Never a long wait. They are always pleasant and friendly to me and everyone that comes into the store. Hate shopping lol but love to shop at O Reilys the power of positive energy is amazing refer everyone to go to this store

went and bought a bulb from there thinking they would help me install it as it says on their website. guy recommended me go somewhere else that charges $10-$15.. also they weren t even busy. dude was just standing there doing nothing and being rude for no reason. never going back there.

To me O'Reilly is the Pinnacle of the local auto parts stores. All the counter people know what they're talking about or they go out of their way to find what you need. Everything I need for my vehicles or boat is in there or they can get it in a day, great service professional attitude eager to help

Update...While helping a friend with his car (tune up), to fix misses, he still had a code p0171 which is too lean, which could be maf, fuel filter or pump, injectors, vac leak, he took his car to O'Reilly's and they told him it was the plastic clips on his coils... Since the car has 290000 miles the retaining tab on the electrical connector broke but they plugged in fine...the engine was no longer missing... So he came to me believing the guy at the counter over me, no matter what the scan tool or I said... Engine was smooth and quiet. He didn't listen to that either. He still believed he needed new clips to clear the code.!

Will go out of their way to help you. I have seen these employees go way beyond what they get paid to do to help people out on their vehicles. Prices are typical compared to other auto part stores. They do have certain sales that may or may not be advertised. Also they take all forms of payment(cards, cash, money order, ect.) Its always best to shop around before you purchase anything because I am pretty sure they will price match competing auto part stores but you must provide some sort of proof that the other place is cheaper...however you can. Get creative if you must but I get everything for my three vehicles from them...especially new parts. Most all new or remanufactured parts have a warranty and a core charge. If not I would definitely recommend purchasing an item with warranty or pay extra if you have to. Also don't forget to bring in your old parts because a ton of them have a core charge you pay for automatically at checkout. Sometimes they will tell you about the core and sometimes they don't. The core is what they call the original part you are replacing but not all parts work this way. So be sure to ask about a core charge because you may be able to get a little of your money back by turning in the core. You MUST have the box the new part came in and also good idea to keep your receipt. Hope this helps someone!

Give me O'Reilly Auto Parts every time. They have very good customer service and are very helpful when you need questions answered about something you need for your vehicle. I've never been given the wrong part.

Had a horrible pretend mechanic named Cecil Phillips replace the clutch in my car and he really messed it up. well I went to O'Reilly and their employee made sure to check out my car and see if it was safe to drive, and then when we realized that my fuel line had been ripped out , he found a replacement for it and paid the expense because I was short about $10 after buying brake fluid, power steering fluid, and a few other things the car needed to have replaced due to the pretend mechanic. I have never had such great service anywhere else!

Out of battery s, DEF fluid. Went there to get new battery and turned off my car thinking they would have my battery type. They didn t and wouldn t give me a jump. I had to walk to auto-zone to get a battery and walk it over to O Reillys to install it. Terrible service.

Somthing off my battery broke and I came in for help I have no family here and had no idea to to put the part on and mr Ben offered to help he he only had one arm and I offered to try to help he was struggling with somethings but he politely insisted he had it under control he was sick a kind gentleman
