!!CLOSED!!Dropped our truck off here needing a new engine. Owner was cool with us leaving it until we could get the rest of the money together. Stayed in contact until a few weeks ago when he stopped answering. Went by the shop and there's an eviction notice on the door and our vehicle is sitting out front with the door open, keys in the door pocket. There are other vehicles here that also look abandoned. Could have at least let us know to pick the truck up. Thank goodness we didn't pay up front for anything.

So after my car wouldn t start in the Walgreens parking lot, auto zone off of Greenwell Springs suggested ALK Automotive. Kagen the owner talked to us as soon as we walked thru the door and addressed the problem. He gave us an estimate that was way lower than expected and told he could do it today and start now. I know I wasn t there for 2 hours and my car was ready to go. I m so happy I found a new, honest, and nice mechanic. For now own, he will be my go to guy. Not sure what all he does, yes on Diesel trucks but definitely should check him out if you have any vehicle issues. Thank you Kagen for your great and fast and affordable work!Rachelle

After having a bad experience at another repair shop, I contacted ALK regarding the issues with my Murano. The next morning they ran diagnostics and determined that my murano definitely needed a new ac compressor and radiator. The repair quote was very reasonable. They even worked late to complete the repairs the same day. I will definitely be a return customer.Service: Air conditioning

The radiator in my car decided to give up on me while I was in line for gas during the hurricane fiasco. Fast forward to my car running hot and having it towed to Firestone who wanted to charge me $2000 to change the radiator and fans AND he said it would take days to complete it. Ok now fast forward to me researching another garage and finding ALK! Y all, I called them and he responded quickly and with news I needed. He could do it for FAR less and in the same day, and he delivered on his promise. He also detailed my car! This place is top notch. Oh, you can apply to finance too! 100 days same as cash! I highly recommend ALK Automotive for your car needs. They are awesome!

Every friend group should have at least one person that knows how to work on cars, if you don't then you are in luck. The professionas at A.L.K treated me better than I feel that I deserved considering the price and time that ihave inhouse financing which is nice and will strive to get you the best value for your dollar as possiable. There were no hidden charges and they even went out their way to take care of some details that they felt cosmetically needed to be too care of. It real was the little things that made a extremely stressful situation manageable. Thank you again to Kagan and every their at the sop. I had multiple misfires that needed to be fixed and multiple injectors that needed changed ; I brought my car in around 11:00 am and it was done by 5:00 pm the same day!! The service was great! I had to replace my struts. NTB told me $600. A.L.K. replaced both my struts and my brakes for the same price. The people were also extremely kind! Thank you so much! This place will be my go-to from now on!

The owner of this shop is the most unprofessional, inadequate, lying thief I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Never in my life have I dealt with anyone like him.
