Had a great experience at discount tire. I was able to order my tires online over the weekend and schedule an appointment to bring them in on Tuesday. First thing on Monday morning I got a call that they would be able to get me in early. I was in and out in about 30 minutes after having all four tires balanced and replaced. The guys were super professional and very efficient.

I just left and this was easily one of the most professional and quickest experiences I ve had at discount tire. Ethan , tyler and Zachary were an absolute delight. Very respectful. Ethan answered all my questions and I seem them maintain the same professionalism and enthusiasm with every customer. Great job.

Discount Tires had the exact rim and tire that I needed for my vehicle. I called over 10 rim and tire shops in East Baton Rouge and no one had the exact sized rim. I highly recommend Hyundai Elantra owners to come here for your tire needs. They also replaced my windshield wipers for a cheap price!

They had exactly what I wanted and was in and out under 40 minutes. Another tire place said I wouldn't find anything just showing up for new rims. They had exactly what I wanted and the price was way better than ordering on line and bringing them to them so they could charge extra for install. I just appreciate good service at affordable prices! Thank you Discount tires. Also the rims match my vehicle perfectly

Discount tire in prarieville is the best place to shop/buy tires in Louisiana They have always been extremely helpful/ knowledgeable and truthful on everything when I ve been a customer here!! 10/10 would and do recommend using this place

Spent $800 on two new rear Contintntals for my G37. These 50k mile warranties tires had both worn excessively on the far inside of the tire and both blew out within 5k miles. Cause of the wear was the fact that the camber is horribly set, shrvv. Causing extreme wear in the innermost part of the tire where it meets inner tread. They instantly blamed the manufacturer, despite installing, Mounting. Balancing the tires.Lack of product and overall car knowledge plus quick to put the blame elsewhere meaning I m out more than 800$..terrible customer service.

Zero, my steering wheel started vibrating. So I checked my lug nuts and was able to move all of them on my front wheels by hand and pull one right off. It s only been since may 27th since I visited them. Plus the lug nuts are deformed and stripped

Just got new wheels and tires on my '19 Subaru Outback. Once again the crew at the Florida Blvd location has more than exceeded my expectations!!! Tyler Landrum and Ethan Simon are true assets to this company and went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service when I recently purchased new rims and tires for my car!! They even remembered me saying it was my Birthday that Wednesday and made it a point to tell me Happy Birthday when I arrived even after days had passed with me giving them that information. These two young men (and the rest of the crew at that location) were incredibly knowledgeable and provided very friendly and quick service. I've used other tire centers in the past, and have left feeling like I was taken advantage of, or had my time wasted with longer than normal waits for simple rotations or balancing. This Discount Tire location literally mounted the same size and brand tires on my older 4wd Tahoe that were balanced perfectly! The competition never had them balanced properly and the 75k mile rated tire barely made it to 50k. They did an incredible job with my Subaru and took their time not to scratch up my new wheels or use impact guns to tighten the lug nuts. They also torqued the lugs to manufacturer specs. These guys are setting the standard for tire centers in the area! I will for sure be back, and will send anyone I know their way! Thanks again!!!

I bought a new wheel from them when my spare went out and a few months later it completely broke off my rotor causing me to have to replace the studs and rotor. After bringing it to the mechanic I was informed that they sold me the incorrect size and that was the reason for it breaking off. When I reported my claim I got terrible service from their claim head and they decided that them selling me the wrong size wheel wasn t their fault so they refused to take care of my expenses. Wouldn t even refund the wheel. Never using this place of business again. They cannot be trusted.

Had 4 new tires put on and 2 days later I noticed a lug nut missing on my front right tire. I made sure all the lugs were tight and found that all of them were loose and definitely not torqued correctly.

Why aggravate and stress yourself trying to decide on quality when here at Discount Tire they have raised the bar and set the standards high!!!!!!!At this establishment even your phone conversation is professional. The business is so clean, even the bay areas. The staff are there to assist you with making the best decision and not get you to spend more money. My car rides so smooth. What a difference it has made in my life!!! Tires are an investment for at least 5 years, provided you purchase them from a reputable business . Make your appointment today. You won t be sorry.

Great job,fast friendly and notified you on what's going on with vehicle and how much time you would be waiting until your vehicle is ready Had appointment it wasn't long I spent. Awesome job! Customer Service Great from All including management. Will refer and return when I need too

The customer service here is excellent. Everyone I know has had lovely experiences with all locations. They had me in and out same day and did a great job! Arturo was so helpful and kind. He took the time to explain all of my options and made sure that I was happy with the finished product!

It's a good place with reasonably-priced tiresBut DEAR GOD THE WAIT TIME. It's awful.I had an appointment and 2 tires being replaced is taking almost an hour. I've never seen that at a tire store.

The fastest and largest pit crew in the world! Pretty sure that s a fact lol. Great customer service from the time I walked in, to the time I walked out. Everybody was super friendly and helpful. Special shoutout to Ethan for his patience and keeping his promise! They had me in and out in NO time. I won t be going anywhere else for tires! They were cost and time effectiveness. Can t wait to go back!

Though he store was busy, John made me feel as if I was the only one there. As explained to me, my desired plug/ patch job was unsafe to drive on, so I accepted a new to me tire at a discounted price. John expedited my repair by doing it himself, helping to get us customers get in and out in a timely manor.

Employees were so professional and friendly. I made an appointment in advance, they were aware and ready for me once I got there. Only took 45 minutes and I was out the door for a 4 wheel replacement. Can t recommend more for cost, time effectiveness, and excellent customer service!

I hardly ever give out 5 star reviews, so this should carry some weight. These guys are remarkably fast, very professional and epitomize, I'm sure, DT's customer service Expectations. This is my 2nd service with them, I waited for now to do the review to be sure that it wasn't an anomaly last time, but it certainly was not. I highly recommend this store!

I talked to Ken on the phone who was so nice and helpful and Arturo met my car in the parking lot literally as soon as I parked, grabbed the flat and got it going and was super helpful and transparent about pricing. Will definitely be coming here for all tire needs on all our vehicles! Absolutely recommend!

Disappointed. They don't seem to care that the tire sensors the installed don't turn off the low tire dashboard lite.

At first, I was very satisfied. I was able to easily book online and needed one tire. They didn't have it in stock but were able to get it by lunch and it was finished before 3. They offered to do a warranty on the opposite tire but reccomended I buy new back tires soon. Okay cool, I appreciate all that.1. Then, after paying I go to leave and my key fob breaks into two separate pieces when trying to start my car. I go into the location and talk to the manager at the time, Joshua. He shows me how to put it back together but there's a piece inside that's broken. I leave becausr i have errands, the key fob breaks apart every time I use it. I call back and talk to Josh about them covering a new key fob because this one is now broken and I have to replace it, he agrees and says to bring the receipt up there and they will cover the cost. Great, I appreciate that.2. My tire light comes back on that day. When I get home my boyfriend checks the air pressure. The tire they had put on was measuring at 39psi, my car is supposed to be at 29psi in that tire. He's shocked, that's enough overfill to be dangerous. He then lets some air out to a safe level and I drive around the block, the tire light doesn't go off.3. I own my own business and had to move my client's appointment down the next day so I can check on what's wrong.4. I was there for a full hour for them to tell me my tire hadn't been hooked up to the sensor so it wasn't reading. They don't say anything about the tire being low (if my boyfriend had been wrong the night before). I leave and my tire light goes off.5. They checked all the tires but didn't put the caps back on all of them. Now I'm missing tire caps.At this point they have failed to execute any service I've received right. A new key fob costs $300 and I will have to pay that hoping they honor what I was told by manager who has since moved locations. I should have asked him to write it down.

well not this time they did good service lacking from last time. so guy came up to me check all tires. all good. but once i got inside they got me settle in i told him to rotate the tires from back to front. they didnt do it like they forgot or something. had pay extra 15$ some where else. no refreshments no water but they do have bathroom the chairs are uncomfortable. sit long time what happen old chairs had in their guys. place falling down last time. and they dont speak much like did bout year ago. fellas get it together over there.

The is 100% the best damn tire shop in Baton Rouge. I used to drive almost an hour just to go to the discount tire in Prairieville. Glad they are opening one closer to me in Denham. Very energetic, knowledgeable, and fast crew. They have the best tire warranty and customer service period! Thanks guys!
