This was by far the absolute most horrible experience I have ever had with any auto repair shop in the 50 years of my life and 30 + years in business. The so called Owner by the Name of Doug was a mean and ungrateful. He rude and impatient. it was clear that he did not value my $10,000 repair. It took them over 10 weeks to complete my simple repair. And one week of waiting time was for them to receive a a simple battery. The service Lady named Amy blocked my calls and did not answer me often :/ until the very end when she finally and immediately answered my incoming call to finally announce it was complete. The owner is and has no consideration whatsoever. I would charge you to RUN AWAY from this location! They didn t even fox my cracked window :/

Doug & his team were great. The process was long due to parts & insurance, but Doug & his team did a great job. Our truck looks like it did before the accident. Doug made himself available when I needed him to help talk with the insurance company and enterprise several times. He kept me posted on the status & even refused to use a part that was sent to him because the quality of that part was unacceptable & would jeopardize the safety of the vehicle.Services: Tires, Painting

I have a 2018 beetle. As most people know, beetles are currently no longer being made and parts can be scarce. I got some bumper damage to my late mother s beetle. I was absolutely devastated that I could not find anywhere that would be willing to fix a VW beetle. A friend recommended complete collision, and my expectations have been exceeded. After getting an estimate, they scheduled my repair a week later compared to a 2-4 month wait from other places. Doug worked diligently to find the parts. I got my car back today and just wow! It looks awesome. I m so glad that I get to continue driving my beetle!!! Thank you complete collision!!!Service: Body & Trim

After I was in my car accident my company chose Complete collision center to help evaluate the damage. Wow Mr. Doug Reed runs about as smooth and friendly of an operation as one could run. Fast, candid and above all else honest with every step of the process. Terrible experience with this business. Operates extremely suspiciously and does not put customer service first. Doug is extremely unprofessional and has a very short temper that is alarming. I tried to file and make a complaint with the BBB and realized they are not an accredited company. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here for anything.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The majority owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I couldn t express my concerns and be dealt with in a proper manner without being totally disrespected. They have very poor communication with their consumers. I did not appreciate the way I was handled. I am the consumer that had to pay you, which means my concerns should take precedence over your ego. My experience could have been extremely better than what I was given.

I spoke with Doug throughout my experience with the Complete Collision Center. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help me get my side mirror replaced. I was able to come in without an appointment one day for assessment and by the next week (after less than an hour after my appointment time), the mirror was fixed and as perfect as it was when I drove it away from the dealership. He's not a salesman, he's an actual human who wants to help you and your vehicle leave better off than it was brought in. I definitely recommend his and this company's services.

I was in a front end collision and the damage was significant. Doug and his team went to work immediately and did a wonderful job. They exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. I called complete collision center to get a quote on some clear coat scratches on a new car. I had been quoted up to 400 dollars from other companies in the area. I sent pictures and a video of the damage to their app, which was very convenient, and within a few hours I had received a reply. They told me to contact another local company that could do the work for a lot cheaper. I was really impressed with their honesty, they saved me a lot of time and money. If I ever do wind up needing body or paint work I ll definitely be coming back!

My 2014 GMC sierra got sideswiped on interstate in Baton Rouge. This was my first time dealing with a collision center. Really everything to do with it. I got the runaround by the insurance company that the person who hit me had Geico.I ended up having to get a total of two estimates for the insurance companies. After talking with the owner Mr. Doug, And seeing his facility and left my vehicle with him. It took a slight bit longer than anticipated but I m glad I use patience and kept it with them. My truck looks brand new. I d recommend Complete Collision, hopefully I won t have to go there again.

My vehicle was hit while parked. I endured pure trauma dealing with Progressive insurance to get my car fixed. The Baton Rouge office manager, Christine, was a complete gem!! She worked hard trying to negotiate prices with the progressive adjuster who was not budging on after market or salvage parts. In the end Complete Collision made sure my car was repaired with original parts and I appreciate them so much. I don't plan on anymore accidents but I HIGHLY recommend this location on Perkins Rd. Thank you Complete Collision! Christine you were awesome to work with!

