Absolutely the best experience! From before we arrived they made us feel welcome to when we arrived and we became part of the family.Hands down I recommend Primeaux over the other competitors.We called them with our wants and what we could do. They made it happen.Thank you so much.

If it would allow to give zero stars, I would. I came here highly recommended by a friend about how great it was. My experience was the opposite. By far worst experience of any place I have been. Everything seemed to be extremely disorganized, with no communication between departments. I came in looking for a unit I would be using as my full time residence. After going around the lot I found a brand new model that would seem to suit my needs. That marked the end of where things went well. After beginning my walkthrough certain specific features I stated I was looking for, and was told were on the unit were not, and when questioned about it the response I received was, This is the one you bought. This being my first camper, I had stated I had no idea about how they operate multiple times, so the details I were told I was expecting to be true. Expecting a detailed demonstration on how every aspect operates was not what I received. I was repeatedly asked if I had any questions, and having zero knowledge and experience with this, you don t know what kind of questions to ask, which makes the whole process even more aggravating. Any specific question I did have was met with no actual answer or solution. which is of no help. Many things that were said previously as a fact during negotiations were not honored after paperwork signing. When pickup day finally did arrive, I called and informed them almost two hours in advance of my arrival. When I get on-site to retrieve my purchase I had to wait almost an hour before leaving because they could not locate my keys. Once the keys are found, I leave with my purchase, and get the camper parked, two of the stabilizing jacks immediately break. With this being a brand new unit, that was not to be expected. I had to return the camper to the dealer only three days after pickup to have two of the four stabilizers replaced, with that entire process taking a week s time. Once I finally get the call the maintenance is finished, and I can come pick it up, it had been almost two weeks since purchase date, and the unit still never had been used. During first set up on campground A/C and refrigerator do not work, with components within the fridge already rusted.

I am really late leaving this review, especially since these folks deserve it. This is for great warranty service and I didn t buy it there, they were just very good to me and my trailer. They replaced a damaged wiper seal, evaluated my refrigerator performance and worked with Dometic to get the fridge working like it should. It took a little while but, knowing i was full time, i got my trailer whenever they weren t actively working on it. Great job, people! Thank you.

Our experience with Primeaux RV in Alexandria has been nothing but exceptional. Jennifer and Star have been professional, compassionate, and patient in working with us and our insurance company. We have received our rv back and couldn't be happier ,even planning our next trip. We would definitely recommend Primeaux RV to anyone!

Terrible service and crooked organization. We bought a RV out of here and they tried not to honor the warranty within the first three months. We requested to sell it back to them around a year later and they offered a fraction of what was paid. Several months after they reached out requesting to buy it back at a quote that would not even pay 50% of what is still owed on it. If we wouldn t accept the first offer, why would we take $10,000 less than the first? They also argued honoring their alleged veterans discount in the shop the day of purchase. They even attempted to discredit my military service. Very disappointing and shameful.

From my initial visit to look at a camper until the day I signed the paperwork and drove it off the lot, the entire staff was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their patience guiding me through the process since this is my first camper. A special thank you to Garrett Hooper who made the entire process so easy. Primeaux RV earned my business . let them earn yours! You will not be disappointed with the service you receive .

Kennon our salesman was very knowledgeable on the rv,s always returned may calls promptly and also gave us a great deal on a 2022 Transcend 251BH and yes Primeaux is Cenla s #1 dealer.

Friendly customer service when dealing with Garrett and Dave. Garret was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for and within our price range. Garrett also has kept in-touch since the purchase of the Forest River Wildwood 26DBUD. Definitely worth going and seeing these guys.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting Primeaux RV of Alexandria to purchase an RV, and must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. We cannot express enough how impressed we was with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the staff at this dealership. It was like talking to friends that knew exactly how to help.From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by Garrett Hooper, who was friendly and knowledgeable and who was genuinely interested in helping us find the perfect RV for our needs. He patiently listened to our requirements and preferences, and then proceeded to show us a range of RVs that fit our criteria. He didn't try to pressure us into making a quick decision, which was a refreshing change from some other dealerships we had visited.In conclusion, my experience with Primeaux RV of Alexandria was exceptional in every way. Our experience at Primeaux RV was wonderful. We could not have asked for any better. Everyone was courteous, informative and professional. We were greeted by Garrett upon arrival with a smile and you would have thought we had been friends forever. We were given a tour of several units and after making our selection Shannon took care of the closing paperwork. The unit was detailed and given a thorough inspection before leaving the lot. Our needs and customer satisfaction were of the utmost importance. Great experience with the service department at Primeaux Alexandria. After having brake issues/errors while on a trip, the truck dealership narrowed the problem down to the camper. We called and Starr had us bring our fifth wheel in the very next day.Very courteous and professional from the first phone call until we picked our camper up just a few days later. The service department was top-notch in narrowing down the issue and repairing the wiring. Jennifer, Pat, Mark and Starr were great...so glad we purchased our Cougar from Primeaux...they have provided us with excellent service after the sale.

Amazing is the only word to describe our experience at Primeaux. From Garrett, the best salesman ever, to David being an outstanding manager this place is remarkable! These people became like family the minute we walked in the door. Garrett called to see how our first camping trip went and to make sure everything was good with the camper. I ve purchased MANY things in my life and have never felt the compassion these people have for their customers.

