Wonderful truck buying experience!! Thanks Noah Guidry for the easiest car buying experience ever. Straight forward and simple. Best prices hands down. Highly recommend after getting truck home and checking out thoroughly, I had to replace windshield wipers, add coolant and wiper fluid , and change air filter. Still a great buy and great sale experience, but truck was obviously not serviced. Also had to buy tires and replace a tail light that was broken.

We had a great experience. We thought we weren t going to have any luck finding a reliable new vehicle, but we ended up having the best help we could have asked for. Champion helped us find our new used Chevrolet 1500 at a reasonable price and low mileage!! I highly recommend asking for Champion to help you find the vehicle you need. He is friendly and down to earth. We couldn t ask for a better salesman! Thank you, Champion!!

Purchased a 2019 Silverado RST from here with the help of Samantha. She was extremely helpful and dilegant when messaging her about information before meeting to see the truck. Everything was super smooth from test drive to out the door with the keys. Samantha made sure to make you feel like a priority and that your needs were met. She even went so far as to check up on me and the truck a week later to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the purchase. Upon leaving the dealership I noticed a cracked windshield that I had failed to notice during the initial test drive, I mentioned it to Samantha when she checked on me after the purchase and she went so above and beyond to call the service center to get a new windshield in to fix the truck even though I purchased the truck as is.If you re looking to purchase a vehicle for a great price and great service then I d recommend this dealership 10/10.

I have an adult daughter that s disabled (she uses a wheelchair) and has other special needs. My husband and I were looking for a van that worked for our daughter. I searched for several weeks and came across Vaughn. Noah reached out to us and was THE BEST ! He was very attentive and went above and beyond to help us with everything from finding the perfect vehicle for us to working with the numbers to make sure we could do the monthly payment. I am extremely grateful that Noah was our salesman- he definitely became a friend to our family the way he went out of his way to make sure we got what we needed and were looking for. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

Took truck to get cv axle changed. They called warranty and got the claim approved and part ordered the same day. Had truck fixed the next day and had me in and out in 45 minutes. Unlike southern Chevrolet who had my truck over two weeks just for one ball joint. Loved Vaughns service department customer service and they will forever have a customer in me with this type of service!

I started this day off with two unpleasant experiences at two unrelated establishments where I was nothing more than a number at one location and not even spoken to at the other.I was greeted by a staff member within a few minutes of my arrival at the Vaughn car lot with a welcoming reception and needed dialog. Bart Badeaux was extremly thorough and knowledgeable with respect to each vehicle in their inventory. I provided what my price range was, the desired mileage requirements, and overall vehicle expectations (performance requirements) which was applied with perfect accuracy resulting in my purchase of a SUV.The conversation with this staff doesn't end when you close on the vehicle. I required a few after-market upgrades and Bart made the appointments for me without hesitation. I recommend this salesman and establishment as they provided a great car buying experience.

Bought my car beginning of July, immediately had to take it to another dealership to have the recalls fixed. (Recalls were issued way before my purchase.)Front struts were bad; brought to service department s attention and nothing was done. Got in a wreck and my car was in the body shop for 2 months waiting on parts and getting repaired. (Obviously it wasn t being driven during this time.)Picked it up from the shop and they informed me that I needed 2 new front tires because my current ones had almost no tread left. Called service department again, was told that the tires passed their safety inspection and that I must of caused the damage. So according to them, I wore out 2 tires in the 2 months I ve driven the car.

Noah is the most amazing car salesman we ve encounter. Spoke to him about what we was looking for in a vehicle for our teenage daughter. He works very hard for each one of his customers. He texted us late one night and said hey I got you the perfect car after months of us looking because we got a lemon on the first car we purchased for the oldest daughter. He was right it was the perfect car for her and not even 2 months later we purchased another suv for our older daughter through Noah he is very hands on and accommodates all your needs.. He will forever have our business. So pls if you looking for an Amazing car salesman don t walk RUN and go see him.. Thank you again Noah

I drove 3 hours from Texas for my vehicle! They had the best prices and good variety of cars! Noah made the process so easy, no haggling, honest and such an easy process! I would most definitely make the drive to buy with Noah again!

