This was my first time at this dealership. I had a 7:30 appt for routine maintenance. So happy to say, my experience was not routine. As a Genesis owner, this is the luxury experience I ve been wanting and waiting for. I met the the GM, Brian, who was so welcoming and took the time to interact and point out the amenities. It s beautiful and caters to the customers comfort and needs. In the waiting area, they have USB ports and sockets on the table next to the chairs. The entire layout is so soothing and relaxing (soft jazz music). The color and decor is perfect. There s also an additional seating area, with large couches, enclosed by shaded panels to avoid the sun coming through the windows. Coffee, drinks, muffins, water, and soda are in plentiful supply. I could have sat here for hours. There were a few minor issues that comes with opening any new business, but they pale in comparison to my overall experience. I will definitely continue to come here and spread the word for other G-owners who ve been whining about not having the service experience that other luxury brands provide. Look no further, it s here!!!Exit 1: I had to come back and add that I met a nice young lady named Baylea who stopped to check on me to see if I needed anything. She also assisted with a misunderstanding with the extended warranty. Thank you for your warmth and concern. I ll see you all in six months.Edit 2: I forgot the very nice gentleman that I met when I first pulled up to the Hyundai service center. He directed me to where I needed to be. Because my appointment was so early, he checked to make sure I didn t need anything while waiting on the service department to open. He came back a couple of times to make sure everything was taken care of. You can tell that he enjoys his job. Thank you so much. Reggie and I look forward to seeing your friendly face real soon.

This was the best experience ever had with the dealership. My sales representative, Elham Alshaer, made sure the process was done without a worry in the world. I never thought I d find such an honest and trustworthy car sales person but she is that and more! Even after I purchased the car she handed all questions i had with my setup, app support. I once was a Toyota man but not anymore!

davenisha_jasonHey my name is Davenisha Pittman I purchased my vehicle from all star genesis back on 10/26/2021 however since I purchased my vehicle it has been having problems I have been back in forth to Hyundai of Harvey and also All Star Hyundai it started with my window trim discoloring i originally ordered replacements part from Hyundai of Harvey before they could do the work my car was wracked and State Farm paid out over 15k for it to be fixed my car was wracked in June 2022 I picked upMy car December 27th 2022 after them telling me I should have had my car back soon as parts came in again I was without a car for almost 7 months still paying car note and car insurance still while having to pay for a rental car when I picked up car I noticed the hood looked like it was not closing all the way it still looked lifted they told me they will call me when a appointment was available however I never received a call my daughter passed away January 2nd 2023 so a car was not on my mind honestly so I wasn t driving again January 12th I had to bring my car in because my tire was low and also told them about the trim on my window again 6/26 I was back there because I told them my car was having problems and it was not picking up speed 7/28 I had to get a transmission module fuel pump changed I went to pick up my car and noticed my driver seat was leaning I brought I back to dealership they had to order a frame assembly for seat on 10/11 I had to have a injector replaced now on 01/03/2024 I pointed out everything that was still wrong with my car weather strips door panel trim 1st I had to drive 1hr away just for to take pictures then I got a appointment about 3 weeks later when parts came in when i mentioned to the service advisor about Crome piece peeling on my door she told me it s wear and tear it wasn t under warranty I asked to speak to manager and she stated he was in a meeting so I left my number and asked can he give me a call asap and of course that never happen no one never called so when I went back to get car worked on I noticed they had change the Crome pieces by vent and on passanger door but not on driver side I asked the advisor about that she said oh you will have to bring it back because we will have to order more parts I said well when I came in the 1st time you all couldn t order parts and she said I had to have my manager look at it 1st so again I asked to speak to manager she stated again that he s In a meeting she told me well it s nothing she can do for me because my car was wrecked before i asked to speak to management again and she said they where still in a meeting so I walked over to to Hyundai and the guy brain was sitting in his office I spoke to him and explained my concerns and he s telling me they never replace trim on back glass I told him I never replaced it either so I m not sure what s going on I just need all of it to match I also pointed out the work his guys has just done and showed him how everything was messed up and he still couldn t help he told me he will give me a call and still he haven t called I have been to Baton Rouge 4 times since this year have started all to be turn around each time I m very frustrated and just want a different car because I m not getting any help and I have already extended my hand multiple timesMy door is not lining up as we speak u have to force it closeI already had a fuel injector replacedI already had a fuel pump replacedI had to get moldings and trim on door replacedI had to have driver seat replacePaint is peelingWindow is cracked no rock chip or anythingCrome in the inside of the car is peelingsCar is not even 2 years old and I have been trying to get issues fixed for over a year and it s still nothing this is really stressful and I m pissed Claim number is 22603440 I have reached out to genesis manufacturer and no one has replied yet I went to all star Hyundai spoke to manager he said he will give me a call left message for GM and he still haven t called

I would recommend Genesis of Baton Rouge to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The building is clean, peaceful, and so beautiful ! I worked with Elham. She made my experience of buying my first car a breeze ! She s so sweet , knowledgeable, patient, and goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. Management is top notch! Thank you Genesis of Baton Rouge. I m extremely grateful and satisfied with my purchase. Make sure you ask for Elham when you go. You won t regret it !

I joined the Genesis family thanks to Aaron Hilliard (Sales Consultant) and Steven Irvin (Sales Manager). I purchased a 2023 GV70. I was super nervous but Aaron made my buying experience very easy and super pleasant. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind, and above all professional. He went over every feature and pointed out the smallest of details to me. A few days ago he called to check on me and offer me yet another tutorial on the features of my vehicle. I love my SUV! But having a salesperson like Aaron helps me to enjoy it all the more knowing that if I should need anything he is a phone call away. It's like being a part of a family. I highly recommend you stop by and ask for Aaron.Steven is the Godfather of Genesis, he will make sure that you are well taken care. He's honest and personable. If it can be done, Steve can and will get it done. Thank me later!

