Scheduled an quote online on Tuesday 9/28, was given request ID #, and was to get a call back. I was never called, I called them directly on Monday 10/04 and setup an appointment for Wed 10/06, and received email confirmation of appt on 10/06. They never showed. I called them and they tell me I was never scheduled for 10/06 and was scheduled for 10/07. They called back on 10/06 again to then tell me the Glass is on back order and would now arrive for service on Friday. Friday came, they called and said the glass was cracked so they have to reorder, and schedule my appt for Mon 10/11. Monday came, and they called again and will have to reschedule for Wed, as they are short staffed. They seem to be a chaotic mess over there.Service: Auto windshield repair

I was at 1st skeptical because I read other reviews across the country but don't use those for Baton Rouge and the other one I'm not sure about.. This guy from AGF's came out and was an older fellow, very organized,professional and courteous . He worked hard and pretty quick I'd say an hour and a half exactly what he told me. I let the car sit all day before driving it to let it dry. Everything went smooth as glass haha ! Would highly recommend them for a insurance deal or any other windshield problems.Saw another review on AGF's of baton rouge by someone at Williamson Eye Center and all I can say is that somebody needs to go take a swift look in the mirror because that was the slowest place I've ever been too and left a review there also. !!

The window for my vehicle at this place was the highest in town. I paid $140 taxes included for a rear window driver side and they wanted $220 plus taxes. At least that's what the lady quoted me when I called.

First day they lost my appointment in the system had to reschedule for the following day, didn t show up the following day saying they sent me a message saying the window that was delivered was damaged, I didn t get a message at all bad business.

Never been there but call for a quote and got bad customer service. And the price u have to be the Johnson to afford it
