If you see or hear about any other places, don't stop, past go. "Go to Precision Auto Body Specialist Shop." My son's vandalized vehicle was first towed to another place . The first place did an incomplete terrible job. So my son drove his car to this Precision Auto body shop. Precision Auto Body Shop not only corrected the first shop's mistakes, but did an excellent job completing the whole job. Thank you Precision for a job well done!!! My son is a very satisfied customer.

Walked in without an appointment and asked if they could pull my wrecked fender away from my front passenger door so that it could open again. The owner stepped out immediately, evaluated the situation, and grabbed the equipment needed. He had the fender pulled clear of the door and had me back on the road in minutes. Now, I'm ready to head back home with the family in my own vehicle and take care of everything locally. Thank you, good sir, for being so willing to help a stranger in need!

The paint work was good for the cost and they do know the insurance process well. You should expect to double the initial time estimates for the work. Attention to detail wasn't great; there were some trim pieces left not fully installed and license plate bolts were drilled into the front despite requests not to do so.

I was in an accident and my Subaru was badly rear ended. I took my vehicle to Precision and they did a FANTASTIC job fixing my car. My car was less than a year old and they restored it to its pre-wreck condition so well. I had to bring it to the dealership for service and they even commented on the great job that was done at Precision. Mike and Fabian were very kind and provided excellent customer service! 10/10 recommend this business!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Precision did an amazing job on my F-250. Falling tree limbs from Hurricane Ida did a number on my big red truck. The team not only made everything look new; they handled things with my insurance extremely well. The completed truck was presented to me after it was detailed, in and out. Our car flooded in May. After dealing with other car repair places and the insurance company, we landed at Precision, and I am SO glad we did! All of the work was done in a timely manner. I feel confident driving the car and everything was explained to me and every question was fully (and patiently) answered. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to all my friends.

Precision was a preferred body shop choice through my insurance company and based on reviews I chose to work with them. It was the best choice I could have made. From the moment I first called to see if my car had arrived from the towing lot, I was met with professionalism. I suppose Michael was able to see my name from caller ID and had my file pulled up before I could explain why I was calling. He was able to tell me exactly what they were looking into in terms of damage, was able to estimate how much longer the evaluation would take, and assured me that they had the contents of my car safely set aside until I could pick them up. He was efficient when sending the estimate and report to my insurance and called to let me know when it was sent it and what it said. I have already started recommending Precision Auto Body to friends and family who need work done and I will absolutely bring my new car if it has issues.I'm not sure about their pricing because it was handled through my insurance but even if it's a bit higher than the competition it's completely worth it to know your car and its repairs are in the hands of true professionals who care about you and your car.

Precision is, hands down, the BEST body shop in Baton Rouge!!! I've been to a handful of body shops that are my car insurance's go-to shops and was always disappointed with the quality of work. I finally stumbled upon Precision and have been going to them since (approx six years). I trust them so much they've even done non-body work on my car when I've been in a pickle, rather than taking it to the dealer. Bottom line, they really care about their customers and their quality of work. And they do work for a fair price.This place gives detail-oriented car lovers peace of mind! Highly recommend! A+++

The work done was great and the staff was very transparent and responsive. The detailing of my vehicle before release was appreciated. The one fault I noticed was during the cleaning of the interior dash, a piece was chipped off. But this was not entirely the shop's fault because the dash already had a small crack that probably just got caught on a rag and chipped off.

Precision Auto Body has worked on a few jobs for our family, and we couldn't be happier with their work, professionalism, and courtesy. They do a great job handling insurance paperwork, promptly return calls with updated information, and do it all cheerfully. I highly recommend them for any auto body work. They are good people.

Great job on my vehicle. They went above and beyond. These guys know how to provide customer service. Hope to never need them again but will definitely use them if I have damage to another vehicle.
