The lot for the trucks to back into the bay is now cleaned up and has much more room to pull in easier and faster. Since some drivers previously had issues backing in larger trucks due to pallets blocking part of the lot, all the pallets have now been removed and are gone. The lot is now bigger width wise so it will be easier to back in instead of having to hook it in hard and rock up and back to get it lined up. Hope this helps! I come here sometimes to pick up parts for my dad's shop. I've never been in the office but the warehouse staff are always welcoming. They're good at their jobs too. Fast and still abide by the safety regulations. The only thing I've heard anyone say this company should change is that they don't do delivery runs like the other two auto glass warehouses in Baton Rouge. In my opinion, out of the three, Pilkington is in the top two :)

the place cannot fit a 53 foot trailer hooked to a truck w a sleeper... had to hire a daycab to be able to dock and they had trouble... avoid, avoid, avoid
