Came this past weekend from out of town for the lsu game & I stopped at the gas station next door. As I was leaving my car decided to break down in the gas station lot, 4 of these very kind workers walked over and helped me figure out what was wrong with my car. Even though they were closing in 20 minutes they still went above and beyond to do the best they could to get me back on the road and managed to do so even without having the part to fix my car! We tried to offer them some money for the help and they refused all they wanted to hear was go tigers!! This place saved my vacation & my car made it the rest of the weekend & 6 hours home. AMAZING SERVICE!! Thank you again!!!

I had an emergency of a nail in the center of the tire. I'm a professional driver. Had a client to pickup and drive from BTR to MSY. Concerned for our safety to drive with a passengers so I plead my case for help. We are going to be stuck here and client will not make the flight (home).The response was, I have to either make you angry or the others that are in front of you angry. I choose not to make them angry. (Customer training anyone)But I have an emergency, said ok and left. Apparently my emergency and I were not important enough, is the take away.Any pro tire shop, 15 min to plug the hole or since I'm a loyal Good Year customer with insurance on the tire, 25 min for a new one.If you have an emergency don't waste your time with this mismanaged Good Year instead go to a Mom and Pop shop or FIRESTONE up the street. I think the only one that was really angry was her.

Geaux tigers! These folks saved my trip to BR while they were trying to shut down for the day on a Friday. I came for the rebs but i left a tiger.

Good location for very close to the downtown area.
