I was driving to Baton Rouge from Thibodaux the other day when the dreaded "Check Engine" light popped on. Everyone knows the gut punch that can make, especially so close to the holidays. My wife searched for a car repair shop near my place of work and found Bass Automotive. I'm glad she did! The folks who work there are some of the friendliest and most helpful you will find in Baton Rouge. Not only did they fix my car but provided me a ride to my job. This was a courtesy they didn't have to do but offered because they're just those kinds of people. Warm, friendly and actually care about their customers. I can't recommend Bass Automotive enough! If my "Check Engine" light ever comes on again, I can rest easy because I know my car will be in good hands!

Super good people. I was having issues with my truck a/c. No shops around were able to get me in for a couple of days. Luckily the sweet lady at the dealership referred me to Bass automotive. They were waiting on me when I arrived. They treated me EXCELLENT! There are still great people in this world. I can t thank the folks over at Bass enough. Next time I m coming thru Louisiana I will stop by just to see them. Thank you all again.

Called at 8am an hour after they opened try to schedule a time to get my car dropped off polite lady said will call me back with time to drop car off. I called again at 1145am same polite lady answered phone said she will call me back after lunch for a time and day to drop off car it is now 221pm still no call back. I'm thinking these 5star reviews are probably from employees who work there or are friends of employees who work there. Oh well I heard they were good guess I'll never know.

had a vehicle towed to bass at closing, Mr. bass himself offered and provided me a ride back to my original vehicle. can't even express how grateful I am of his act of kindness to a complete stranger. 10/10 customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

I was referred to Bass by my brother who is in the car scene, but doesn t live local. His car friends said if they were to take their cars to a shop, this would be it. I have now taken 2 of my 3 cars to Bass automotive and every time I was met with fast, honest, quality work. They are so friendly and trustworthy. Being a military family, we have lived all over the country and taken cars to many repair shops. I have never felt like I could completely trust a shop like I do when I go to Bass. I self diagnosed an issue that was going to be expensive to fix, and took the car there. They informed me it was something similar and way more affordable to fix. A dishonest person or dealership would have just taken my money and done the work. They have gotten me in twice now in somewhat emergency situations and I am so thankful to have found them. Son Bass and his crew are absolutely amazing! They are not salesman, but tell you what needs fixed, and fix it right! Plus, their prices are extremely fair, and they are quick if you need it done in a hurry. I only take my cars, especially my classic, to them.

Absolutely amazing! And very professional! If you want quality work done to your vehicle at a unbeatable price ,this is the place to go. Bass fixed an odd manufacturer's defect in the floorboard of my Chevrolet Equinox and were professional, fairly priced and fast. I lived right up the road at the time and they were nice enough to give me a ride to and from the shop for the few days I was without a car.

Having sporadic electrical issues with my truck. These guys took a look , couldn't find anything. Spent about 1/2 hour with vehicle. No charge.
