I use the Alexandria store here in Louisiana. And the customer service is horrible. The people that work there act like they don t want to be there. I hate walking in the store. I know they are going to wait on me like I am disturbing them at home watching a movie. I will absolutely go to any other store when possible. Even if it s out of my way. Stop back to this store yesterday. Nothing has changed. Service is still horrible. People standing around. Myself and 1 other person in the whole store. Took me almost 10 minutes to check out. Absolutely ridiculous

My husband went to pick the 8 spark plugs up after having to wait a day. (They ordered them)There were 2 wrong spark plugs. It's a good thing my husband checked them before he left. They had to reorder 2 of the correct ones. We waited another day for them. My husband finally got all 8 of the correct spark plugs for our Cadillac Escalade. Installing the wrong spark plugs could've damaged our engine and caused some serious issues. Napa should double-check everything before handing it over to the customer. The employees were pleasant throughout these 2 days, so that's a plus.

Great employees with a good deal of knowledge and willingness to find the right answer. If they don't have what you need in stock they'll be happy to order it for you. And being a NAPA rewards member is easy and actually does save you money. I average about 15% savings versus normal retail.

One guy was very helpful, the manager (or at least I think he was) just sat there watching videos on his phone and laughing very loudly as we were having a conversation.

I bought a part from here with my debit card I told the guy that the transaction will come to my phone he said ok instead of telling me I will need a receipt to return it. So I tired to go return it an he said I need a receipt ..ok it says Napa on it an I just bought it the day before ..I will never shop there again nor will I recommend them to my family an friend thanks for nothing I'm out of 30 bucks tho..

Needed a new headlight bulb for my car. I thought I knew what I needed but got overwhelmed once inside the store. Friendly gentleman working figured out which one I needed and I was in & out in less than 5 minutes. Will come back for future auto part needs!

My parts guy was not up on his game went to get a bearing for a Trailer got home and it was the wrong one 23 miles back to town 1:30 later I finally find out they didn't have one . Very Disappointing
