Astonishingly positive first-time experience!The technician greeted me as I parked the car. Within 30 seconds he located the damage and gave me a quoteFive minutes later, the damage was repaired, all tires were filled to optimal levels, and I was driving away with a smile on my face.

He recommended better ply tires for my trailer because he saw me constantly fixing my tires so after trying the new tires he recommended I ve had no problems I ve been using them for over 15 years always get awesome service I definitely recommend them to everyone I know

I woke up this morning to a flat tire. I was able to air up the tire with a portable compressor and drove to McDonald tire shop to get the tire fixed. Everyone at the shop was very friendly! The mechanic that helped me out was very kind and straightforward with me about the condition of my tire. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and it was very affordable!

My LSU student daughter blew out 2 tires. We had the car towed to the shop, the people were extremely courteous to her. Ordered her 2 new tires immediately & installed at a very reasonable price. I live in NOLA so it's hard to send your daughter to a place & expect her to get treated right at a reasonable price but this place did it. Can't thank them enough for being honest people. Will never send her anywhere else for tire problems.

I had an appointment for a front end alignment at 9am. Made it there for 845. The workers greeted me kindly, asked what I needed promptly. I filled out a work sheet inside and I cannot brag enough about this place's service! The main reason being the OWNER personally drove my truck for a test drive not once but twice to make sure the toe was set correctly! Also, most reasonable on balancing and rotation of tires. I highly recommend this place of business!

Excellent service, quickly, professionally and at fair price. I go out of my way to use McDonald Tire 2. I guarantee they will get you serviced more efficiently than any other tire shop you have ever been to. Every employee on the lot is focused on serving a customer and making it happen quickly.

They are really nice over there and definitely know what they are doing. I just came for the tires for the low tire pressure and the missing valve cap from one of my car tire which I fail to notice. Please come to them. They really make you feel welcome and help you with your car needs.

It's great if you're in a bind and need something to hold you over. They also have new tires. The prices are fair, they don't price gouge anyone.

Went in to get my tire plugged. When I say they are the bomb they are. He popped that wheel off and told me it had a nail and plugged in, and I was out in 10 minutes. Great job, as always, Mcdonald land

This is by far one of the best auto shops I've ever visited. They were very open and honest about my repairs. A previous auto shop (Mavis) incorrectly diagnosed my vehicle and McDonald's Tire found the real problem and properly repaired it. They stayed in constant communication with me while fixing my vehicle and they were very patient. There were 2 guys who assisted me (Bennett and I didn't get the other guy's name, but he is a slim guy and wore glasses) and they were absolutely courteous and extremely helpful. I've already recommended their services to a few friends. I've found my new auto shop.

I bought a set of tires for my daughter s car 8 months ago. I called around for quotes from different companies wasn t able to get in. McDonald Tire was able to fit us in on a late Friday evening. They are courteous and professional keeps you updated on the progress of the service. I m a customer for life. If you need service I highly recommend McDonald Tire .

Very professional got a price one day went back in one week and they fixed my car . very good price!!! Saved 50% from another quote from a different mechanic shop. Friendly honest people you will like to expense. Happy people.

I've had to go 3 times in the last few years an every time I was in an out in 15 minutes. I wasn't even charged once. Casual atmosphere. Good prices. Will go back every time i have nails, slow leaks. Or any tire problem. They got you covered and don't play around. Hard workers for sure. Thank you, Debbie in red Honda Fit.

Very professional business. The people there are hardworking and know their trade. I had a nail in my tire on my Lincoln. The dealership had to order a new tire and because my tires have foam in them to make the ride better, and quieter, the dealership couldn't do anything. Apparently they only patch for such issues, and tires with foam can not be patched. Of course, the tires are on backorder. I went to McDonald Tire and 20 minutes later they'd plugged my tire and it's good as new. I highly recommend them.

An experience I enjoyed from the time I drove there and left. The Techs are very good servicing vehicles. Management was awesome and proffesional and courteous. This is by far the best place in town to have service your vehicle! I called 10 tire shops of which only 8 answered the phone. The workers here are extremely pleasant & knowledgeable. Ms Rhonda must have given me a million quotes on 4 new tires and patiently explained the details, ratings, mileage, road hazard etc...Mr. Isaiah greeted my husband & I as soon as we parked. These guys are rock stars. My car was in & out in less than 45 minutes & rides like a new vehicle. To top all that off, the final price was cheaper than I expected. I would recommend everyone in need of tires to call McDonald's Tire on Florida & Sharp. Thank Y'all!

Had a nail through my tire and needed a replacement. Was on a tight schedule. Got the new tire priced and replaced in no time! Quick, efficient work- friendly, professional folks. Met lots of return customers while waiting. Will definitely go back when it s time for new tires.

This is the best place to take your car for anything tire related. I've been using McDonald for years and the service is top notch. They are friendly and know what they're doing. I've never been let down when I take my car there and know it's been done right when I leave. McDonald's is amazing! Keep up the great work guys!!
