The managers (middle aged black lady and white lady) at this location can be very rude and unprofessional. They do a good job of not making you feel welcome at all. It's as if your patronage is an inconvenience.The store is well stocked and the prices are good for a brick and mortar that carries so much. There are really good clearance deals to be found. That's fun.

Went here on 10/24/2020 about 11:44a.m., Mr. John S. Was very helpful and professional, but the older Spanish women, forgot what her name tags displayed, but she wears the the gray shirt (parts and service manager) seemed only eager to help her Caucasian customers taking five minutes to checkout a lightbulb. For a supervisor she wasn't very efficient with time management and this location needs more associates. Only gave 3 stars because Mr. John changed a battery and came in and checked out CUSTOMER'S while the other supervisor was still on one customer while running her mouth, keep in mind her customer only purchased a light bulb.

Mr. Charles was veey helpful with selling me a battery for my car. I don't know much about car repair but Mr. Charles explained to me what can cause my battery to die and even installed it for me on a busy cold day. This store is always clean and stocked up and I will be back to shop again. Thank you Charles and the group at Autozone.

John was very helpful in helping me find a belt to replace a leather one that came with my 1930's drill press. Although I had to make many trips and exchanges, John was patient, welcoming, helpful and pleasant. Customer service like that will make me a customer for life and sets a standard for how we wish to serve our customers.

This store doesn t follow normal business hours or days. It seems they open on whatever schedule they want to work. Not sure why the lights and registers are on but the the doors are locked at 5:45pm on a Friday and Saturday. I ll be taking my business to Orielly auto parts. They are much more reliable for parts and just being open on the hours they advertised they will be open. If I could give no stars I would for this autozone

The counter person was almost as rude as the manager. Worst customer service I've ever received at a corporate store before.Perhaps they do things differently in Louisiana, because in Cleveland they would have put the lug nut I bought on my car for me. Here they wouldn't even let me use a 4 way wrench TO TIGHTEN ONE LUG NUT, and made me pay $21 to buy one.So much for southern hospitality. These 2 do not belong in the service industry, and certainly shouldn't be representing Autozone.I at least expected more then bad attitudes that seemed annoyed that I made them do what they're being paid to do. I guess it's time to start going to Conrad's.

The visit was for my dad, he needed and part for his truck. It was quick and they had what he needed so I guess thats good. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Always the best customer service. They never let you leave without having an answer, whether it is having the part, when to pick up the part or where to get it. Normal inventory has everything needed for most jobs and for most models.

It's great to call ahead and have it confirmed that they have a part and all the details Waterford e when I walk in. Less air time is good!

Its only one person in there would make beat the hell out of her. She dont know nothing about anything she said that out her own mouth when she was help a person. She is very rude

I only go there when I need something such as oil, windshield washer fluid, a light bulb, or a battery... They have what I need when I need it and the team there is very knowledgeable

Every one at this location has been extremely helpful. I was afrade to use an aftermarket throttle body but it worked fine and I saved about $150.00. Thank you autozone

I don't love AutoZone but the folks who work here deliver absolutely perfect service and this is the only place I will ever buy parts near NOLA! please give every person who was working this afternoon a raise!

I refuse to let anyone work on my car because the dealership destroyed my last one by not putting the plug back in the oil pan so I'm here all the time they are nice and always make sure I get the right parts
