We went in for a routine oil change btw 2-3pm, the car was on the side of the road by 8pm. I spoke with them approx 2month with open communication. District manager said he would get with Hyundai to get to the source of what cause the motor to cease by nightfall, he failed to do so, and stopped answering my calls and emails. Pics are 4hrs after routine oil change

Luckily this location is convenient to my office. They're always busy but had me in and out with a new inspection sticker in about 20 minutes. Employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

This location is absolutely amazing! I needed my left headlight bulb fixed and my windshield wiper looked at. They fixed both in a matter of minutes even in the rain! Thank you so much to Micheal, Shawn, Robb, and Tony!

I know there are a few locations in Baton Rouge, but this one on Perkins Road near Essen is my favorite. If you're from Baton Rouge, you know our road needs a lot of work. I've gotten a few tires from here, oil changes and an inspection sticker. It's hard now to find a place with friendly staff, great location, and good customer service. If you're not looking for it, you will definitely pass it up. Remember, be safe out there, be kind to others, and thank me later.

I WANT A REFUND!!!!One Star is too much to rate this establishment. First, let me start out by saying that Sean who works in the oil change dept is great, if wasn't for him, I would rate this place a negative. It was NOTHING express the day I came, I waited for three and half hours!!! The services I was there for were: Oil Change, 2 Front tires, and Brakes. The part that pissed me off, was the overcharge for services I DIDN'T receive. The older gentleman who works in tires told me that I DIDN"T need to replace it BUT charged me $150 to have the same brake pads that I already had on my car, with sqeaks and ALL. The very next day, I took my car to a tire shop on Plank Rd., was charged $40 for better quality brake pads, and guess what NO MORE SQEAKS. I would NEVER come to this place EVER AGAIN. What a RIP OFF. Brakes don't cost $150. What a SCAM

DON T GO HERE!! Absolutely do not get a Brake tag Inspection here. The parking lot is too small, so they make you park and wait, and the lose track of which car was next. I waited nearly 2 HOURS and they let 2 cars go in front of me. Unless you want to spend your whole day getting a sticker, just go somewhere else. Also, instead of telling you your car may fail inspection, and telling you to come back later when it s fixed. They make you wait in line for hours and then charge you for the inspection just to fail your car and make you wait all over again to come back and get it reinspected. DONT COME HERE. I wrote this review while I was waiting for 2 hours.

Great place to get your oil changed, and you never leave your car. They have very experienced mechanics and great auto repair services. Repairs usually take one day to complete.

Robert, Saul, and Rob were excellent. They really took care of my maintenance needs today. All were courteous and worked quickly to get me going. 11/27, Noon time: Wait in line for vehicle Inspection, the 2 cars ahead of me get serviced. Come my turn the technician tells me the 2 cars parked around and nearby were ahead of me, yet they weren't in line?What does having a line for cars accomplish if the technician seems to pick and choose cars to inspect?

my low tire gauge was lit so i stopped in to get it looked at just knowing i had a nail or some object in my tire. Shawn carefully inspected my tire and resolved my issue. he even aired up all my other tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

Not enough words to say how wonderful this shop is! Honest, reliable, and sincere, they are the only place I will ever go for mechanic work! The manager Danny is great, the mechanics Caleb and Danny are truthful and explain everything, and ALL the techs are down to earth and professional.

This place is awesome for inspections, oil changes and vehicle repairs. Danny, Caleb and everyone there are super friendly. They knew I was dealing with an emergency situation and were incredibly kind and efficient. I highly recommend them and we'll be back.

Waited 46 minutes for oil change, guess sitting and waiting and watching techs should have left, very unorganized, guy shows me oil jug brand and type for my diesel Rotelka 15w40 I agreed that is all my truck has used. I have 245k miles on it and love my truck my regular shop was backed up a week and I was at my 5k mile oil change time and going out of town, called ahead they said they could do oil change a tire rotation because they close at 6pm, first thing I noticed the guy putting in oil from a blue jug and had white jugs lined up, got out and asked him what he just put in he said Rotella.......asked to see jug he put down stairs and it was synthetic not the conventional oil we agreed on ......almost blew gasket...had him drain what he put in..dont think he got all out did not replace filter again...then he filled with correct oil...not an oil specialist but have no idea if you can mix the two types or if it would have damaged my engine..did 8 mention I have 245k miles on my 97 f250 and expect 250k more before rebuildNeedless to say I will never be back137 bucks spentNow anxiety on if i will have engine issues from this incompetence oil changePretty sure it said speedy oil 10 min on buildingI realize covid has the work force down and companies will hire anybody who will show upService: Oil change

I went to a Firestone some time ago for an oil change. Unfortunately, they did not put my skid plate back on right and it fell off (luckily as I was pulling into a parking lot and going slow when it happened).I went from shop to shop trying to find someone that could put it back on, and this express oil change was the only one that had the bolts and time to do it. They got me in immediately and put it back on free of charge. I was in and out in 5 minutes!This will now be my go to pace for all things car related. Got a no hassle, $18.00 car inspection, that took only 20 minutes to perform, with only a 30 minute wait with mo appointment, because 3 cars were ahead of me, they had many people doing inspections , and it was close to noon on a Wednesday. They had a waiting room with ac, and a fridge full of free complimentary water bottles. Also have oil change, tire service, and I Think** a/c checks, l think.

I bring my work vehicle here for service. They do a good job and I get my vehicle back quickly. They are familiar with my fleet vendor and take care of everything that's needs to be done

The last incident I shall call it was HORRIBLE. Post oil change, the drain plug washer was broken in more than one place, as well as threads were stripped. When an attempt was made in talking with the service manager, he was rude and unprofessional. Never did I mention anything about a refund, only asked what can be done to meet in the middle about the error that was made. When I asked for the nameOf his boss due to the continuing unprofessionalism and talking to me as if I was incompetent, he refused and asked me to give him my name and number and he would call his boss and him call me. I never yelled, cussed or belittled him. I was simply trying to find a middle ground. I 100% DO NOT recommend trusting this place.Service: Oil change

Everyone here is amazing! I went somewhere else that diagnosed my car with a terribly inaccurate and expensive issue then I brought it to express and Dee quickly found the actual issue and got me all set up!! They are so kind and friendly and take the time to make sure you understand the issue and how to be proactive! If you are a college student or female definitely come here they do not oversell and they are very patient.
