I called around 10am to get a quote for a rear window that was smashed in the night before. Gilbert met me at my job to fix it which was so convenient! He had it done within 2 hours and did a great job! Reasonable price too! I would definitely recommend Big Guys especially if you re on a tight schedule as he will come right to you!

Fantastic customer service! Called late yesterday afternoon and my drivers side window is already replaced today before lunch. He offered to come to my home or place of work. Excellent & prompt service! He was easy to communicate with & came to my work as to not inconvenience my schedule. I didn t even have to have my vehicle recalibrated at the expensive auto glass companies. All the technology on my vehicle still works as is. He was reasonably priced as well. I would send anyone to this auto glass company over others. Very happy with the service!

I hit Facebook to search for cheapest best windshield replacement places, where I was directed by not one, but quite a few of my friends recommend here!! I called them and they got me a quote the very following morning ANDD it NOT ONLY matched the cheapest price from all the places I had called but they even came to me the very next day AND AS I continued to work and make money - they replaced it - hassle free!!! It was quick fast and affordable!! Thanks so much for meeting all my needs VERY quickly and efficiently. Gilbert Landry did an amazing job and it s so beautiful.I will definitely recommend and forever keep coming back to them as long as they continue to give this quality of service!! Had a mishap in the highway and my back left window was completely shattered. Within the hour after I called him, he was at my work working on my window and not even 45 minutes later my window is completely repaired. He also got all the shattered glass out of my car! This glass replacement company is so so terrible!! It was only after reading his comments that I decided to replace here, now I think these good comments are fake!! I asked him about the price, which was good, and he claimed that the glass is OEM windshield and said everything would be perfect. However, when he finished the replacement, I found a lot of distortion on the glass, and then there was no recalibration on my camera. He told me to go to dealership to recalibrate camera is only about 30, but I asked later that is 350!! Honda dealership told me that this glass is not OEM, it is aftermarket! I also went to satellite, they told me it's definitely aftermarket not OEM! He can and should let me know it's not but he can't lie to me. I think he's a liar. Now, I get really dizzy when I drive because of the distortion. I saw that they had a warranty, so I asked him to check it, and he said that he didn't see any distortion. He didn't see it, which doesn't mean it doesn't exist!! I was really dissatisfied, and finally the matter was not resolved, and there was no compensation. It is not recommended to replace the glass here, the price is cheap, but there is fraud!Edit for the reply: Your reply is funny. Don't say I am that kind of man. My friend and Honda dealership also can see the distortion when they drove the car. You said you didn't see, why? You just don't want to take the responsibility. The receipt shows clearly that there IS warranty. Why did you say that you had told me you wouldn't warranty my glasses? I don't want to ask for trouble. I just remind others. You are not good choice!

Great service and fast, smooth process!Had one of the lowest prices in town and was able to install the same day. He came to my job and install a new windshield in less than a couple hours. Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs any auto glass needs.

These guys are great! I had a seal issue around my windshield because the vehicle had been just sitting for the last 10 years before I got it. Every place I called would only help if I replaced the entire windshield. One place even had the audacity to tell me that they would break the windshield in the process of the fix, so I would have to replace it anyway. Super wasteful.Anyway, these guys were the only shop willing to help. They come to your location so you don't have to go out of your way during work hours. Their pricing is very reasonable. The guy that came out did a fantastic job and fixed the issue I had!

I went to get my 2020 Equinox inspected and was told that the crack in my windshield was too long. So, I went to Google and found the best name for a company..BIG GUYS AUTO GLASS. I called Gilbert and told him my situation. He called me back that day with a quote that was more than $150 cheaper than the company I was referred to. He came to my work at lunch time on the same day and replaced my windshield. Gilbert was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. A rock hit my window and I tried to contact multiple other companies. No one could do a windshield repair that day so I called Big Guys Auto Glass and they answered right away and said they could do it that day. I was so glad because normally my windshield crack spreads by the next day. He provided great service and it was very convenient that he came to me. I called yesterday 5/3/2023, they came out the next day and fixed my glass in front of my door. It was quick maybe 11/2 hours and very reasonable pricing comes with a warranty as well.
