The customer service was amazing. Ms Paula at the front desk was so warm and welcoming. I had just had a terrible experience at another shop and walked in here and was overwhelmed with the complete opposite experience. I was told exactly what was needed and given a todo list in order of importance with pricing to work on. Prices were incredibly fair and no one was trying to add to the services needed to make extra money.

Took my vehicle here for a power steering pump replacement after replace which was purchased new at a local part store. After the job was completed it was leaking power steering fluid. Took it back did not find where the leak was. TO EVERYONE FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE.

Auto Pro is my shop now! They took great care of me while I was not only dealing with the death of my first vehicle (blown head gasket) and freaking out, but tuned up my replacement as well for a fantastic price. Everything they did and the reasoning was explained, and nothing unnecessary was done. They could have easily made a little more on services I requested but didn t end up actually needing, but their integrity is impeccable. I had an alternator failure while in town for a doctors appointment. I live 3 hrs away. I was at the shop at 8 am and they had my car fixed by 9:30 am. Their price was $300+ dollars less than competitors. Great service and people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Service: Engine repairService: Engine repair

Great service and fast. Took my truck to two other places that were unable to diagnose my brake problem. Auto Pro diagnosed and fixed my issue in half a day. Will definitely come back for any future services.

Been going here for years. First time poor service.Pricey..repair wire for one brake like, charge battery and change one simple brake bulb. Not a happy customer.I know inflation is a strain on budgets and businesses; over price. not Fair

Ms Paula is quite lovely, truly. However, I don't think the reviews that say this place is a good price know anything about cars. I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I took it in because the engine was kicking- needed to look at the spark plugs and coils. She called me to say that they were just going to replace the coils and the labor on that was going to be $150. I know for a fact that this job could take someone who doesn t even know what they re doing 15 minutes max. It is a matter of unscrewing a bolt, unplugging the coil, plugging the new one in, and tightening the bolt. Repeat. And you want to charge me $150 for that?!They also charged me $100 for a diagnostic, which I also feel is steep. I understand that its a pricey piece of equipment and you have to pay for it somehow, but not that insane. At that rate, they could have ten of them!I called around to other places in town, asking how much they charge for a job like that, and only one other place quoted that high. The rest were around $60 for labor. I don t know if it s because Im a young woman or that their repeat customers don t know any better, but you have to admit that that is too much and makes you wonder what else they over charge on.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Overall: great quality. called and get the diagnose and repair done in one day. Bryan is very professional and responsive. The mechanics (and the owner?)are very technically competent as well. I went for noisy belt and belt tensioner. Get both fixed (replaced) including diagnosis under $400 and within a couple of hours. The new transmission runs like a new car. They also do not ask for tips in their receipt. Highly recommend it.Service: Transmission

We were in town in my work van , and my van just wouldn't start! We got AAA to tow the van to Auto Pro Car Care Center ( The guy at Auto Zone recommended them) . We were headed back home expecting to make the trip back later this week to get the van. The wonderful lady at the desk called us , and told us the van was fixed , and ready to go home! They found a corroded wire/ cord/ cable, fixed it and my van cranked again. We appreciate their swift knowledgeable service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My AC went out on my Subaru, turns out I needed a new compressor. I brought my car here where they got the problem diagnosed pretty quickly and repaired the next day. I live an hour from home, so I panicked a little when my check engine light came on and my engine was shaking and misfiring. I don't know much about cars, and Auto Pro really came to my rescue making me feel confident and comfortable while they diagnosed the issue. Very knowledgeable and communicated everything to me in a way that I could understand what was happening. They were able to fix the problem and get me home the same day. I started taking my work vehicle here for repairs. So when I took my personal car there, they knew what I was talking about before even looking. What some said would take days, Auto Pro completed my car in 24hours. Now your car may be different but they are knowledgeable, friendly and good on the wallet.

Auto pro car care is the absolute best. They have extremely reasonable pricing. The service is great the atmosphere is wonderful the mechanic is very knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. The wait time is absolutely acceptable I was in and out fairly quick. If you are looking for a reasonable highly trained mechanic who give 5 star quality services at affordable pricing this is the place you need to be by all means for any of your vehicles needs. I highly recommend this location.

Truly the best in the business. I've brought my car here for years whether it be an oil change, tune up, or car repair. They are very honest, professional, & work in a timely manner. They treat you like family from the moment you walk through the door. I highly recommend this business for any of your vehicle needs. Great service for a lower price! They were recommended by a coworker. The lady owner was friendly and knowledgeable. Her husband, the mechanic, was well experienced and thorough. I was lucky to find them. TO GO place for all my car troubles!!!

I have been a customer at Auto Pro for about 2 years for oil changes, etc. The Toyota dealership told me that I needed both brakes changed, however, Auto Pro said it was only the front brakes. Also, they quoted me a price that was 1/2 less than Toyota. Pre Covid, the sweet owner graciously offered to drive me home so that I wouldn t have to wait. I told my friend about the excellent customer service and he decided to take his car there for repairs and said it was the cheapest estimate for his car repairs. Had a wonderful experience! My front struts were really bad, and I read great reviews about this place, so I decided to take a shot. The mechanics worked very fast and Mrs. Paula was very informative on everything that was needed for the repair. They even dropped me off and picked me up at my house while my car was being worked on. That is above and beyond type of service! If I ever need any car service this is where I m headed.

I would highly recommend Auto Pro Car Care after my service today. I needed to have the radiator repaired in my 2015 Honda Fit after a collision with wildlife. After calling several other repair shops, some of whom just hung up on me, and getting a recommendation from a coworker, I chose to bring my car here. Mrs. Paula was a pleasure to speak with and was very helpful. They were able to repair my vehicle the same day that I dropped it off and at an awesome price. I will definitely be using their services for any future auto repair needs.

Just moved to town and was immediately having issues with my starter. Found this place on google with good reviews and nearby so thought id give it a go. Was extremely satisfied with the care and service I received. Paula was very friendly and helpful and they got my vehicle fixed within a few hours and were nice enough to give me a discount as well. Will definitely be returning in the future.

This place saved my life today. My AC has been out for over a week. The shop that was supposed to fix it this morning all the sudden couldn t. I called several places this past week, to get quotes or set up a day to come. It was impossible. I called Auto Pro and asked if they could replace my air compressor today and BAM! Excellent service, it was done by 2:30. I will definitely be going back for all of my car needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance
