Best customer service and product in the business. I ve been using them for years and have been extremely impressed with the dependability of the product and the custom service at the Baton Rouge Airline Highway location. I plan to continue using their batteries long term. It s hard to find a company like this these days.

I have to say my experience with Interstate was beyond my expectations. The lady and young gentleman was more than satisfied with me. I stopped to have my battery check. And it had a bad cell. Before they offer a new battery. She made sure my old battery had no warranty. And it wasn't. Then she shared the offers they have. I chose the best. Since I plan to keep my car for years to come.Later that day at a gas station. I noticed a person having the same issue. I showed them my new battery. Told this person if he is short on cash. They offer three different prices. They understand your circumstances.I highly recommend this store.....

From the start it was obvious I was dealing with a competent person. Anita answered the phone like a professional. She was concise, clear, and very helpful. I totally recommend this store, it's clean and I had a good experience and got a great deal.One caveat however my Google Maps took me all the way around Allstar Chevy, all the way around an alley and then back out to the street because I made a left onto Sherwood when I was headed south east on 61. Get on the service road on the Eastside of 61 and make it easy on yourself. Nothing but good things to say about this store!

Professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented company. Anita the office manager was so helpful. Within 20 minutes my newshiny Interstate battery was installed and I was on my way. Thanks Interstate Batteries on Airline HWY !

I purchased a battery for my SUV from them almost 4yrs ago & it still has a valid 6yr warranty on it as of today. I called them on the phone to see what amout of money, if any, would I have to pay for a new battery if I had to exchange mine if it was found to be no good/dead. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely uninterested, not @ all eager to help me, very unpleasant, & slower than molasses while assisting me on the phone after she told me herself that no one else was in the store w/her @ the time besides 1 other employee. She then went on to inform me that W/MY CURRENT & VERY VALID WARRANTY ALONG W/THE $15-$18.00 OLD BATTERY RECYCLING FEE 'REFUND,' THE PRO-RATED AMT FOR MY NEW BATTERY WOULD BE $135.00 (& THAT'S NOT INCLUDING THE TAX MIND YOU). I then asked her how would we know for certain @ all if it was my battery that was the actual problem or not, being as though it has never been checked on any kind of actual machine/equipment used to test it w/the possibility of my problem/issue being caused from and/or related to the connection, the alternator, starter, etc & not the battery itself. She told me that she was positive that it was my battery bc it was almost 4yrs old & that's when they normally "go bad." I didn't know that anyone who's only responsible for answering calls & being a cashier @ the front counter who wasn't skilled, experienced, certified, etc as an auto tech/mechanic & who had never even laid eyes on my vehicle @ all before was able to fully, properly, professionally, & effectively assess & diagnose my auto issue @ hand via the phone like that. Dealing w/a clairvoyant non-certified, unskilled, auto "professional" like her was most definitely a 1st for me . That's not to mention the fact that both Wal-Mart & AutoZone happen to carry new batteries that fit my vehicle (& also come w/a 5yr warranty @ both places) for $100.00 max w/tax in addition to the $15-$18.00 battery recycling fee/"refund." Needless to say, I will never do business w/Interstate ever again in life nor would I suggest them to anyone who's breathing
