I purchased my first brand new vehicle from here and Sonja was the best. I didn t know anything about financing a car upon arrival but she explained everything to me and exceeded my expectations. She got me into my dream car the same day, and always responds right away when I have any questions or concerns. She is so sweet and down to earth, so happy I came to Richards Honda.

Kylan Francis did a great job helping us with the selection and purchase of our new Pilot. He was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and not only friendly but went out of his way to facilitate every aspect of the process. This is our 3rd Richards Honda and we are sold on the quality of this dealership.

Jacob Browning was my salesman, and he was amazing help! This was my second car and he gave me all the information i was asking about with no problem! Loved that he had a smile on his face, the whole time. Greatly appreciated his help! The whole Honda team was great with helping me, and couldn t be happier with my new car!

I recently bought a 2021 Honda Accord from Richards Honda. My salesman was Mr Mark Patterson. He was excellent in helping me. He helped me thru the entire process. He made sure everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend Richards Honda and Mr Patterson.

I had a concern regarding my radio system lighting. I spoke with Ariel and Donna in service and they asked me to bring my car in so they could have someone look at it. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by both Donna and Ariel. Ariel went to get the foreman and pull another vehicle (same model as mine) next to mine so we can compare the issue. We discovered that the issue was not an issue but the way that it was designed to operate. Donna was waiting on me so she could bring my car back for a complementary oil change for my patients. I definitely recommend RICHARDS HONDA for your next purchase or even if you need something as simple as an oil change or tire rotation! Thank you Donna and Ariel!

Very Rude And Careless experience I had . Not to mention liars. Manipulating and deceitful. They are not up front and they use the worst financial companies around. The manager has no people skills. They only want the sale and they will manipulate and scheme to get it.
