Kendra was wonderful and very polite. She help me put on my windshield wippers on my car and she was the only person working in the store at the time.

Today, I visited the AutoZone on Burbank Drive. The employee named Dyneisha who worked there was the rudest. I was doing a return but I purchased the item from another location and soon as I walked through the door and she saw that the box was open she automatically was like "oh no "we're not going to do a refund because the box was open. I didn't use tha item, I just wanted to return it bc I didn't need it. As I was leaving out I had told the other employee who held the door open for me that she was really rude and he's going to say oh she just having a bad day. That's not my problem that she was having a bad day even if you are having a bad day you supposed to treat your customers with respect and make them feel like they're wanted. If her last day was today it wasn't my fault that y'all are treating her the way y'all are treating her. I overheard her discussing it with another customer but you just don't be rude to a customer when you're having a bad day.

Kendra was awesome. She came and changed out my old battery in my 2020 GMC Terrain SLT after being attempted to be removed by another sale associate and she did it in roughly 10mins. Kendra was a blessing to me and my family. She s very knowledgeable and her hands are blessed. She is also very professional and kind. She deserves a pay increase for her efforts, hard work and diligence. Thank You Kendra, you did that girl in my heaviest New Orleans accent!-ChristinaA satisfied and happy customer

I came to this Autozone on Joor at night with a bad battery. Both the customer service rep and the manager were extremely kind to me. They tested my battery, I purchased a new one and they even installed it. I just purchased a battery from O Reilly s 7 months prior. The manager gave me my other battery for me to take it back possibly for a refund. Both employees customer service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this Autozone.

I would recommend zero due to experience. I came in with a return and to just buy a different part. They said they could help when it was time to do the transaction they could not. I was not listened to but also told the wrong information. Furthermore, told that my battery was no longer under warranty. I went to another location and my part is under warranty till the end of the year!! I can say the manager was trying to be helpful but she was pretty much trying to fix the associates mistake. Associate seemed to not have a care in the world and went back to texting. Accurate training and an increase in customer service skills are needed.

Kendra is the manager and was the first person we encountered. I said good morning. Not only did she not say good morning, but she immediately called another associate to assist. It was rude, but Brandon and Jared made up for it. They were both helpful and professional. The sad part is that she's the leader of the team. Thankfully, they know how to treat customers, and our experience ended with satisfaction.

God Bless the crew at that was there Sunday October 8th around the 4:00 hour! First of all they were very helpful in assisting me with obtaining a battery for my wife s Acura. Then, apparently my truck tailgate wasn t secured when I was bringing it home. Once I arrived at my house to discover that the tailgate was down and the battery was missing, I immediately returned to the store. I found the battery nearby after walking the area and brought it back to the them. I said I would buy another one if necessary because my wife needed the vehicle for work the next day. While acting nervously, I unintentionally rubbed my eye and must have got some battery pollution on it from the damaged battery. They immediately went into store protocol and assisted me with eye solution and rinse. After getting everything checked out, I returned to the store with a replacement battery at no additional cost! I almost went to anther retailer to get a slightly cheaper battery, but my longtime relationship with them wouldn t allow me to. I would have never have received this level of service and customer care anywhere else. Much respect to my autozone fam

I did have to wander around a while before having to ask for the location of a product, they didn't have the 60 amp fuse to go on the battery fuse box for a Dodge Dart, only 100 amps, and higher, and the most simple OBDI Machine are too expensive.

On Sunday Dec 18th at 3:15pm went in to get a part and was greeted very rude by staff had bad energy sitting down non chalant was straight terrible who hire young inexperienced unprofessional people will never stop back to that location specifically not on Sundays went on airline got friendly service

Not too bad of a selection. I've had two times in the last year where I've had to go to the main Hub store because they didn't have common items in stock for a tune-up on a Nissan Altima. It's always best to call ahead.

AutoZone have great prices friendly staff and can have it for you the same day or the next day if they are out. I think their prices are very reasonable and you can always return the parts if they don't fit I love the lifetime warranty that you can get on your purchases. I have never had a problem returning something all if the part failed they have always replaced it.

Good customer experience. I was assisted wben i started to look too long for a item, like within that first two minutes. check out was easy and i learned something from the associate about windshied washers.

So I went for windshield wipers the clerk first gave me the most expensive pair then he spent around 45 minutes trying to put them on only to find out they were wrong and they didn't carry mine

Not enough workers, they had customers out the door in line to check out and only 2 people working, and poor workers were working as hard and fast as possible. They need to schedule more than 2 workers on Sundays

!ya got good help, sometimes, but others; it's a waste of time,!! MOST of the time out of the parts and tools b/c y'all only order 1-2 at a time, mostly TOOLS,!!
