People here have been nothing but polite and pleasant each time I've had to pick up a tire for a customer. They even offer to help get it into your car if you need it.

Parked on site the night before. Reviews said you could park at a business right before you make it to ATD. ADT gate was opened so I rolled on in and parked. Not sure if it s always open like that or not. I did see the place mentioned in the reviews. Had a 8-9am appt time. They took me around 630am, it did take about 2.5 3hrs. Worked for me because they took me a couple hrs early. So I d definitely come back.

They only took 1 hour 45 minutes to hand-unload my half trailer. If you come the night before, turn into the back yard of the next door company just before the ATD gate and park there and nobody will bother you.

I took my first visit here to pick up tires for a customer, I had never been here before. Walked in the wrong part of the building stood there there was one man he didn't say anything to me didn't acknowledge my presence and I had to walk to his office to get some assistance. At least fake a smile" good morning ma'am how may I help you". When I found my way to the side of the building where the truck's load, the woman with the blonde hair was very helpful and polite.

They are always on point with their customer service and the quality of their merchandises are great!!! Enjoy it. Those guys are always smiling and even when they are busy (which is often) they do their job efficiently with a smile and a friendliness. Great price, great quality, great service

8 hours to unload my trailer, never even came out to let me know they were done. If you're an owner operator, avoid this place.

Here for a delivery...guys got right on it at appointment time. 2 to 4 guys being used.