I worked with Vaughn, who is top notch! As an out-of-town/state buyer, we worked over the phone initially. Vaughn worked diligently and quickly to organize and anticipate everything that was needed ahead of time to ensure a smooth and timely transaction. He did exactly what he promised and had the rest of the team all aligned, and on the same page. I also interacted with Business Office (Shannon), Sales Manager (David) and Parts/Service (Kyle). They all were professional and courteous. Never had to deal with any runaround, bait and switch or other unethical practices. I would without reservation buy from Primeaux again and would recommend them to anyone. 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!

The service department is awesome!! We have a new motorhome (bought elsewhere) that had some pretty major issues. Christina took the time to listen to all our concerns and explain the repair/warranty process, and kept in touch throughout with updates and estimates. Great job y'all!!!

Had roof failure while traveling from Tennessee to Arizona. Called Primeaux at 11 am. Was told to bring in my rig and they'd take a look. Came in at 1 pm and Service Manager Jennifer came right out, climbed right up on the roof, and immediately initiated the repair process. I was amazed! Service Tech Mark got right on the job repairing the roof while Jenifer walked me through another issue I had with our bunkhouse slide. She provided excellent professional information to help me when I am later able to repair the slide. Meanwhile, Mark pointed out some potential leak issues with my air conditioners while noticing that my MaxxFan vent cover was missing, as he was repairing the roof. Primeaux provided the vent cover, and I will be able to address the AC issues at a later date when we're settled in AZ. Everyone involved was professional, knowledgeable, and very hospitable throughout the very quick and painless process.Thank you all at Primeaux for taking excellent professional informative care of us during our time of need.Nothing less than blessed, we are!!!

As always , I couldn't have asked for better service. Our service advisor , Christina is on top of her "game." Very attentive to our needs. Our salesperson Richard found out that we we there to pick up our Reflection and he walked over from the sales office in the light rain to visit with us. If you're looking for service for your RV , call Christina . If you're wanting a new or used RV to travel and experience the state parks camping, give Richard a holler. He will get you set up with soo from their huge inventory.

My first time buying an RV and Garrett Hooper really helped me out. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and looking for but he was patient with me and he answered every question that I had. I had no clue what I was doing but everyone at Primeaux RV made sure that I had everything that I needed. These people are really great and helpful and I would definitely recommend purchasing through their company. I love my new camper and I m so excited for this journey!

Sales was great. Recently had to have one of my AC units replaced due to the manufacturer's defective unit. Jennifer and her team in the service department jumped right on it and got it taken care of. They went way beyond our expectations to get it replaced. And we were able to leave out on our adventure the next day that had been planned for months in advance. I highly recommend Primeauxs RV Sales and Services for your next new RV and their Service Dept. for your service needs.

After purchasing our second RV from Primeaux, we can't say enough about how positive our experience with them has been. We appreciate our salesman Vaughn( Twice now!), Shannon in finance, JT and Dominic in Service, Austin, who showed us the different models in the 100 degree heat, and Erin who took care of us when we arrived.We will continue to call Alexandria Primeaux RV our go - to dealership!

Vaughn and Shannon made this the easiest purchase ever! Everything was handled in the smoothest and least stressful way possible! We saw online that Primeaux RV in Alexandria had just gotten in a Keystone Cougar 29 RKS half-ton 5th wheel that we wanted to look at and see if the pictures online were correct. We were very pleased that it punched off almost everything on our list. I had called and spoke to Kennon before we made the drive to make sure it was still there and it was. When we got there Kennon was a joy to work with and was extremely helpful. We weren t planning on purchasing that day but Kennon fought for us and negotiated a wonderful deal that we could not let slip away. He has also been available to answer any questions and has even called to check on us after the purchase. He has assured us that he will always be willing to assist us in any way in the future. He is definitely an asset to Primeaux RV. Denny and Janet

I stopped in to look at the available inventory. We found a unit that we were interested in. We went to the sales office. I spoke with Jeremy he was somewhat friendly but I didn t find any of the salespersons overly friendly. We decided on a unit he ran my credit said that I would have to put $2000 down and a note of $270 a month! We were still willing then they changed the terms to $3800 down! I did the math they wanted me to pay $37,000 for a $15,000 trailer! Yes I have a divorce and my ex wife hurt my credit but this is robbery and they shouldn t quote a deal then change the terms. Stay away from this place.

Primeaux was our 2nd stop, we were already dissatisfied due to the lack of interest in us at the previous RV dealer but when we got to Primeaux we were greeted and felt not only welcomed but valued. We meet Kennon our salesman and was immediately impressed. Kennon showed respect and willingness to help us in every way he could to make our shopping experience pleasant, thank you Kennon for doing just that especially with this being our first camper. We want to commend everyone at Primeaux for your kindness, hospitality and hard work. We are completely satisfied

I called Specialty Hitches regarding getting warrantee work performed on my 2018 trailer and they made me an appointment for the very next day. I did not purchase the trailer from them but they still treated me as a valued customer. I use the trailer for work and it s currently in the middle of my busy season so I did not have the ability to leave my trailer at the shop for weeks or even days. I explained this to them and they had me in and out the same day for both the inspection appointment and the equipment replacement appointment. The service technician personally showed me that the new equipment was working properly and asked if there was any other issues that I needed him to look at.They thanked me for coming to Specialty Hitches and wished me safe travels.I give them 100/100 for customer service, product knowledge, and timely resolution.In the future if I have any more issues with my trailer I may drive the distance to Specialty Hitches to get the work done.I never expected it to be so easy.
