They took really good care of my car. I love the communication that they have. Very time consuming. Depending on what you're getting done then you should be ready to spend big money.

Y'all - I can't say enough about Marcel and his entire team at Precision Tune Auto Care. Not only are they fair, knowledgeable and HONEST - they treat you like family from GO! They've been servicing my family for over 20 years, and my company for over 5 years. I wouldn't dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else! You won't find another shop that truly values YOU! That's just F.A.C.T.S.

In the last two years, I have used Precision Auto Tune for multiple repairs and all of my oil changes. They have always been courteous, timely and very affordable each and every time. The shop is always clean and the employees are always polite and informative when discussing the work needing to be done. It is literally the only place I will trust my vehicle with in the Rapides Parish area. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I have two personal vehicles and two work trucks. Precision Tune in Alexandria takes care of all our regular vehicle maintenance needs as well as any minor issues that arise. Through the years I ve come to know you won t find a better shop with better people anywhere around. Great place. My brake line was literally destroyed. All fluids gone and everything. Cut me a good deal and got it replaced within a day. Always will come back here.

Expensive. I have been there before. Can not help it if u can't see it in your computer. This is my madam name. I understand everything is expensive. Your labor costs are off the charts. Y'all say it took 3.5 hours to do when it was a simple 30 minute job even if u were not that experienced!!!

Have been here multiple times, and will continue to keep going hear!! Excellent Staff that works there, and is up front with you about what is going on with your vehicle, and will ask what you want taken care of instead of completing a task and then charged later for it. Can not ask for any more than honesty from a company that is taking care of your vehicle, instead of trying to finagle you!! I Recommend them to friends!

This is the only place I will go (and the only place my dad will let me ). They are quit and very nice. If they can t fix something they are going to be upfront and honest with you. I ve never had an issue with their prices. And that s very important for me as a woman. They do inspection stickers as well. There is a Taco Bell that is right across the street so you can eat there while you wait. I ll be back again.

My wife and I have been bringing our vehicles exclusively to thus shop for several years. The techs do good work, the prices are fair, and the management is courteous and professional. If, while servicing the vehicle, the tech sees an issue that you may not have told him to address, they will call you to advise of the issue and give you the option of whether you to have them address the issue immediately, or to holding-hands off. I also appreciate that when rotating tires, they do not over tighten the lug nuts.

I have been dealing with Marcel and his crew for over 5 years! Time and time again they have treated me with professionalism and strive to keep my business. I recently took my vehicle to a local dealership for an A/C issue. After 5 days, I still did not have my vehicle repaired so I went and picked it up. I called Marcel and asked if they could look at it. He ran a diagnostic and assessed the problem. It was done within 2 hours! They know what they are doing! I would highly recommend you using them for not only oil changes but also check with them about other things you would normally take your vehicle to the dealership for. They do most things and they do it well! You will always get treated like you are a valued customer!

GREAT experience! Trustworthy people to work on your car. Put your mind at ease to know you can finally trust someone not to do a half butt job and be honest! I'd recommend them any day! And ladies you do not have to worry about being stared at or hit on like other auto places not naming names... Also clean and has nice AC to sit in for while you wait.

I went in for a basic tune up. My car has been cutting off every since then. My car NEVER cutting off before I went to them.I've almost been in an car accident because of their horrible tune up. They try to rip off women. I was charged for a diagnostic test instead of them bothering to fix the problem they obviously caused. I just know karma is real and it will come back to them. Oh they managed to find problems that would cost me over $400. On top of the $112 diagnostic test. The basic tune up cost me $380. They are not recommended to nobody who doesn't have money to just give away.Service: Auto engine tuning

All I ever ask from anyone is to just shoot straight with me and that's exactly what they did. Even though they could not isolate the problem we were having with our truck, they called, apologized and recommended another company that were experts in this particular problem. They even brought it over to the other shop for free and didn't charge for the diagnosis. It's refreshing to have a company that values integrity over the bottom line. I will give them first shot from now on.

Incredibly friendly and honest people who helped us out when we needed them. 2000 miles from home and our car took a beating from these Louisiana back roads and we were worried about it after it bottomed out and the splash guard tore. They looked it over immediately, assured us everything was working properly, and insisted it was free of charge. Thank You!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! This place will take your money and not fix your car! I was charged almost a $1000 and my car wouldn't even start when they were finished and mind you, I had no issuses with my car starting prior to taking it to them. They are really shady here. Take your money to a place that will actually fix what you pay them to fix!
