I needed air for my back, right tire, and I paid at racetrack and a couple other stores, but the air did not work. I went to Siegen car care Center and Hans checked the air for all 4 tires and filled them up for me. He also showed me where to look on drivers side door, so I would know how much air each tire took. Every time I ve ever needed. Anything to do with my vehicles. Siegen car care Center always takes care of me right. I m thankful for them! Our community is lucky to have their service.

Been going to this place since it opened decades ago and I never had not 1 problem with any of my Cars! Daniel, Bill and the whole crew working here is amazing! If you need an honest Mechanic this is the place. So look no further

Very nice and honest people who are willing to talk you through your options for fixing any issues. Even if you choose not to get something fixed right then.They always answered the phone and called me back when I had any questions or for updates about my car.

I was very lucky to only be a few yards away from them when a bolt sheered off of my alternator. That bolt supported a pully which my serpentine belt was on. They were fast, knowledgeable, pleasant, courteous, and all-around wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them!Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

A friend and co-worker of mine gave me their name and phone # after he d used them several times with great results. So, when I needed new tires, he suggested them. I explained my situation and what I liked. First of all, he immediately recognized my choice as being perfect for my truck, my driving, and my expectations. He looked these up because he didn t have my odd size on hand. He found them and gave me a total cost that was lower than either of the other 2 places I have dealt with many times in the past. I brought it in the next day and got them all changed out in a very timely manner and was notified promptly after all 4 were on and aligned. My total cost out the door was well under my other 2 quotes by roughly 20%, so I saved $200. Yes, I am happy with Siegen Car Care. Give them a chance at your vehicle s parts and repairs. Great local company to do business with!

This place is so honest! How crazy is that in today s world? They always get both mine & my husband s cars, because they tell us if nothing is actually wrong (which is what happened with mine this week) and when something is really wrong. They will always get our business.

I have been so fortunate to have an honest and amazing mechanic here in Georgia. When my son's vehicle broke down while away at LSU I thought we would surely get taken advantage of. After reading reviews, I had Siegan's recommended tow company pick my sons car up (within an hour!). I got a call the next day with what the issue was and though it was not worth the repair I would go back to these folks in a heart beat. They did not charge me for looking at the vehicle and even allowed the vehicle to stay at their location until I was able to find someone to buy it and pick up (3 days).Thank you Bill (I think that's his name), so much for helping me and my son, it is never easy when a parent is so far away but you made it as easy as possible!

I come here everytime my car needs looked at (usually oil/battery replacement). They open early and get to work right away. Bill at the desk is fun and polite, and ive never waited more than 2 hrs for work to be done. Great place, very convienent service.

They replaced my cooling system and a belt back in March for close to $700 but never checked the thermostat. Now today they charge me over $300 for a thermostat when they should ve checked out in the first place so I have spent close to $1000 at this place. The labor was just as much as the part. Not to mention my car stopped on the side of the road on my way to the airport and I had to get it towed and catch an Uber to the airport which cost me $153. Once I got home I had to have it towed again to the shop. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They are a rip off they take your money and do not do a thorough inspection of your vehicle do not waste your time or energy! Not a happy camper .If my car would ve never stopped in front of their shop then I could ve gotten it fixed with my own mechanic for a better price and better quality of work!!! Ladies do not go alone because they will scan you!!!!

this place is a godsend! I brought my vehicle here after having a very unsuccessful experience at the GMC dealer.My check engine light has been on for over a year. The guys checked out my truck for an AC leak and told me that my engine code could be fixed for a cheaper price since they were already going to be working near the same area, So it would cut down on labor cost. They were honest, way better priced than the dealer, and quick! I had my truck back the same day. Thank y all so much.Services: Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

This place is wonderful! Asked them to do an inspection on my car before we do some traveling and I had a very subtle sound coming from my breaks.He told me that my car was all ready to go, nothing needed. My break rotors were just resurfaced poorly and that was the source of the sound. He said that it would be an unnecessary cost to replace them.I asked for a transmission fluid flush and he quoted me the same on two separate occasions and recommended I did it a different way to save money and have the same thing done essentially.I see four things:-Honest because he is explaining why I DONT need unnecessary work done to my car.-Honest because he quoted the same price on two occasions.-Good management because I saw him working on the cars himself (quality assurance).-Good management because I was in and out in a reasonable time.Highly recommend!

We have used Siegen Car Care for many of our car repairs, and they never disappoint. They are very knowledgeable about fixing cars, and they treat you well. Most of the time, our cars have been fixed in the same day we dropped it off. Also, they are very reasonable with their prices. We have never had any repeat problems from the parts they repaired. A friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing will keep us coming back.

I called for a price to change a starter. He quoted me $550. When I went to pay for service, the price was almost $700. His name was Daniel. He lied. Charged me $409 for starter. It is $250 at Autozone!!!!!!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Pepboy quoted me $3,200 for the replacement of my AC condenser and Radiator, and Siegen car care quoted me only for $2,000 so I re-tolled my car to Siegen car care, it turns out to be the best decision I have made. At the end they only charged me $1,100 for completion of the job with excellence. The guys there are very nice and helpful too.

I am newer to the city and always nervous these days to just take my car anywhere but I am ever so grateful for this place and its staff. I could not have found a mechanic that is any more honest than Graham and the others there. I have just made my 4th or so visit to them and every single time has been a wonderful experience which I why I decided to leave a review. I have seen them treat every person that comes through the exact same honest way and can tell it isn't all about the money with them. I highly recommend them!!

My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Siegen Car Care for the last four years and have never had an issue. These guys are the real deal. I've always received clear and honest info about our repairs, and quite often they will go the extra mile to save you a few bucks. Highly recommended.

This mechanic is super fair and up front. Had an AC compressor replacement done in 2 days on a rusty corolla. I had just moved here and called up a couple places. This was the first time in my life where a mechanic credited another mechanic s work (talking about Siegan Car Care) When I asked for details on the repair they took the time to explain things not once, but twice! Walked me through their troubleshooting process just to be completely transparent. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. I m so glad they were the first place I took it to, and I couldn t be happier! Would recommend to anyone in the area.

These guys are the best! I bring both of my vehicles and my girl's Infiniti here. Half the cost of the dealership and much more trustworthy and honest advice about what repairs are needed right now, and what can possibly wait until later. Ive been coming here for years and won't even consider taking my cars and truck anywhere else. Dan and Graham are the best!

Best Car Shop in Baton Rouge, LA hands down. Daniel and his team have been servicing my vehicles for over ten years; ever since I trusted Firestone to fix my vehicle and they did absolutely nothing to fix it and charged me as if they did. Dont trust a name, people please, trust a track record. Siegen Car Care is honest and will keep your car dependable. Point blank.

Great people here! We visited them on a road trip and they were very helpful. We gave them approval to change both front and back break pads, but they ended up only seeing that the front needed to be replaced. They could have still changed them both, but they were very honest and only did what was necessary.

Came here after I was told by the Honda dealership that my car had some repairs that needed to be done immediately. I was just going to ask to get the repair done, but Daniel was great and said he wanted to check my car first to see if I really had to get the repair done. He looked at my car and said the repair wasn't needed. It saved me $300!

This is our go-to shop in Baton Rouge. They're reliable and quick, but more importantly they're good at communicating with customers and the price they quote is the price you pay. They have integrity, and we've been return customers for a while.

We were passing through and were having AC issues. We stopped by and spoke with Daniel. He was so kind to take a look right away. Unfortunately he couldn t find anything wrong but he did not even charge us for the diagnosis or his time. Super helpful, friendly man. I appreciate his honesty and care! I would highly recommend and come back if I lived in the area!
