They are up front and honest. They told me that my vehicle may not be in their relhm of expertise, instead of charting double and not fixing my problem. Their prices are quite fair.

My husband bought his truck here for a simple alignment, after servicing the suspension. The truck was running great until 360 automotive put their hands on it. Immediately after the alleged alignment that was done the traction as well as stabilitrac lights came on. He returned to them, and got no help, but did receive an attitude and excuses as to how it was not only normal but how they weren't responsible.(The rude lady at the front) He was given the run around, and headed home, in his frustration, of not getting anywhere with the company. Due to this , It almost caused a head on collision bc of the truck pulling. So the next day he returned to them, yet again, as to where he reset the truck to get the lights off, however it's still out of line, the tires are rubbing, and its pulling so bad, its hard to drive.(His vehicle, NEVER DROVE THIS WAY PRIOR) It has been nothing but problems since stumbling across this establishment. We will now be bringing it to a certified dealer, who can be trusted to perform an accurate alignment on the vehicle. We are out of the money, a reliable vehicle for the time being, and have to miss work to have it redone at this point. It's such a shame that people take on jobs, that they aren't able to perform correctly. And what's even worse, is that instead of being held accountable or acknowledging their mistake, they shrug their shoulders at you, as the now victimized customer.

This is the second vehicle I'm brought to this establishment only to be disappointed both times. Thistime, i spent overr $300 and my vehicle still isn't fully repaired. I'm totally done with this place.

The service technicians as well as management at the location are very trustworthy and professional. Has a good location right off Florida boulevard at i-110 which makes it convenient for people that may live in Baker and Zachary. Also the atmosphere in the waiting area is relaxed and safe

I have mixed feelings about this place. The front office staff are great but i question the service technician's diagnostic skills. I brought my car in and told them about the issue. They drove the car and saw the issue I was referring too. I picked the car up, lo and behold still doing the same thing. I would think you would test drive after the repairs to make the issue is resolved before telling the customer their car is ready especially with the amount of money paid on the work that was done.Service: Auto maintenance

They're all very nice to work with, but I knew what was broken on my car (wheel bearing), but they "tested" it, and said it was something else, at time, that sounded great, they thought it was a simple alignment issue. Did the alignment, charged me $250 and didn't fix the original problem. Turns out it was in fact the wheel bearing. I'm going to have to spend more money to get that fixed and get the alignment done again. This was the second time I brought my car to this place knowing what was wrong but they fixed something elseService: Auto maintenance

Front end staff are nice, and they're honest, but the diagnostic skills of their techs is questionable at best.Twice I've brought a vehicle in knowing what the problem was, only to be told it was something else. A few days later, had to bring the cars BACK in to have the original problem fixed because they didn't listen.I was correct both times about what needed to get done, but they misdiagnosed the problem both times after I told them exactly what the problem was.

I absolutely hate doing this and it really upsets my faith in the American way of capitalism.I took my 99 Toyota Tacoma here Friday. Explained that it hasn t been driven much in the last 10 years, but I try to keep it in running condition in case I need it.It was running rough for about 8 months. Six months ago I siphoned the old gas out and filled it up, added a stabilizer. Still running rough.Took it here and explained what was happening, that I had replaced the old fuel, etc, etc.They required a diagnostic for $130 (autozone does it free) it s a damn plug, I have one at home! okThey wanted to re-drain the gas tank from the bottom fuel lines and change the fuel filter okThey suggested I used a better gas okPicked it up today and here was the invoice.Diagnostics $130Fuel drain $260!!!!!Replace fuel filter $104!!!!!!!It died in my way home .Here s the kicker!!! If this doesn t fix the problem we need to change the fuel pump. $770 for parts!!!!!The whole damn fuel pump assembly is only $400!!! The pump is $45 from Toyota OEM parts!!! $1276 with labor and taxes!!!I googled my issues online, Narrowed down the symptoms . Bad alternator. $180 for the part, replaced it myself in 2 hours.These people are supposed to be the experts !!!I m a pharmacist and fixed the issue faster than the time it took me to get my truck there and back!I m just done with this nonsense!I won t be revisiting this place FYI!!!!

I sent my vehicle to this mechanic shop, they charged me for a fuse box that I replaced a week before.I drove my vehicle off the premises and 3-4 miles down the road my vehicle losses power.There was no sign that my car motor had any problems and no one at this repair shop suggested it was an Issue with my motor.The mechanics were rude, unhelpful and I have very strong evidence they tampered with my vehicle s motor!DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC SHOP

Simply the best! Honest auto shop. The front desk men and women are always helpful and knowledgeable. They are honest on time and availability of services. My car had a mystery noise and needed an oil change. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from this location and the folks working in there. I went in the morning without any set appointment and was out of there by 11 with a new radiator (works great so far). I was even allowed to wait in the managers office the entire time and was told to make it my home for the day. I had a lot of work needing to be done and was able to do everything I needed to do all while my truck was getting repaired. This location has a great staff and does excellent repair work! Friendly folks and quality work.My teenaged town car (2005 model) has been coming here for years. Every job they've done has been done right for a fair price, which is more than I can say for most of the shops I've dealt with. Highly recommend.

