One of the staff members, Marcus W., was very knowledgeable and courteous. He took the time to explain the Rewards Program, sonce I had never been told about it before then. He is a great asset to Store #4279.

It is the second times that I had a bad experience. The lady asked a high price than the price tag. She is not a reliable cashier. I wouldn t ask her any more.

It was fair when in there for loaner tool. which you paid the full price for the tool and can use it for 90 days after the 90 days if you don't return it, you own it. and $125 plus tax for use ball joint press I will be definitely returning it

This AutoZone is AMAZING!! The workers are THE BEST!! Our truck was acting up and they helped troubleshoot the problem to be the battery. They loaned us tools, helped removing the bad battery, offered us chairs to get out of the heat while the battery tried to charge. I cannot say enough about how great the people are at this location!!

I went in to get my battery tested and changed which was easy as always (my typical Auto Zone experience). However, the sales associate that helped me (I can remember her name but it started with an M) took the time to show me how to change my battery on my own and explain things to me. She was really nice and it honestly made my day. :)

I stopped in to get a new battery the other day while running some errands on that side of town. I was quickly asked if I needed help and had a battery purchased , my account information corrected which had been improperly entered at another store, and my new battery installed all in the course of about 15-20 minutes. Both the manager Todd, and staff member Eddie were very helpful and easy to work with. I left the store that day with a smile. I will continue to give my business to this location when I am in need of auto parts in the Baton Rouge area.

Well, I bought a distributer a few yrs. Back,lifetime warranty, someone put it in the computer I returned it, the new 1, so The pin breaks on it & so in the computer wrong, I couldn't get warranty. But m still O.K. with Auto Zone. I know some people don't like m. So I bought pins,& gonna do a weld on my old distributer, Its just the gear pin.

Shae and Kenneth were amazing. We are from Florida and were making trip to Texas. My wheel bearing went out and we stopped here for parts and tools. It was almost close and they graciously let me check socket sizes and return tools I didn't need. They were very nice and had such a great attitude. I got it fixed in the parking lot and got back on the road in an hour.

This Autozone is the best! I got my battery changed there a couple weeks ago. The battery has been working fine and they did a free installation! The manager (I think his name was Todd) helped me out and he was so nice and informative! He deserves a raise. If I ever have any car issues, I will be sure to return to this Autozone. They have great customer service!

We were just passing through on our way to AZ when we had a dead battery. Someone at the hotel nicely jumped us off and came to AutoZone at 830pm... we had a battery installed and were on our way by 9pm. You dont know how much we appreciate this service, I know from experience that these guys were ready to get off work and didnt want to install a battery that late. Thank you so much!

Lady at the front desk is genuinely the rudest person I ve ever met in my entire life. I can t remember her name but it started with an L. The two guys were very nice though

Thank you Lacertia and Jason for the excellent service and very informative experience. I will freely admit that I m not a car guy but these two made the process easy and made sure I knew what to do the next time. Jason really took the time to check all the potential issues between the alternator, connections, and the battery itself.

I went to this location around 4-5 PM with my old brake booster asking if they had a replacement push rod (I wasn't sure of the name at the time). The guy I asked couldn't locate it on the computer.While he was helping me his coworker (older man was there earlier on the day) asked if he needed help. I told him what I needed and he repeatedly told me that they were just a regular store and to check the hub store. I asked if they had tools to possibly remove the piece I needed and he said no that they didnt have any tools.This was my third time at the store today. The first two times I was helped without issue and even offered to use the tools at the store but declined. However, this employee informed me that there were no tools for me to use. I do not plan to return to this location considering the employees give mixed service later in the day and would advise others to do so as well

I needed to have my car battery replaced. It was an overall painless experience. They tested it to confirm it was dead, then I purchased a new one and they replaced it. Friendly and courteous service, even if we were about four people at that time needing the exact same thing.

My car started acting up and I thought it was the battery. Headed to Autozone and had the battery tested and my thoughts were confirmed. Marcus was so helpful and not onlu tested the battery but also installed the new one for me. He was beyond helpful and so nice!

Very attentive staff. I stopped by to pick up some leather cleaner, and while I was shopping I was asked by several of the staff there if I needed help. They were also ready to help and give advice to customers who cam in from working on their vehicles in front of the store.

Recently, my car battery died and got a jump at 8pm in the evening. I drove to this location due to its close proximity, and it does not close until 9pm. I walked in the store at 8:45pm ready to purchase a new battery. The woman behind the counter asked if I needed help. I stated I needed a new battery, because I believe the one I currently have is no longer good. The woman asked her manager if they change car batteries. The woman manager said in a stern voice, "NO! We don't change batteries this late." Mind you, it was 8:45pm and it does not take long to change a battery. I felt the women staff were more concerned about closing shop and leaving early instead of helping a paying customer. They did not offer an alternative solution nor did they listen to my concerns. I will not be doing business at this location in the future due to their nonchalant staff. Absolutely horrible customer service!

I went to autozone to have my battery charged so I could drive it to my mechanic across town and get the alternator belt fixed. After it was charged, my battery was reinstalled incorrectly and it blew a part. When I called to speak to someone, I was told the store manager wasn t in and would call me the next day. Two days passed, and I called the store because no one had reached out to me. The manager insisted that the battery was installed correctly, even though she has not been there that day, and implied that my certified mechanic was wrong. On top of that she said the store was not liable for anything since I hadn t purchased anything that day from them, even though the battery was purchased from them the year before, and essentially hung up in my face.

I had a mistake in my first wipers and went back to Autozone and Jerome and Kierra rectified the situation quickly with no hassle. Super helpful and very helpful....even in the rain. Ask for them.

Had an auto zone battery die on me a couple of times so I brought it in to have it tested, they told me it was fine and my alternator was bad. Brought it to the shop and the mechanic says the alternator is charging normally at 14.56 volts and 108 amps. He fully charged the battery and then load tested it, it did not pass the load test, the voltage dropped to 8.1 volts. He documents all of this and back I go to auto zone. They say they have to charge it and test it and after testing it again say it's fine. The test they do is immediately after charging and not under load. They don't honor their warranties with written documentation that their product is faulty.

Be careful about having them check the condition of your battery. My Alternator was bad and they still told me I needed a battery. I have had previous problems before but this time I was ready. My brother is a mechanic and he tested the charging system before I went there.

Had a great experience. I got my battery replaced and even though it was drizzling they didnt mind and helped me out. I love them a lot for that, it was super kind of them.

Cashier was on the phone (his personal phone) & stayed on the phone the entire time. I came in for windshield wipers. He wasn t very helpful. I left. I ll go to O Reilly.