I live in New Orleans and my daughter, an LSU student, was involved in an car accident in Baton Rouge. A family friend in Baton Rouge who owns a car dealership recommended Doug and Complete Collision. My insurance company wanted to repair my car, but Doug warned me that the vehicle would not be safe with engine/frame issues. Doug could have made much more money by convincing the insurance company (and I) to fix the vehicle, but he put honesty and integrity before money! The car was not repaired. Thank you Doug! It s long, but worth reading Listen, I did the research and even discarded family/friend s suggestions on body shops. I chose this place due to the reviews but I should have known better than to believe it could be that great. My vehicle was improperly fixed (from a different bodyshop) from a previous accident before I purchased it. After discovering that there was water leakage in the trunk along with an improper alignment- the dealership agreed to pay for all repairs to a bodyshop of my choice. It was clear from the beginning that this place has a very narrow minded atmosphere when the front desk lady didn t know how to handle my situation. After speaking to the owner, I knew this was gonna be difficult because he reeked of arrogance and even cut me off during my explanation. After I missed my first appointment, I called back to reschedule only to find out the front desk lady once again had no idea about who I was nor how to deal with my situation. Once my vehicle was ready for pick up, I examined it and noticed that my interior fabric panel was unsealed and messed up. Once Doug, the owner, decided he was ready to get off the phone and attend to my concerns it got disturbing. He stepped out with me and aggressively started ripping apart my interior trunk to dismiss my concerns. He ended up breaking plastic pieces only to admit that the panel was poorly handled by his people and would have to stay messed up because he had no interest in replacing it. He stated, i would not make a profit off of it . He continued to accuse this entire fiasco on the dealership, he didn t shut the hell up until I shot down every single diss he made at the dealership. After mentioning why only the leakage was fixed and not the entire trunk, he proceeded to say that he was unaware of those problems and expressed that he would refuse to fix it because the problems came from a poorly done job and not a collision. Cause that makes a difference? He stated, he knew no one who would fix this type of issue . Now I know this company, they are going to respond to this review and try to shift the blame on anyone besides themselves. Let me finish by saying, they are most definitely overpriced. They charged $500 in labor for $15 worth of items- no exaggeration. I do NOTA recommend, a dealership bodyshop is better and probably cheaper. This review is 100% honest, I am not being petty (1. The repairs are not coming out of my pocket anyway, 2. My vehicle is going to be repaired by the right people, 3. There is no reason to be petty). There is no exaggeration, I not once showed any form of disrespect to any of their staff including Doug. I gave this place the chance to fix their mistakes without being rude or exasperating, they said no so now I tell the story. Simple. So don t bother responding to this review Complete Collision, I have given you the opportunity to speak your truth and make things right. Don t make a front just because this is now public.Service: Body & Trim

Mr. Doug was the absolute best! He took in my vehicle at a time of need and was very precise and had everything handled in a timely manner! I am forever grateful for his recuse snd advise anyone in need to give him a call! They do great work! Panel gaps are even and the paint match is perfect. They communicate well and are easy to work with. They washed the inside and the outside of my truck which was a nice bonus.

I chose this collision center based off of a friend s recommendation. I now will recommend it to anyone! Doug was super helpful and definitely made the process pain-free on my end. They have the customer in mind which is something you don t find much these days. Choose this collision center over any others!!!!!!!!

Amazing people there. Even though I didn t do a direct business transaction with them, they were extremely helpful. I had a tire blow out by their shop and the boss had one of his guys drive me up to the local goodyear to get a new tire and came back to pick me up and bring me back to my car. Extremely grateful for them.

The owner went above and beyond helping my family in the crisis following our car accident. He helped us navigate the process of what to do snd how to do it. I m so grateful for his help and he didn t even charge us for a lot of things he could have. Thank you Doug for incredible assistance and Merry Christmas!

The plastic shield under my car was dragging the ground. Complete Collision Center off Perkins Rd. fixed it up in no time with no appointment. The employees were all great and very friendly! I highly recommend for all your auto needs!!

So I had a minor bumper issue that could have costs me hundreds of dollars in the long run. I drove up, no appointment, they saw me right away and gave me a very fair estimate, better than anybody else I talked to. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great customer service. Would definitely reccomend this place.

isn't this the place who left the keys in a customer's car which was then stolen and shot up, and then Complete Collision sued him to pay for the work that was supposedly done to the car before it was stolen? CC needs to accept responsibility here.

This collision shop is top notch! I would highly recommend using them for your collision needs. Christine went above and beyond to help me! I will defiantly use them again!
