Firestone took care of me and my vehicle very swiftly, professionally, and at an affordable price! I called them about a blow out and they were able to get me in the same day, check the tire, and put a new one on! It costed me less than $40 thanks to the tire insurance I bought through them when they replaced my tires after another blow-out earlier this year! 10/10 service!

Mr. Mike, at this location he went the extra mile to make sure that my vehicle was running correctly.He called thought out the process on my car. my opinion this location is the best in Baton Rouge, LA.

Did only the work requested. Did not do work that was thought to be needed after initial repair fixed the problem attributed to another component. Finished the work on the same day car was dropped off. Gave me the coupon price for the oil change. Tested tires and other components and made recommendations.

Dropped my car off with issues like badly jerking, loud rattling noises, squeaking, etc.; they gave a complete run down of their findings (brake pads worn down to only 1 mm thick they re suppose to be 12 mm, my control arms were damaged, had only 3% of tire tread left, alignment was messed up). Basically the whole brake system was trashed. The work was completed in a couple of hour and now my car runs with no issues.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful I felt a positive energy in the store and will always be going back to this store for my 2021 GMC Yukon Denali Service and tires. My wife will also be needing tires soon and I will have her come to this store.

I popped two of my tires on a Louisiana pothole and called these guys. They were able to get me in the next morning and all I had to do was drop them off and pick them up a little later that afternoon! Their road hazard insurance is awesome and I totally recommend getting it for any tires you buy with them!

Daughter popped her tire driving down Nicholson on a Friday. She didn t have a spare or a donut, so I brought her to the Firestone on Burbank, where she purchased a tire without a rim she didn t know LSU motor assist would not put a tire on a rim. She called LSU motor assist, who gave her the news about not being able to put the tire on the rim, so I had to bring her a donut. So she had the tire from the Burbank Firestone in her Subaru, and drove to the Firestone on Florida two days later to have it put on her rim. That Firestone tells her that the tire was damaged. Yes, the brand new tire just purchased at the Burbank Firestone 2 days before. So she calls the Burbank location to ask for a refund or a swap, and they say absolutely not. I will definitely not be visiting a Firestone ever again. Way to support your LSU students. I ll hit up Costco, Walmart, or a local spot.

I went to 3 different tire stores today. Looking for a trailer tire, and this place is the only one that had It, and the people were the nicest people. But met some rude managers today at other places...

Bought and installed new tires on car was told to come drop off when they open in the morning for the alignment. Dropped off at 7am and when I called 8 hours later to check on my car, whoever was answering the phone hung up on multiple times after I asked about my car. Drove up there asked if car was ready they said it wasent quite ready yet and the car had not been moved or worked on since dropping off the car at 7am.

Have been trying to get my tires balanced for (3) days, each time I call I get an excuse why they cant get me in.Short staffed.The tire guy is out todayThe tire guy is overbookThe tire left earlyThe tire guy went to pick up some tiresThis is ridiculous.

Great staff with good customer service. James is the store manager and Fouad is the service manager, both are very nice and knowledge. Two Master Techs with several decades experience between them. Clean shop with good equipment. Definitely recommend!

I would like to thank Mr. James, in management, at the Burbank store for his expertise and professionalism. He was able to squeeze me in for mechanical work. I explained to him about what needed to be done and he helped me understand my suspension a lil better. I asked him if one of his mechanics can view my suspension area for noise or to look elsewhere for the metal/rubbing noise. I thought I had to replace the struts but mechanic, Zach, told me that I didn't and it was just a loose end link. I saved $200 because of that. He could have told me that I needed struts. I Will Be Back for more service in the future. I also thought my car was going to be an all day affair with all the cars that were there, but it was finished in about an hour and a half...... AGAIN, I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE SERVICE...Thanks Firestone COMPLETE Auto Care!!!! I was very, very impressed and appreciativeService: Steering & suspension repair

I brought my car in to have a tire patched and diagnose an electrical issue. I was charged for the diagnostic test, but still do not know what the issue is. They also told me that my brakes needed to be replaced as well as my rotors, and when I took it to get a second opinion, I saw the rotors myself and they were in perfect condition. I do not appreciate a business trying to take advantage of me and I will not be back.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 pm on 9/27/2022. When I arrived, the man at the front counter told me that he would not take my car today because, We don t do waiting appointments this late in the day. He claimed to have called me multiple times, and even to have left a voicemail. I confirmed that he had the correct phone number, and showed him that I received no calls or voicemails. He cut me off to tell me that he wouldn t be taking my car today, and I could bring it back in more than a week. I now am stuck with a car that needs to be worked on with nowhere to take it before the work week starts.Do not bother making an appointment here. They will not honor it. Then they will make up stories to cover themselves.

This location has been stellar for my family and me. James, the manager, is super friendly and professional. They always take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They can be a bit pricey, depending on what you are having done, but I have yet to be disappointed with my experiences at this location. Also, they were nice enough to give me a ride to my office after I dropped off my truck. They will definitely continue to have MY business in the future! Great work, guys!

I am from out of town and had a tire blowout. I came in about 45 min. before closing and under a lot of stress. James (Service Writer?) was able to get me a replacement tire and the technician had it installed quite quickly. Today I was preparing for my Thanksgiving holiday in Texas and everything was going wrong: I locked my keys in my car, missed an appointment and found a screw in my tire at 5:00 pm. I knew I couldn t drive 650 miles on it and desperately searched for a tire repair shop in my area. Thankfully the Burbank Firestone stays open until 7 and the boys there fixed me up in no time saving what could have been a horrible day! The team members were very friendly and knowledgeable! I didn t even know they did oil changes and inspections! I am so thankful for their help and will definitely be back! Y all check them out!

James and his staff were simply amazing. My husband is a store manager from Sedalia Missouri and we were on vacation and our car broke down and James and crew was more than professional. And very quick to get us back on the road with a complete ac system so we stayed cool all the way home. We would definitely recommend everyone to stop for service and hospitality.

Very pleased with the staff at Firestone. Jacob got me in instantly for a tire patch. I am here from Memphis, TN, visiting family and heading back today. I Wanted to get back on the road by 3:00 but needed to get a tire patched. After explaining my situation, I was given very good customer service and would highly recommend this Firestone location in Baton Rouge. When I come back to visit, if I need any car service, I will definitely return.
