Prices are very great compared to other companies and very friendly staff. Sidnie helped us to buy our first brand new UTV. She made the process so fast and easy. She really knows her stuff and if she didnt know she would find out. Loved that she always stayed in touch no matter what. Will definitely be returning.

Years ago their service department in Baton Rouge was great. Dropped a bike off for a simple carb clean. Fast forward a week and I call for an update. Apparently they had an update just never called me to let me know. Insert eye roll emoji here. Service guy says "Tech said the bike doesn't run and needs a new carb" awesome, I knew it didn't run and needed the carb CLEANED. Quote was $800 bucks for a new carb then they "can see whats wrong with the driveline", uhh how about nothing is wrong with the driveline?! Picked it up, paid the $150 "we didn't really do anything" fee. Brought it straight to another shop at 1:30PM the same day, at 3PM the other shop sent me a video of it running great. He simply cleaned the carb and put fresh gas in it. Seems like Friendly doesn't want to do anything but throw new parts at something instead of fixing it at a lower cost.TLDR: Told them what was wrong. They charged me $150 to tell me what I told them with no attempt to properly fix it.

Just bought my first four wheeler from here. Everyone at Friendly was super helpful every time I called or went in. I got a new Grizzly that wasn t built yet, and Chase was helping me and communicating with me nearly every day on when it would be ready! Awesome guy, super informative, great customer service, great place, and all around a great experience!

We have our Pioneer side by side serviced here.Dependable service and wide selection of maintenance parts in stock.The service dept has moved across the street into a larger building.Edit: removed a star due to poor communication and recent issue with service.We had a rim dropped off to replace a busted tire. The tire was ordered, but when our guyvwent to retrieve it he was told that it's another transaction to have it mounted.Perhaps it is, but it comes across as lazy.We had it mounted elsewhere instead.

I reserved my bike with a nice and professional lady named Ashley, she kept me up to date anytime the date of arrival changed. They help you out as much as they can with the process of acquiring exactly what you want. I had a great buying experience at friendly Yamaha. With inventory low due to covid Dylan was still able to find me what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time and for a good price. 2021 grizzly. Brady in the parts department was awesome. The front bumper he got for my grizzly is on back order up to four months everywhere else in the country and he was able to get me one and have it installed before I picked up the unit. In addition to that i purchased a rear bumper, two up rear storage box, and a winch. Prices were great and I was able to put all the accessories on the loan. Service department put everything together and installed all the add-ons perfectly and in a timely manner. I go in for my first 30 hour service in just a bit, I will continue to do business with friendly Yamaha! Thanks guys

I came into Friendly to purchase some maintenance parts for my sons atv. I also was looking to purchase a new atv for myself. I ve never felt so insignificant in store ever. The only one who acknowledged me was the parts department in the store. But I walked around the new atvs twice and no one even said hi how are you. Very disappointed in the way they show customer appreciation.

5 stars for the service department. My scv advisor went way above and beyond to get my atv covered by the warranty for what would have cost me around $6000 in repairs. Essentially totaling the atv.However the sales side while they are friendly and knowledgeable it's hard to justify paying all the extra fees for set up and delivery that some others do not charge. I saved almost $1000 by purchasing elsewhere.

Chase is definitely the MAN at Friendly Yamaha! His customer service isn t a taught skill it s more like a natural love for people period ! He is not the average salesman his customer service skills is a cut-above the rest. He make you feel comfortable and also he is very knowledgeable on the items he is selling, which makes it more easier to make a decision. He was patient with us to help narrow down our choices to help assist with picking the best SxS! I am usually the pain in the you know what and normally confused when I have too many options Chase still had patience that was out-of-this-world! He do not make you feel like he only want a sale-more like family or a buddy literally!!!!! When you go to Friendly Yamaha Chase and Cade is the men to go to for your purchase!!!! Awesome Men!!!!!

Most bikes here go for about 10,999 unless it's a big and new adventure or touring. Yet to find a bike over 15,999 and the oldest bike I found was from 2015. They have everything from Honda goldwings, to old fashioned Harleys, to a sport bike that goes 210mph on a bad day. Great and friendly staff

Friendly Yamaha aren't so friendly. These Guys try to hit me with a hidden fee on a cash sale. the bike was 3,499 they hit me with a 799 build fee, they dint even told me how much the taxes were going be, bad business. greedy people! their bikes can collect dust, I bought the same bike for afar better deal with some people that are really trying to sell their inventory. the bike was the same price, we negotiate, they droop 300, I paid 3,199 plus tax and a 300 fee which sum to a total of 3,738.93 for a brand new Grom, these people are greedy and not really trying to sell anything.... may be racist to, because me and my wife were speaking Spanish..

I bought a bike with the salesman Chase in January of 2023. They don t call it friendly for no reason! Chase was awesome and really knows his stuff on almost every bike they have. The whole process was super easy with him. I would recommend him to anybody!

I was looking to replace a +15 year old ATV. Recent industry wide lack of inventory made finding exactly what I wanted difficult. Several folks recommended I try Friendly. I stopped in to describe what I wanted, and Whitney explained exactly how they can get it. Chase kept me informed over the weeks, and made the sale effortless once my unit was delivered. I was one of several customers at that time, but they made me feel like a priority without being pushy. Highly recommend.

I d just like to say that I m very pleased with the customer services at friendly Honda, In particular Travis Gunby in the parts department. I deal with him on a regular basis with bikes I m working on and I constantly send him detailed list of part numbers sometimes nearly 50-60 part numbers at once and not only does he not mix them all up but he s always on top of it and has a quick return back to me on what s available, discontinued and limited. He s very thorough and meticulous and suggest to me what to get first. I deal with him primarily due to these factors and really appreciate the service.

Chase was a great salesman. He listen to what I wanted and guided me to my perfect ATV. He didn't pressure me to buy extra things or upgrade just because. He gave me a cheaper version and a more expensive version and explain the difference between the two and let me pick which one I wanted. Thanks Chase can't wait to ride. He loaded it up for me and assisted in strapping it down. Thanks for everything Chase.
