I'm Mr Morrison I want to express that the work that was done was fine but was not complete the communication that should've taken place about the work that wasn't done should've been revealed by the serviceman. If there was supplement issue that info was not revealed until after the vehicle was picked up. This caused unnecessary confusion. The insurance company was notified and is working on the discrepancy. In conclusion communication was lacking and because of that it seemed as though there was deliberate withholding of information.

Spoke with Arman and got a flat quote for paint and body work needed. Told it would take 3 days to complete. Dropped off Monday afternoon, completed on Thursday. Other than no discounts to seniors or veterans, my experience was acceptable.
