The staff are very helpful and friendly. They welcome you in and are knowledgeable. Little on the pricey side, but worth it for the service and warranties they offer.

I'm a senior woman and have needed wiper blades for a while. I was on lunch and saw their store just a block or so from my work. Walked in was greeted very courteously, they had the blades I needed and installed them for me. Very impressed with the service and the sale.

I am not spending my money on stores that treat customers like they R doing me a favor.Oops, seems that is a common denominator @ all, everyone of the parts stores. You mean you can't get anybody to work.Then leave!

came in looking for a light to swap out on my suv. a big boy ask for the make and model, charge me for it and I left. after I checked the receipt, I see that he charged me for something else I didn't buy. seems like this place is overcharging people left and right like the other reviews stated. I will not come back to this place again and don't recommend them unless you want to get scammed and charged extras for items not on your list

Got the part I needed. Got the wrong part the 1st time. Now I know always ask the manager to make sure part is correct, because most of the employees working at the locations I went to were not cut to be a mechanic and will always mess up

Needed one 7443 bulb, only sold in twin pack or box of ten. Price is outrageously high over eight dollars for two bulbs or sixteen dollars for box of ten. Only needed a single bulb...will order on Amazon or Rockauto for a better price! Also found wiper blades and car/truck batteries were way over priced! For a person that is the parts industry for over forty years this crazy. Buyer beware!

10/10 would recommend!Had a suspected bad battery, guy came out and checked in just a minute. About 5 minutes later, drove away in a freshly installed battery. Could not have been easier.

I walked into your store nobody greeted me nobody asked what I needed everybody looked at me like I was lost. Then Christopher came and helped me but was rude to the point i wanted to take my business elsewhere. Sad workers.

I went to get an air filter at O'Reilly's on Florida boulevard today because none of them had a mask on they clearly have a sign on the door that says mask required to enter
