We paid a lot of money to this business for work and accessories for my wife s vehicle. The work was horrible and we never received the accessories. We paid almost $6k for all this. He will not respond to us now in any way to fix this issue. I want everyone else to know that Levi is dishonest, untrustworthy and unreliable. He is about to be in more trouble than his little business can handle if he doesn t fix this on his own!!

Took my vehicle to them in August 2023 for what was supposed to be a wrap, new katskin seats, new grill and new handles. Paid him upfront $5600+ for which $3k was wrap, $280 was grill, $60 was handles and approx $2300 was seats and it was only supposed to take him 2 weeks. Within the first month when I discovered Levi only ordered seats and the rest of my interior would be another color and he kept changing delivery date for seats from 2 weeks all the way to 10 weeks I told him to cancel them. We talked about and decided to leave my grill it s orginal black and the handles would be wrapped same as vehicle. Throughout the next 4 months it was extremely difficult to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Finally in December I was furious at how long he had my vehicle so I took it upon myself to make an appt with another business to have wheels, tires and lift installed and messaged Levi and told him he needed to be done with my vehicle and have it at the next business at so and so date. He said he would. Come that morning, the business called and said my bronco wasn t there. I called him and of course he s rushing to get it finished and get over to next place. Needless to say, he missed that appt but eventually took my bronco to them. So now they couldn t do work until 3-4 days cause he missed my original appt. So fast forward those days, that business calls me to tell me they started the work on my vehicle but the tailgate is messed up and in order to fix it, it needs to be cut into to retrieve the bracket and they also wanted me to come check out some things on my vehicle. I went over to business and they said it appears person who did wrap and reinstalled tailgate messed up when installing and pushed bracket and bolts into the tailgate to which they fell to the bottom with no way to retrieve other than cutting into it. They had proof to show it was done previous to them getting it. Also, there were so many issues with the wrap. Huge and small bubbles all over it, lots of places cut too short so you can see previous color, bad seam places, holes etc etc. I called Levi and told him what was going on and he said it was the other place that did it, not him but then went on to tell me that he wasn t the one that actually put my vehicle back together. Said he had a worker doing it so wasn t sure but we would figure it out. I also pointed out issues with wrap and he said he would handle it. He told me he would get the vehicle back and make it right and fix it . We set a date for sometime like the next week for him to get it. When it came time for him to get it he stopped responding to me. From then until now , 2 month later, he has yet to respond to me. Every time I text, he gets on his fb and posts on his story that he s in Ohio. Literally hasn t said anything to me in 2 months. He owes me over $2600 in products that I paid for and I never received. I don t need or want them anymore. Just want my money and he needs to fix my wrap or refund that money. I have a tailgate that has a hole cut into it due to his workers or himself and their negligence and it doesn t shut right. I actually had to get the second place that did work for me to turn the hydraulics around because Levi s shop put the hydraulics upside down and it wouldn t allow it to open properly and would slam shut. Not sure which of those issues has affected it but now the tailgate doesn t line up to shut properly. It catches and hops into the spot to shut. I have ppl stop me and ask if I know about the issues with the wrap. Embarrassing! We have been paying Levi for the past 2.5 yrs to wrap, tint, detail, ceramic coat every vehicle we have got and we have a lot. He has done some subpar work for us in the past but we just let it slide. I refuse to let him keep that money of mine so I guess I ll be going the legal route now. I have proof in pictures, videos, texts, witnesses, recordings, other business etc etc that backs every bit of this up. We have been loyal to him for 2.5 years but he threw that away. He has a chance to fix this but his window is closing!

Horrible tint job, I had my Mercedes done and there are air bubbles in every window, scratches in the film the same day. The edges weren't even covered. They broke my seatbelt clip and didn't even tell me.. Took 5 hours and it looks like something someone did out their house. I made multiple attempts to speak to owner and once I finally did a week later he said there are no refunds only that they would redo tint. I paid over 500 to get the job done and I would not advice any one with sense to go to these people. Why would I allow you to mess it up worst the second time. DO NOT GO HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horrible communication and work. The owner rather rushed to get food than attend to his customers. Horrible customer service and good luck getting in touch with him. Some people shouldn t be in position of ownership. And this rings true for this man. I can t tell you how many times I have tried calling and come to the shop after driving all the way from Fort Polk. Please go somewhere else.

I got the ceramic tint put on my vehicle. It looks great and it was done very quickly. Appreciate the guys that got this taken care of for me. I paid a deposit of 250 dollars and set an appointment, but then was canceled on. After multiple days of attempting to reach out to reschedule or get a refund, I received no reply or answer. They stole my deposit and I never got my tint. Theft plain and simple.

The worst experience I've had with tenting my window broke my rear seat, bubbles in the tent and it was pealing not even a week of service

I drove 70 miles for a scheduled 7am appointment only to have these guys not show up. I waited 15 minutes and then just left. Highly unprofessional.
