10/10 would recommend Gerry Lane Collision Center. Trust me- if you are reading these reviews to get the most honest collision center along with top notch customer service- Gerry Lane Collison Center is the one! A lady hit me from behind in my BRAND NEW Z71 Tahoe. I was sick to my stomach. I emailed Gerry Lane Collison Center just to get an idea of the whole process. I spoke with Alex, who was MORE than helpful and patient with me asking several questions and responded extremely quickly through email. Once we set up the appt for me to drop off my vehicle, I never had to ask the update. John kept me updated several times throughout the process. My car looks just like new! They even followed up with me to make sure everything was still good. I appreciate them so much! The customer service is like no other.

The service at the Gerry Lane Collision Center was exemplary. From the initial visit, where the damage to my vehicle was evaluated, to the repair and the eventual return to us, everything went according to plan. We were kept informed every step of the way. We were advised when some additional damage was found (it had been hidden behind a damaged bumper), and all the work was priced very fairly. There were no surprises, a mark of a well-run operation. John Poplin was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me updated on our progress and was always around to answer questions. No one wants to deal with a collision center, but if you do having someone like John helping you makes the process much less painful.

Repair and restoration following an accident were impeccable. Honestly looked better than when we purchased the vehicle. Customer service provided by Elizabeth Poplin should be the industry standard. She was in constant communication providing updates every step of the way. She also navigated the intricacies of dealing with the insurance company to expedite payment and ultimate release of our vehicle. Couldn t be happier!

I was involved in an unfortunate accident. Gerry Lane was the only collision center I contacted who was able to get to working on my car shortly after my accident. The representatives at Gerry Lane were constantly keeping me informed with the progress of the working being done. They did an amazing job, as my car basically looks like new!Service: Body & Trim

I had my car repaired here after a car accident and the service I received was amazing! My parts took a while to come in but that wasn t the shops fault it was just due to the delay going on everywhere making it difficult to receive products. But while waiting for the parts and while my car was being repaired Elizabeth from the collision center gave me the best customer service I have probably ever had. She kept in contact with me always keeping me up to date on parts arriving, what they were still waiting on and expected delivery dates for the parts. Also while my car was being fixed she gave me updated every couple of days on what was being done and what was left to do. Although getting the parts was a long process, Elizabeth made me feel assured she was doing everything she could to get things taken care of. There was not a week that passed that I was not contacted with updates during this process. I will use them anytime in the future if I need these services and would recommend them to anyone. We had only been in our brand new Cadillac for 4 months when I got rear ended. It was scary. But Elizabeth & Alex and the team at Gerry Lane Cadillac Collision Center made the process of getting my vehicle repaired SO very painless! They truly helped and guided me along the process and took extra steps to even deal with the insurance agents and adjusters instead of passing that headache on to me. They kept me up to date on the repair timeline every step of the way, coordinated with insurance so I didn't have to, and returned my vehicle in pristine condition. The personnel at Gerry Lanes Collision Shop did their usual high quality work. They were professional and friendly. I had a maintenance issue with a door switch The Service Department tried to contact me to begin repair. I missed their call late that evening but made. Attempts before the end of that business day and the morning and afternoon of the following day without any success. I decided to pick up my vehicle and explore other options. I was charged $120 for diagnostics that amounted to trying the switch to see if it worked, which I had done before. I was also informed of other services they could provide that were severely overpriced. This incident as well as similar experiences is the reason that I probably won t ever purchase another vehicle from this dealership again. Took my truck here after it was hit on the driver s side door and fender. The team at Gerry Land we re very helpful and got my truck in within days. They were easy to work with and submitted all the supplemental repairs to my insurance company for me. The awesome folks at the Gerry Lane Chevrolet Collision Center really could not have been nicer or more helpful when I brought in my Chevy Spark to be repaired recently. When I first got there, Chris Timon VERY kindly came out with us and used a fantastic tool called a "slide hammer" to help us pull out part of the car door so that we could at least open it until we could get it repaired properly. He worked on it about 15 minutes to get it to be usable. He did this without any payment or expectations! Super nice guy. Kevin Dartez and Elizabeth Poplin were also VERY helpful not only in answering my many questions, but also they kept me in the loop with each step having to do with the repair estimate, parts ordering, and dealing with my Insurance company. My car was ready when they said it would be and it looks FANTASTIC, as though it was not in a wreck. I am so impressed with this group! I would recommend them to anybody who needs collision repair work. Really, such a nice, well organized, hard working bunch. Exceeded my expectations! I was told my car would be finish within two weeks. The day I was told to pick up my car i had pieces that were falling off or sticking out. Elizabeth did inform me throughout the process. The repair work is not the best in my opinion because there is more space in my new door than the original was so i probably will be able to hear air coming through my car while driving.
