The Manger and staff were awesome. They took care of our air, and made sure we were taken care of. The environment were peaceful as well. We will be coming back again.

Ask to have my engine checklight reviewed. Rather than tell me the issue, they just started taking apart my car without asking my permission. I bet if I was a man they would've asked my permission . No one would talked to me. I guess females are beneath them. I'm just disgusted with the entire experience.

I can not say enough great things about this shop! My car was seen and repaired in a very timely manner. They even were able to diagnose an issue another shop missed. Jason is the best!! His honesty and integrity permeates with each and every customer. He tells it to you straight, which, as a woman, I appreciate! If he can t fix it, he guides you to someone who can. We don t trust, anyone else with our vehicles, as we have gone to him for years. He establishes a rapport with every customer that walks into his door, and even remembers their names. He is fabulous at his job.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I had the pleasure of finding this place by google searching.. and I have to say this place is a must go to spot. Over the dealership.. my representative was chandler and he did my work no issues and what the dealership said was wrong told me that it wasn t necessary to change and that saved me some money.. I truly appreciate his honesty and the work of the all the staff.. they could have done it and charged me but they took the lesser.. thanks chandler for being upfront Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance

Jason and his staff will make sure you leave satisfied with the work they completed. Honest and upfront with any unseen issues, and they do the work on time! I have been using a service that had proven incompetent for a oil change. They repeatedly left my hood open and never knew how to reset my settings on the dash. After 3 strikes, I started searching for a new place. I have read numerous reviews and the ones with this place really stuck out for me. So I decided to give them a chance. And I am so glad I did!! The mechanic James is top-notch! After speaking with him in the beginning, I knew without a doubt I was at the right place. Then I met Jason at the front desk who was extremely honest me and confirmed I was making the right choice. I gave them a chance with confidence and I was very pleased with the results. James when above and beyond. There were no hidden surprises and not only did they do an outstanding job, they actually knew how to work the in dash computer in my Infiniti! I will now only do business with them and thank them for everything they have done for me!

I have been bringing my cars and trucks there for years. Most honest auto repair shop in Baton Rouge. On more than one occasion I've had a tire dealer tell me I also needed expensive repairs only to have Jason (owner) tell me I didnt actually need the repairs, or the repairs needed were significantly less. Try them out, you won't be disappointed.

These guys are awesome! Honest, trustworthy, reliable and reasonable. They have gone out of their way to help me many times. I have known David the mechanic for 20 years and Jason (owner) for about the same time and have used them all these years. I take my vehicles there whenever I need anything done.I highly recommend them for your automotive needs!

Excellent team. Mr. Jason and crew are professional and dont try to mislead you to get things fixed that aren't broken. They do great work. I'd recommend going to them before going to any dealership. Top shelf service

I brought my van in on a short notice. I walked in and was greeted with the most jolly damn smile you have ever seen. I m Jason What ya no Good? I told Jason the issues I was having and he personally got up and walked to look the van his self. They had me fixed up quick and while they might not know this, they made my day!!!Service: Transmission

Jason is the owner and mechanic David and other guy, no sure if his name. Along with 2 younger gents.They're great and knowledgeable and Servicing their customers.They will give 109% satisfaction.No long wait time and if has time keep auto overnight it's protected in best possible way.

Been going here for 10 plus years. I started going to this shop because of my father. Recently they did my tie rods... i called before i went. The guy who did my oil change prevously. Remembered me and asked me what was wrong. And he looked at it and gave me a price. And told me it would be a few hours.. and he called me when it was done. He also explained other work that needs to be done. Very informative! I alway recommend this place

So happy I finally found a place to bring my car for repairs when needed. These guys are fast, efficient and professional. I asked other customers in the waiting area about their personal experiences there and all were raving reviews. They repaired my car at 1/2 the cost quoted by the dealership.

I've gone to this shop for major and minor repairs for several years, after hearing it recommended repeatedly by friends. They're extremely trustworthy, charge fair prices, and don't try to upsell unnecessary services. Always my first choice when I need a repair. Can't recommend enough!

Express care is personable, honest, and knowledgeable. They can at times be slower than other places in serious repair jobs. I do think this is only because of thoroughness and the fact that they have a fairly small staff. Even then, they are forthcoming and fair. For smaller jobs (oil changes, etc. ), they might be among the fastest in town. This is the only place I will bring my vehicles now.

I ve been coming here for 20 years. They are always honest, friendly, and don t try to sell me something that I don t need. I drive 45 minutes out of my way each time I need my oil changed. I ll never go anywhere else.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great folks, really trustworthy. Didn t charge me because couldn t find a problem, still gave the mechanic $20 because he spent a while trying recreate the problem I was having, of course it didn t happen. I ll be back for sure.
