute oil change as advertised by the flyer I received in the mail. Was told it would be at least and hour and a half (which probably meant 2-3 hrs). I asked why it would be so long when advertised for 10 min, the employee told me they were busy. I assume this is very common here, because they did not look very busy and had quite a few people standing around not working very efficiently.Total waste of time.

Very honest. Asked them to check my brakes after I was told by firestone that my brakes were bad (over a year ago). They looked at my brakes and showed me that I still had plenty of life left in my brakes (after a year...... Yeah....). Thumbs up for simple simon, thumbs down to firestone. Always get a second opinion after visiting firestone, this has happened to me more than once with them!!