If you're looking for a Genesis, I highly recommend Sales Consultant Aaron Hilliard! He embodies all the great characteristics of a sales associate with patience being at the forefront. I initially didn't feel like I was having the best experience, but he and his manager(Steven) quickly turned things around and made for the ultimate Genesis experience. Had my car towed there because my GV80 had a flat. They were very fast at fixing my car and brought it to me in a timely manner. Baylea was so professional and nice. She kept great communication the whole time. Did I mention that I lived one and half hour away! So I'm so ecstatic that they literally went the extra mile for me. Couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I m a first time Genesis buyer and had a great experience thanks to Elham Alshaer!! Had a long wait time for my GV70, but she was extremely helpful throughout the waiting period. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and overall amazing! All the staff was so friendly and kind! Super impressed with Genesis of BR.

Horrible customer service!! Tried numerous times to make an appointment over the phone and no one called back. So I went to the dealership to make an appointment. Appointment was made for 3/14 which was 3-4 weeks away. I had the vehicle towed the weekend prior to the appointment and the guy refused to accept it. After I called and talked to someone he quickly changed his mind. 3/14 came and went, no one called to give me an update on my vehicle. On 3/15, I called and no one knew anything but assured me I would get a call back, no one called. Today I called and was told I would have to wait 30+ days before they could look at it because the are very busy. Really!! What was the point in making an appointment? I've called back trying to talk with a supervisor but no one has answered or called back. This is unacceptable!! I had an appointment.

UPDATED - 9/21/22Worst customer service imaginable!!THOMAS FIELDS has been the biggest pain to deal with it! This dealership owes me $3092.99 and have been giving me the run around for 4 months now!My vehicle was totaled in March and payed off in April. I was told the refund process would take 8-10 weeks. It is August now and I still have 30-45 days before I can receive my refund!! I have spoken with Genesis and Hyundai Finance multiple times now and I m being told that the dealership is screwing me!! THOMAS FIELDS refuses to answer the phone and sometimes take a week to respond to a email! If you do not show up in person this dealership will treat you as if you do not exist! This dealership could have cut me a check months ago but the dealership decided to send the check to finance company so that the finance company can send me the check! The finance company just received the check this week after 4 months!! Hyundai Finance - The dealership waited to send the check and took the longest route possible! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU RESPECT YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY!9/21/22After 5 months of what should have been an 8-10 week process I have finally received my money!! I just wanted to make a quick update to NOT TRUST the seemingly sincere comment made by Genesis on my review! I reached out to the attached email the day it was posted and never received a response! They never reached out to assist with the issue and only wanted to make it seem like they did! Once again DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!

My wife had to bring her GV80 in for service because all the caution / dash lights came on. This location was a joke just to get them to confirm we they could take her vehicle. The date they first give us changed due to them not planning well. Then when they took it in, no one would communicate with her. She had to keep calling them and even at that time they had no clue what was going on. They then release the vehicle to her without it being fixed nor did they know when the part would come it. I spoke with one of the service advisor about and he does know anything or even if the part they ordered will fix the issues. This place is a joke. When I told the advisor he should know because he represents Genesis, his reply was no I work for All Star.... lol I believe that says it all. The last time she took it in for a air change and to get a tire replaced, they took all the Valstem caps off all the tires and did not put them back. Said when you pay this amount of money for a car and you have to deal with this. Best part amount this, no one with All Star upper management will not even get involved in this. This is way I'm posting my issues with All Star Genesis of Baton Rouge on ever site I can and calling Genesis Corp. Office letting them know as well.Ronnie F.

With limited availability of the 2023 GV 70, I reached out to 5 dealerships in Texas and Louisiana. I found Genesis of Baton Rouge to be straightforward, responsive and professionally courteous. 5 stars for my sales consultant Elham Alshaer. Also 5 stars for general sales manager Chris Solomon for handling the financing and staying in constant communication with me to get the deal done. Top notch guidance from this team during difficult times to obtain and sell new cars.

I had a great car buying experience with Thomas Powers of Hyundai Genesis Baton Rouge. I have been eye balling vehicles for at least a year trying to find something I liked and finally decided I wanted a Palisade so I scheduled a test drive. After reading reviews for the dealership in Metairie I decided to make the drive to Baton Rouge and I'm glad I did! Thomas spent several hours taking me through the Palisade, the Santa Fe, and the Genesis and every feature I could possibly want to know about. He was super knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that included all my non-negotiables. I ended up going with the Genesis GV80 and I'm obsessed!! They gave me a loaner Genesis sedan which was beautiful and a joy to drive until my GV80 was ready. Thomas was great at keeping in touch as I (impatiently) waited for my vehicle to make it to the dealership. I am super happy with my purchase and will definitely be bringing my Genesis back to this dealership for service!

I have a car that is less than one year old. No service appointments are available for two months. I will never purchase a Genesis again. The warranty is useless. The customer service could not be worse.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience scheduling the valet service. Scheduled in through Genesis online and it was cancelled. When I called, it said I lived too far away which was 15 miles. Scheduled again to be picked up 9 miles away and twice, no one ever showed up. So, I ultimately had to bring the vehicle myself to be serviced.

Not pleased with my last service experience. Poor communication. Service performed with no advance notice of costs involved which were excessive.As an addition there was a response to my post from customer service asking I contact them. I sent an email over a week prior to this edit with zero response.

I dont have 0 stars or no stars rating . Worst customer service. I tried calling them 10 to 12 times but nobody connects and give information finally told car is pre sold. Drama went for 2 to 3 days.
