I like that it is always clean. The employee didn't have much faith in the product i was buying when I asked him about the guarantee, written on the front of the bottle. He informed me dont even bother coming back there if i had a problem.

O'Reillys had the bearing kits I needed to rebuild my rear differentials inner and outer hub bearings on my duramax when the other two parts stores in town didn't. They also had the best price. One of the bearing kits I needed was out of stock at my location but I ordered it online before I went to bed and it arrived to my store at 10 the next morning. Great store, friendly people, great prices, and great quality!

These are some real friendly folks up in this store. Hometown people that love to see you smile.The part that I needed was the correct part but by the time we figured out what was wrong with my car, it was too late. It had a blown head gasket.

The manager, James, has an INCREDIBLY horrible attitude and has poor customer service skills. He was very rude to me when I was attempting to make an exchange and walked away in the middle of our conversation as if he couldn t be bothered. I will NEVER do business with this location again so long as he is employed there!

Not very helpful to me. When attempting to find parts for a Cadillac srx. Not the store, it was the employee. Went back three days later and got the service I needed.
