I called L&S Automotive Friday the 3rd of November and talked to Calvin and told him I was in a bind with my car shredding a belt. He said get it to us and we will fix you up. He was exactly right. They changed both my belts and got me back on the road in record time. I had been reading reviews on these guys and they are on point. They did great work and their shop is immaculate. I was impressed. I ve taken my cars to Tri-care for over 15 years and I ve never been treated as good as L&S treated me. I m just saying if u looking for quality work and helpfulness take it to L&S and not TRI-CARE. Thanks to everyone that got my car back on the road at L&S!!! I ll be back for sure! I guess I forgot what a car should feel like driving because after bringing my car to L&S I have what feels like a brand new Chevy Spark! Everyone was so kind and patient with all of my questions! I will recommend them to anyone who will listen! I m over the moon with their customer service and quality of work!

The AC on my vehicle went out and I wasn t sure where I could bring it. I pass by L&S on my way to work one morning and decided to give them a call. They were able to fix the issues and the AC is working perfectly! I was very pleased with the work and how quickly they were able to work on the repairs. Their staff was professional and easy to work with. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend them. Thank you L&S.

Best mechanic shop in the area. I have been taking my vehicles to L&S for several years now and they are outstanding. L&S is a company I recommend anytime a friend or family member asks for my recommendation for a mechanic. The staff there could teach lessons to other companies on honesty, integrity, prompt service and an overall excellent customer experience.

I m usually hesitant about contacting someone for car repairs. When Carmax told me to contact repair pal, I chose L&S on Jefferson.Thank God I did. They were very easy to talk to. The shop was clean and organized. They kept me updated me on my vehicle. I had my service performed in a timely manner. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful.They are in my contact list. I recommend L&S Automotive Repairs to anyone seeking good workmanship and customer service experience.

Calvin assisted me with sessions customer service, answering all my questions. Amazing turn around time for your vehicle. Hands off experience, they take care of everything. My car was towed there and within two hours I was called and given a quote. Picked it up the next day.

Where I begin?. I had two lights come on and ac shut off off, but it went away. May have happened once before.. They treated it as three isolated incidents. Said couldn't duplicate lights, but claimed that a valve was leaking, and thats what they sold the warranty comp.ir was a lie cause I tested the ac for leaks. Try to sell me on oil change, despite me telling them how the oil changes go with my car. Tried to sell me on tire rotation. Tires were rotated 2miles ago.Claimed oil was leaking, that was a lie.The kicker, told me battery had low charge and too big. I had a problem installing it, so it's a bit crooked and I tested that battery too, I do have tools. They ended up costing me 307.00 and charged insurance company 800 plus.

Very informative and fair. They will explain everything in good detail and they do not leave you with the feeling that they are attempting to pressure you into getting additional work done. Additionally they do work on foreign cars. Definitely my favorite shop in Baton Rouge.

L & S Automotive has been our service shop for years. They have always done great work. We ve never experienced a problem after they completed the job. They give us a plan of what is crucial to fix now and things we can push out so we can budget accordingly. Will always use them.

I ve had several vehicles serviced at L&S over the past few years and have always had a positive experience. They are honest and will tell it like it is! I was having a problem with a tire that was previously fixed. Didn t know where to go as I live way north of Baton Rouge. I passed by L&S and took a chance that they could fix my tire. They weren t able to due to the position of the plug so I ended up getting two new tires. Matt was very helpful and took care of my problem in no time. I would definitely go back to them again.

I love this wonderful business! I ve been to 2 other shops for the same issue over the last year and a half and no one could figure out where the shrieking noise was coming from. Everyone at L&S was kind, thorough, professional, knowledeable and got my car all fixed up. I m so excited!! No more irritating noise and I feel way more confident knowing my car isn t just gonna shut down while driving because a belt might snap haha. Thank you so much! Highly recommend :)

After going back and forth with the Siegen KIA in reference to my check engine constantly coming on, I took my car to L&S and I have not had any problem with the check engine light. KIA just wanted me to buy a car, and the shoddy work they supposedly did, had to be redone anyway. I wish I knew about Matt and his crew sooner, it would have saved me a lot of time and headaches. I would highly recommend Matt and his crew to any if my friends. They are a dying breed of true professionals. Way to go Matt. Thank you so much.

These guys are incredible! I come from a huge family of mechanics, with a dad and uncles that would and could fix any and everything for us. I just started having to go elsewhere and the bar was set high. At L and S, you ll receive respect, hard work, patience, reliability, and prompt service and responses. I would and will recommend L and S to all my friends and family!

L&S was terrific! They were very prompt and communicative! I received calls from Matt daily about my vehicle; sometimes more often! What I expected to take at least one week, took only two days! I would recommend them to anyone! We will DEFINITELY use L&S again! We took the car in for a coolant leak and they also replaced the rear door actuator (with our permission, of course)! In the end, it cost a fraction of what I expected!Services: Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance

We have been taking our cars to L&S for over 25 years, which included a Honda, Mazdas, a couple oh Acura s, Toyota Sequoia and current cars Camary & Highlander. During this time they have been very dependable, professional and above all honest. They will advise what is needed to be repaired, then what is needed later down the road, meaning not to make you do the repairs all at once, this allows for repairs to be spread out & not one cost at once. L&S is our go to repair facility for as long as we can drive, MichaelOooooooooorah

These guys charged a Ridiculous amount for a diagnostic test came off real weird about pricing after bragging on equipment they had to work on foreign cars (Audi) in particular . Guy asked me how much I wanted to pay for a diagnostic test I said I only been charged 240$ at most so he goes well My guy is gonna look at it and we will call u back with a price . Guy calls back saying he cnt do the work on my car but He want 500+$ bucks just for looking at my car and not being able to work on it at all. When u clearly bragged on how confident u were that u could fix it . These guys are scammers and will price gorge you they currently still have my car and have hid it from me at a unknown location for ransom of 500$ for a diagnostic test do not Trust these ppl and they sent verbal threats when I asked about my cars were abouts smh

Excellent service. I had a big repair and they diagnosed it right away, talked with me about my options, then had it fixed by the next day. I m definitely using this shop again!