We broke down on our way through Baton Rouge and had to call AAA for a tow. We were lucky enough to have our car taken to 360 Auto solutions. We drive a 2012 Fiat 500 and we hit a tire tread which dented our A/C compressor and put a hole in our radiator. Don welcomed us when we arrived and gave a good estimate for the work that would need to be done. Our car required the front end to be removed and several other components before getting access to the radiator. While we waited Don made good conversations with us and also suggested several great places to eat around town as well as a hotel selection if the repairs were to take longer than a day.Luckily enough it was all repaired within the same day. His team worked fast and provided quality repairs. They were also able to save our A/C compressor by flattening it out from its curved shape after being hit. The cost ended up being several hundred less than originally expected. We are now almost to San Diego CA and the radiator and our air conditioning is working flawlessly.We could not be more grateful for their service and hospitality and honesty.Thank you 360 Auto solutions!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

It's way to long of a story....the short version is they came to my rescue. Truck broke down in Port Allen, AAA towed my truck to this service station that was recommended by AAA and these folks did a great honest job. They had it ready on time and went out of there way to help. I would suggest them to anyone needing a repair, I know you'll be satisfied as I am.Service: Auto maintenance

The service was excellent from the time I called the business to have service done to my vehicle. They were very inexpensive with doing a diagnostic test for me. All business needs a smiling young lady to greet you and pleasantly help you. She really made me feel very appreciative for my business. I will definitely recommend friends and family to this business. Keep up the good work and you will always have business.

Took a friends 2010 Honda CRV for an oil change and to have brakes checked.Don called me says there s a problem. The aluminum oil pan has a hairline crack near the oil drain plug and was leaking like a sieve when they tried to change the oil. The friend who owns the car knew about the leaking but didn t mention it. Apparently Firestone on Florida tried to slow the leak by adding a couple of washers on the drain plug to slow the leak. Some shop she used in the past torqued the oil drain plug to much which cracked the areaTo mitigate cost, Don offered a temporary solution, which was great. However, he recommended replacing the oil pan as the solution was really temporary and may not work. We talked to my friend and she agreed to the work. Don gave us a fair quote, which was much cheaper than the dealership. They needed the car for a few days and just picked it up today. Don went over all that was done and explained the 12 month/12K miles warranty. Drove the car and all felt goodOverall, I m happy with the service and highly recommend 360 Automotive Solutions (aka Simpson s).They are honest and are highly recommended by a lot of clients. I remember driving over I-10 on the way to New Orleans thinking: "I hope nobody ever has a car die on them on this bridge over the Bayou, they would be in deep trouble". Well last week it happened to me; our car s alternator died and we lost power on the interstate 15 minutes shy of Baton Rouge. We were lucky enough to make it to an exit where I called roadside assistance. After waiting for a while I called the service and they told me that someone should be out there in the next 3 to 4 hours. By then I had met Don at 360 by phone and told him I was in trouble. Not only did Don help me find a towing service that would actually show up, but he kept the business open so I could bring the car to them. Then he had his staff call around and try to find me a rental car, there were none available. Don empathized with us and bent over backwards to help us out by finding us a hotel to stay at and driving us there. The next morning he called at 9am to tell me the car was all fixed up; new alternator and the battery charged overnight. He picked us up at the hotel in my now functioning car and refused to accept cash. I offered him to pay him for going above and beyond. The car is running great and safely got us back to Austin, Texas.If Don and 360 take such incredible care of an out of state customer who they may never see again, consider how they would treat a local client. When I drove up, I was greeted immediately. The gentleman inspected my car and within minutes explained the problem and gave me the solution. Inside the gentlemen at the counter assisted me with the rest of the process ordered my tire and setting up service. Honestly the whole experience was very professional and the gentleman that drove me to work was just as kind as could be. I truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism I received and I will do business here again.

Needed a wheel alignment.. It took all together bout an hour. There was a 30 min wait to get in the back. The staff were friendly. Even found out some extra helpful info while chatting with a service tech.. ( If you are buying a vehicle they will inspect it for you before you purchase.)

I want to warn those on a modest salary that this company charges twice the cost of a normal mechanic. However, the lady at the front desk was very kind and understanding. I also received a phone call from a company representative, not long after posting my initial review, asking what more they could have done for me. That was very considerate. For these reasons, I thought it fair to go from 1 star to three.

Highly recommend. We were heading back to Houston and broke down. We called Triple A and they towed us to this shop. They took great care of us, fixed the issue, got the part needed and we were back on the road within 2 hours. The staff was friendly and we even got a triple A discount. Great service center.

Other services used were front driver window motor repaired, windshield wiper motor repaired. I was very satisfied with the patience that Blair showed me with the car shield warranty, they kept stalling on approving the work that needed to be done, had it not been for that I would've gotten my car back in a timely manner. But overall Blair, Mr. Don and Chad were very professional and I am satisfied with the work that was done. Cudos to the mechanics! The customer service is excellent. They were very quick to respond to my quote request. And the one feature I loved the most is corresponding via text message! So convenient. They got my new tires on in about an hour and I was good to go.

Tess was sooo helpful!! I was vacationing in LA and our car started making an awful grinding noise, took the car in and needed new rotors and breaks. They had them delivered from TX next day and we were back to driving the car. Cost was exactly what they qouted. Very clean, fast, professional service!!

I love these people. Blair is my girl!! Thanks for putting notes in the system per our conversation. When i walked in the next day, the mechanic knew what i was talking about because Blair inputted notes. She is awesome. If the repair isn t needed, they will tell you to save your money.
