Used Certified to replace my 2018 Chevrolet 1500 transmission and they did an amazing job. The extended warranty company gave us the run around but Mr.David and crew stayed on top of it the whole way. Would definitely recommend!

Great shop to use. Got me in and out surprisingly quick for a full rebuild on a 6l80e. Transmission shifts flawlessly and they actually take the time to explain what all they did internally to it. these guys did a great job on my 2008 chevy tahoe i have ASC warranty on my vehicle, they did a good job getting the warranty company to max out coverage, rebuilt my transmission and it shifts smooth as a new one i would highly recommend, btw i never right reviews but this one was worth my time. I took two different vehicles to this location, both they stated needed a rebuild, one was way they called a clutch replacement as apart of the transmission, when we did the first, the vehicle wheel nearly come off the vehicle and the axle nut was completely backed off the axle, it caused a lot of damage, however they did remedy this, but also tried to blame us for their mistake, fast forward to the second car, (I should of known when they did what they did with the first not to go back but because they fixed the first issue, I gave the benefit of doubt) 2017 Ford Focus, it s been nearly over a year since they changed the clutchs told me that this was the version of a rebuild for a Ford Focus with this transmission due to it operating on a automatic clutch system and it only lasted for two weeks and maybe 4 actual drives during that span, I took it back to them and they refused to fix it citing that the issue isn t their work, it s the TCM and they can t get one due to national back order, I went and bought three used TCMs over the course of a few weeks and supposedly all three was faulty and come up missing from the shop when I asked for them to be returned, I wanted to take my car as well as the additional TCMs to another shop for a second opinion, they said they would contact me when they discovered where they put the other TCMs, it s been over a year and $2500 down the drain because of this place, also another shop states they either didn t put no work into the cluches/transmission or did something seriously wrong when putting it all together, because based on the mileage driven after the work was done there is absolutely no way that the damage inside with the clutchs was caused in such a short amount of mileage. This shop has yet to reach back out to me or even try to help me after I paid them to fix my car and they didn t, it really sucks cause I also still owe on this car.UPDATE, took the car to two other shops, both state it was issues with the craftsmanship of the prior shop, I have now went by the shop and asked for a refund at the request of my lawyer to give them an opportunity to remedy this situation outside of the legal system, this would cause less of a problem with court costs and such, as I would need to provide some of payment until the lawyer can file for a full reimbursement, the shop also pays court costs and plus any damages and loses this inconvenience has caused over the past year. Shop refused to refund any money at all. Lawyer will be filing paperwork shortly.Service: Transmission

I would like to thank David and his crew. I had a transmission pressure control solenoid that no one else in town wanted to touch. I called CT and David gave me a quote over the phone. He was spot-on with the quote and my car is running superbly. Great job and I highly recommend Certified Transmission!!

Thank you so much for getting us back on the road after a breakdown away from home. From the service tech Daniel to David and the team at Certified Transmission is a class act. They figured out the issue the first time and had us back on the road within an hour! I can't express how much it meant since I was on my way to watch my son play in his baseball state championship game. Been here a few times.. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there Transmission.. prices are right.. and the time they tell you it will take is also right. They answered all questions I asked. Never got tired of my lack of knowledge on the work being done. I would highly recommend...

I've been to them prolly 4 times this year and even though my warranty sometimes gave them a hard time, they have stayed over a couple times to make sure I was able to get to work when the time came, very thankful and blessed... These guys are pros on transmissions! They overhauled my (RIP) Dad's truck transmission for a reasonable amount, and provide friendly, courteous service. If you want the job done right, don't go anywhere else