Noah was great; He knew all the crucial info about every car on the lot! I told him what my requirements were regarding mileage and price, and he quickly showed me my options. Great place to buy your certified preowned vehicle! Prices are comparable to Kelley blue book market values. Automotive service are great. I have owned my truck for half a year and I am thankful for the two free oil changes. Thank you to my sales person Noah Guidry he found the truck I was looking for at a different location.

Would give this place zero stars if I could, we are from Lafayette so we gave all of our personal info over the phone and via email, the sales guy tells my husband he needs a co signer and mind you my husband has great credit they tried to say that his credit wasn't good so the notes would be high, well if someone has bad credit they won't get approved at all, we already have a vehicle in his name that I drive that we had no problem financing, my husband then tries to call the guy back to get more information he's not picking up his phone, so my husband called the business to speak to the manager and guess what he wasn't available, now these people have our personal information and you can't speak to a manager! Not happy right now, this place has horrible service, wouldn't recommend!

There are several reviews on Vaughn Automotive. I m blunt and forthright in my recent experience with Vaughn. It s taking better than a month to write this post. Bought a 2017 BMW 530i for my wife the latter part of August. Very happy with the purchase. Price for the car was fair concerning the options that came with the car, believe me, was doing my homework on pricing, mileage and again, options. With that said, have been working with Noah for several months on getting that SPECIAL vehicle. It came and we worked out all the details. Purchased the car. Pictures made of her and then disseminated around the world with pride and joy. Then the bottom dropped. She can t take the car home because I wasn t there tho sign the paperwork, I m in Illinois working. Had to have the paperwork overnight FedEx to me and sign papers THEN send back overnight back to Alexandria. All in all, it took about three days for her to start enjoying her car. Noah PROFUSELY apologized for the issue and PROMISED to make it up to us ..and he has keep his promise. That s why the delay in my posting a remark. The only caveat to not getting a 5 was that issue, I don t agree with it but that s the way it is. So, in closing, I talked with Jermaine Reed over the phone, poised, professional and handled all the affairs in a diligent manner. I recommend Noah as your salesman. I received GREAT service from him. Thanks again Vaughn for the great Red ribbon and note on Brenda s car. That was a SPECIAL touch for my buying experience.Kind regards,Robert Stephens

Do not take your vehicle to this place. They promote they can work on all makes/models, but that is false. I brought my vehicle in for a check engine light on Monday morning and it took until Wednesday for a man name Joel to call and say it's three sensors that needs to be change for over a thousand dollars, which was not true. My vehicle was then kept for another week. I was told this was a two week job. I had to call constantly when most of time, the phone just rung. Why does a customer have to call everyday to find out what's wrong with there vehicle? Horrible customer service.I finally spoke to Joel and requested my vehicle be put back together so I can pick it up. I was given several printed papers that looked liked a tutorial on how to work on a car by Joel when I picked up my vehicle. So instead of telling customers they do not know what they are doing, they lie. I then had to pay a service charge for constant lies. I was very disappointed, because I actually brought my vehicle from here. This caused me alot of stress. I had the added expense of renting a vehicle for two weeks. I suggest no one use this place for service. Horrible experience.I was toldvehicle.that's the step, This took a anotherweek with still no results.

Purchasing a vehicle from here is quick and easy. However, once you purchase it , the vehicle becomes your problem. There is absolutely no service after the sale. I purchased an Infiniti and all they say is bring it to Infiniti. However, they sold me a premier package warranty with no intention of maintaining this vehicle . My husband went to the service department again and still no service. The service technicians were standing around doing absolutely nothing. The appointment was at 10 am and he had to go ask them at 1 pm when they intended to drive the car to detect where the noise stemmed from. Therefore, he asked for the keys and left. I intend to contact the warranty company again because this is unacceptable. I can't even be angry about this because it is my fault I should have known better because I had the same experience with the last vehicle I purchased from this company.
