This guy made this experience fast and easy. He was the best proce in town and also took money off to account for the inspection sticker

Called them to get a quote because I wanted to replace my windows . After about a week, Mr. Burrell Brown called to say he would be out to measure for my windows but I could not be there. He said it was not necessary because all he had to do was measure, so he came while I was not there. I talked to the office manager all through the ordering process and one day they called and said they would be there in about an hour with my windows. Once again, I could not be there and they said it was not necessary, they could go ahead with The install. I came home to find that they were replacing my double paned solar tempered glass with new double pane solar tempered glass. ?? I was not getting new windows. Miscommunication? Definitely. Who s fault is it? Must ve been mine because I paid every penny of it. But I never said I wanted to replace the glass, I said several times that I want to replace my windows . Upon closer inspection about a week after the install I discovered that they broke or cracked all of my window stops during the install and they cannot be replaced.

Very helpful, they will cut a piece of glass for a quick DIY or come out and measure and replace a broken window in a timely manner.

Red River fixed my windshield glass within 30 minutes! Dean was so helpful, & I was back on the road fast! Great prices.

Always the best place to go! Great prices! Great customer service. I needed a windshield replaced. They scheduled me very quickly and the entire process was done in less than an hour.. I will definitely return if I need their services. The only downside is they offer no warranty

I've used them for pretty much any glass I need. I was checking out their website bc I recently shattered my sliding patio door and once I called them I knew a rough idea of the cost, options and time frame for having it replaced.

All of the employees were super nice. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the wait before they had started on my car with me having an appointment. As far as the people that work there they get all 5 stars and a big hug from me. All of them were GREATE. THANKS AGAIN

I didn't "hate it", but I can't accurately rate service I didnt recieve. I called to set up an appointment to get my windshield changed and the guy that answered the phone obviously had no clue. He said he'd get someone to call me back and that was 3 weeks ago. I reckon I'll just go with someone else

Excellent staff and the prices are great!! The guy at the front desk is very polite and courteous! He makes everyone feel welcome after they walk in the door. Highly recommend this place for all your glass needs!

Red River glass was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted them on Jan 27th and Burl came the same day took measurements and i have not received one call back yet. I placed follow up calls on Feb 1st, 4th, Mar 2nd. On Mar 2nd they promised i would get a call back and it didn't happen. Today i called let them know how dissatisfied i am with service received and i would find someone else. "Unbelievable "

The came out and did the work at a fair price but did not call to give a time for the glass installation like they said they would and this was the day after they said they would come out.. that being said it was done and it looks nice. Would likely use again just with clear timeframes

They did a good job with glass work. But the domain name for the website has been taken over by someone else. So website can be found that is for Red River Glass.
