I used them to paint my Vehicle. They ended up keeping my vehicle for 3 months and it still wasn t right. Thomas told me he could match the paint. But when we got our SUV back the paint was different. I addressed it with him and he denied it that it. He put swirls in the paint. He said it must have come from the dealer like that (totally not true). I told him that wasn t true and that it was only on the side he painted, he started making excuses instead of making it right.I will never take my vehicle there again and I advise anyone else not to take their vehicle there. He uses uncertified ex-cons to work on the vehicles.Service: Painting

Never again will I take my vehicle to this place. Awful. My car was messed with not fixed. There are parts that were to be bought and placed on my car. They weren't. Progressive is having a field day with this. My car is worse now than when the deer hit the side of it

Thomas agreed to do body work and paint my car in a "little over 30 days" . At 60 days, he told me he would do it "next week with three people". At 90 days I came after the car. I do not know if he would have done quality work on my car, since he never did any for me. He wasted 90 days of my time! The prior shop (Ian's Body Shop) had it for more than 30 days and also did nothing. So, four months and still no paint done. When I arrived at the NAPA shop the first day, he showed me what look like professional paint jobs in photos and autos in his shop. I was impressed. Suggestion: Bastrop, get everything in writing at all our local shops. The agreement should have a set completion date and penalties if the date is not met. (Exa: 5% discount if later than 7 days). Don't sign an open ended (No completion date) agreement!

Thomas and his crew were a lifesaver. We are from Lafayette and broke down in Bastrop. Within minutes he had a tow truck there and by the next day we were on the road and home again. Great price also. Good work guys
