Had Jim s install a leveling kit on my Tacoma and do a wheel alignment. These guys are GREAT. There is a reason they are recommended on any suspension and wheel alignment. They did a great job and a very fair price. I would not trust anyone else with any suspension issues. Brent is highly knowledgeable and very professional!

I went To Jim s about a week ago to get a wheel alignment on my Honda Accord. I had no problems scheduling my appointment and being seen on the day and time of my appointment. After paying and getting ready to leave, I noticed all lights were on, on the dash. I went back inside and asked were they going to go off after driving a few miles. They told me, no lights should be on, on the dash. I told them every light was now on and that when I brought it there I had no lights. A guy comes outside and argues me down telling me I had all those lights on when I arrived. He s literally going word for word with me and would not let me talk. I am 100% positive those lights were not on! Who would even work on a car if the whole dash was lit up with lights?! Fast forward to a week later, my dashboard is still lit up with different lights and warnings. I am now stuck with $1200 worth of repairs, per the Honda dealership.Service: Wheel alignment

Very straight forward and easy to deal with. I would recommend Jim's wheel alignment for sure. They did a camber bushing alignment on my f250 $150 cheaper than tri care wanted to charge. Did a good job

Excellent service! They got my vehicle back right it drives much better. Brought my car in for 2 new tires, front end alignment, left wheel bearing thub. I would highly recommend Jim's wheel alignment. Thanks!

I brought my car to get a alignment because my front side was off. I had two new tires on the front. All they they did was switched my ties and now my alignment pulls to the left side now. Don't go here it's a waist of time and money.

The front desk lady wasn't very friendly, and displayed better customer service towards other patrons entering and exiting the business. However the service tech guy was cordial and gave good feedback on my vehicle. But their front end alignments are recommended.

This is my second time coming by for a alignment on my lifted truck. Quality people, top quality work. I wouldn t recommend another place.

I am from out of town and showed up here without an appointment. They were super busy and were not able to see me right away. The woman at the front desk was exceptional however at greeting me warmly as soon as I opened the door, explaining the situation confidently and clearly with respect to them being shorthanded and booked for the next several days. She was the only one I interacted with and even though I had to go elsewhere to have the work done, because of how well she treated me I would absolutely return in the future if I needed their services.

I paid this company $1200 to get my Struts and shocks fix with an Alignment. When I got my car back I was still having issues with my car. When I turn it a Certain way my car still made a loud clicking noise. It also made a loud hemming noise. When I bought it back they said all joints were tight and nothing was loose. I feel like I was really ripped off because Im a female and was trusting this company to get the job done. I had to take my car else where where and the other shop told me my transmission axle on both driving and passenger sides was busted and I needed a wheel bearing. Please females do no make the same mistake and go to these shops by yourself because they will not fix everything you need to be fix and will try to rip you off. If i could change anything I would definitely take a man with me.

Brought my truck to 2 different alignment places in the Baton Rouge area. They both said there was nothing they could do about the truck pulling hard to the right. Then, I was referred to Jim's wheel alignment. Scheduled an appointment and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. Now, it drives straight as an arrow, and gets better gas mileage! Thanks to everyone at Jim's.

The service was excellent staff was extremely nice. When nobody else could do a four wheel alignment on my older Corvette they were able to do it and my car drives perfectly straight and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would most definitely recommend them for any type of alignment or suspension work.

Had an alignment done for my truck. Called and made an appointment. Came in, wasn t there too long and they were able to make the adjustments I needed that two previous shops couldn t.*if you like the spec sheet, make sure to ask before hand*Will come back if needed again in the future.

In Baton Rouge doing inspections for FEMA when I encountered front end issues on my 05 Lexus. I've always been skeptical of mechanics and the way they operate (especially dealerships). Being from out-of-town and needing my vehicle to complete work I always feel like a mechanic has me by the short hairs whenever I need repairs. I did a Google search and decided to give Jim's a try. I called Jim's on Thursday and couldn't get an appointment until Monday which was disappointing but c'est la vie.Arriving for my appointment 5 minutes late they had the diagnosis complete within 30 minutes. I needed a new CV axle and tire and they recommended replacing all of the tires. Long story short...I drove out of the lot 4 hours later in a car that drove "like new" again. I *might* have saved a couple of bucks looking for sale tires somewhere else but otherwise felt that I received completely HONEST work at an HONEST price.I highly recommend Jim's if you have the luxury of waiting a couple of days for an appointment.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

I know Jim's does great work. So great that I try to plan my schedule to make it out to them when the time comes for an alignment. This last time I went to have my alignment done I had a breathalyzer installed and the mechanic was too impatient to take 5 minutes to walk through instructions to disable it and allow for the work to be completed. I was quite frustrated when he came back in and said he was going to have to pass on my vehicle because he wasn't in the mood to deal with disabling the equipment. Completely unprofessional and a big let down.

I went in for a tire alignment and wheel rotation. I ended up need to purchase 2 tires. They got me in, diagnosed, and with new tires in about an hour. Great service and my car is driving smooth.Service: TiresService: Tires

So...I have an Audi A7. I was told I needed an alignment BAD by Audi BR. Jim s has been doing my vehicles since I can remember. I ve never taken it myself but my father swore by them, rest his soul and my ex husband only goes there. Today I took my car myself.FAST!Professional!!Car rides like new again!!thanks Jim s alignment.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7 AM to have an alignment. It was discovered that my tie rod ends were bad and needed to be replaced. They were still able to get me out of the door by 9:15. Excellent service

Went there for an alignment and the guy only checked one side instead of both sides so I had to go back almost a week later because of issues. Stayed there for almost another hour only to get off from work and on my way home went out of alignment even worse. Paid 109.00 for absolutely nothing.. they dont even have computers for alignments they just do some stuff and go for a ride come back and do some more stuff until they get ot sorta right. Just a big guessing game if you ask me. Will not be going there ever again.

Our awesome come-to-your-driveway mechanic said this is his favorite alignment spot. He was right. Our experience was awesome. Make an appointment, as they request, so they can take care of you quickly.

Jim over charged me I paid 332.00 for a front end alignment . He added a charge for knocking out the camber pins 120.00 and I changed the camber pins left the adjustment tab on backwards thought that's what he was doing nope those are still on backwards. Also the camber pins are part of the front alignment. I watched several peoples pick their vehicle up because he was saying extra stuff was wrong and wasnt. Wish I would have just gotten another place to do it. The quote over the phone was 159.00 for alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Hello,Well, I m originally from New Orleans, after Hurricane Katrina I moved to Baton Rouge. l lived there for 10 years... after the August 16th. flood in Baton Rouge in 2016. I moved back to New Orleans. While living in Baton Rouge I discovered Jim Wheel Alignment Shop on Airline Hwy. After that I ve always had my cars worked on at Jim s. They re very professional and do a excellent job. Now that I ve moved back to New Orleans... whenever I need any front end work done to my cars, I always make an appointment and drive back to Jim s in Baton Rouge to get it done.
