I went in with cash and ready for zero nonsense. I knew what I wanted and what i could pay. I spoke with Tee Vessel who guided me through the process quickly and professionally with a smile. Nick sales manager was reasonable and met me. Tee delivered my beautiful truck. I would highly recommend . Ask for Tee

On April 3rd I purchased my Jeep. I had an AMAZING experience with Tanya. The connection was definitely meant to be. Everyone greeted me. Even the cat that has taken permanent residence there. The process was seamless and I was in and out.10/10 RECOMMEND

I purchased a used vehicle from Tanya . She was excellent to work with. Did not pressure. Gave honest answers and made sure my time and intelligence was respected. I got a very fair offer on my trade-in and a below market price on the used vehicle I was after. If you are headed this way you should ask for "Tee"

I ordered a Bronco 2 years ago, and it arrived yesterday. Marlin and Tanya were excellent to work with. The trade in was super easy and fair, and the financing was streamlined and they shipped for our best price. The finance manager was super helpful and nice. We are more than happy with our purchase!!

Really nice people. Great experience.I bought a 2017 ford explorer and really love my car. I got great customer service. My sales person Joel's was really nice and helpful with my concerns about the vehicle and got them repaired and I'm loving my new ride.

Poor customer serviceThis dealer treats its customers poorly. Back on October 19th, I ordered 4 parts from this dealer. I received 3 parts in good condition, but one part took too long to arrive because Hollingsworth Richards Ford missed my address. However, I received the part one month later, on 11/21/2022, and to no one's surprise, the part I received doesn't fit with my car. The part is an engine mount, and my engine mount has a wire and a socket. They sent me two parts: one is a transmission mount, and the other appears to be an engine mount but lacks a wire with a socket. I tried to contact Hollingsworth Richards Ford's customer service to solve the issue, and I sent them every proof that they sent the worn part, but they didn't respond with the right thing. Hollingsworth Richards Ford told me they will refund me only %70 of the part's value, which is unacceptable; it's not my fault that they sent me the wrong part. So, I demand the full value of the part plus the shipping fee I paid to receive the part that doesn't fit my car.I am still awaiting a response from the dealership and am writing this in hopes that they will respond properly and in good faith before we have to go to the next level.

Purchased a new F150 Raptor 6 months ago, truck needs work under warranty (these vehicles are built terribly) and the dealer said it has no loaner cars to support. Happy to wait a month or two but I was told no loaners are available to me. Going into the store, sales absolutely says there is but only if you purchase a vehicle from the dealer and that the service manager only supports vehicles purchased from them. Disappointed this Ford main dealership won t help despite having the resources to support.

Nick Big Nick Williams is the absolute best!! Ordered my Bronco while my husband was trading in for his F250 (ordered through Nick too) and Nick was informative, helpful and very attentive through the entire process we all know the Bronco order fun ! I truly could NOT have asked for a better salesman to work with! We live in Deville and Nick arranged delivery for me to save me some work hours and that was just as perfect of a transaction as the order and sale! Geaux see BIG NICK for your next purchase!

Absolutely no pressure sales I went in to build and buy a Bronco and that s what happened. No frivolous extras like a bow or anything for my very first brand new vehicle - but overall a pleasant experience .

I placed my order with Josh S. on 11/12/21. I took delivery on 10/14/22. The entire process and experience was awesome. He helped me to build my dream Bronco. Took care of all my concerns. Marlin was a great salesperson. We came in and told him up from that we were test driving different types of SUVs (Explorer, Acadia, Traverse, etc). He answered all of our questions, let us test drive, and gave us all of the info on the particular Explorer we looked at. When we were ready to leave he didn t push us into buying anything. He gave us his card and told us to let him know if we had anymore questions. It was truly hassle-free. We ended up not liking the other vehicles (and the other dealerships were a bit pushy when we wanted to leave empty-handed) and came back to this dealership the same day to purchase from Marlin.He was on his lunch break, but hurried back to the dealership to help us. It was an all around amazing experience from everyone involved. They helped get us the trade-in amount and monthly payment we wanted! Thank you, Marlin!

Fantastic experience with Blake, Adams and Gary. I was unknowledgeable about the options at the end of the lease. Brooks and Adams gave me enough information to make the decision that was right for us and stayed in contact until we got in to complete the transaction. When we arrived, Brooks closed out the lease immediately. Adams helped us with the finance app and got us in contact with Gary. Gary got us financed quickly and back on the road. We were in and out in 1 hour which must be a record. All of this with all smiles and they didn t even get to sell a car. If you get service this good when they know they aren t getting a sale, it has to be an incredible experience when a sale is possible/probable. I know where I am going for my next car. Thanks Brooks, Adams and Gary! Great experience!

Flew from Tampa FL to pick up a brand new GT350. Worked with Marlin and Edward over email and phone calls prior to pick up. No surprise or gimmicks whenever I picked up the car. They picked me up from the airport I signed all the paper work and was driving away within 30 minutes. I was a pleasure dealing with Hollingsworth Richards Ford.

Excellent buying experience! The group at Hollingsworth really made it easy. I asked several questions on Facebook messenger, then emails, and text..Kailey answered all my questions and got the ball rolling. Arrived at the dealership and met the salesman Joel LeDay, he did an excellent job. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed to buy. I have purchased vehicles from several Ford dealers in past years and this last purchase I honestly feel was the most stress free. Thank you!

Recently bought a maverick hybrid from them. If you know anything about these currently is that they re hard to come by and at least 90% or so of dealers markup the hybrid mavericks.Hollingsworth didn t and there was no hassle and they were straight forward.No shenanigans and even helped me save more money than planned.They will have a repeat customer from me and I highly recommend visiting them. My sales rep Adams did great.

This was the best experience ever!Please go see Tanya Tee Vessel the lady is amazing!! They delivered my car 200 miles no charge! Everything was done online . Shot out to the sales manager it was a few problems with the two molding. I was told by Ms Vessel to take to any body and they would handle the bill. Also I ask for extra key they meet that for me! It was something in the contract I didn t agree to nor knew about . The financial manager told me he would take off and just send me a check.Sorry for so much but these people earned my business from now on out . Go see Big Tee!

Tanya and the team made buying our 2018 F150 such a wonderful experience from the beginning when inquiring online... to signing papers... to driving off the lot!! We scheduled an appointment to see the truck and when we arrived at the dealership, Tanya Vessel greeted us like she had known us her whole life! We had our two kids with us... crazy, we know!! But as soon as we walked in, the staff was friendly and did not mind one bit that they were there with us... even when they got fussy! Tanya took my husband for a test drive and within 30 minutes we had made the decision to purchase the truck!!! The finance guy (I'm sorry I cant remember his name) was wonderful as well! He was able to explain anything we didn't understand, and did his best to get everything to our liking!I highly recommend Tanya and Hollingsworth Richards Ford!!

I am a first time customer and I was very pleased with the transaction. They did it very quickly and made it easy. They drove my new Bronco to Alabama and drove my Trade-In back for no charge. They took my company check from out-of-state without forcing me to get a Cashier's Check. I never left my office and they delivered the car 7 hours away the same day I called to buy it. Nick and the crew did an excellent job. The driver, Mike, is an outstanding guy.

The purchase process was very quick and easy with great customer service. But that s about the best I can say about Hollingsworth Ford. Purchased a new f-150 lariat. Getting anything serviced or warrantied through this dealership is an absolute nightmare! Can t get anything scheduled or a call back after leaving several messages for the service department. Getting a loaner is practically impossible. I now own a brand new 75k truck with issues this dealership has no intentions on helping fix.
