Chuck F. Was amazing to work with. No pressure atmosphere. The dealership was super clean. Easily accessible. The paperwork was no hassle. Finance didn't drag it out. I didn't have to fight off every service offer and haggle in the finance office. Services were offered once and my answer was accepted no questions beyond that.My truck was brought around and was spotless. This place is amazing! I recently went to another Ford dealership that had rude employees who didn t even acknowledge me. I ended up leaving without getting my service because of the treatment.I came here to Hixson Auto and it was a completely different experience! I was greeted as soon as I opened the door and I was treated special the whole time I was there. One employee, Brandon Wilson, answered my questions and kept me informed. He was honest, professional, relatable and so kind to me. He made my experience a great one and restored my faith in Ford service centers. Go visit Hixson Auto Alexandria and ask for Brandon Wilson!

Bought my car took it back 4 times in three weeks to get fixed and the finance manager won't call me back and is never in his office. I told him on the trade in my car payment was coming out in 4 days and he told me it wasn't a problem I get a check back in full. I called back Nissan finance to find out they paid off my vehicle after my payment went through and not the amount on the day of the sale. Now it's going on two weeks of the finance manager avoiding my calls. The secretary has marked my call as urgent and still nothing! I will have to go to court I guess. That's a dam shame!

Not only was the service department finally able to fix my check engine light (which was under warranty), they did it in only 5 days. Also, I was able to spend a few hours with a sales lady who helped me to see options that I can replace with and the loaner was spectacular. Thanks Chey and Kolton!

Very satisfied with my purchase from Hixson. Wayne was very responsive and walked me through the sales process. Truck was as advertised, and didn't get the run around or anything hidden from me. Finance department (curtis) and delivery were accommodating.

BEWARE!!! Bought my 2023 Ford Raptor here last month love the truck but the services will lie to you! They made me purchase something called the Hixson Auto Theft Guard which was 600$ it s an accessory for wheel locks,tail gate lock, etc. And It never even came with the truck!! BEWARE of the manager named Brady I messaged him multiple times asking how to go about it and he never responded to my messages or calls.I spend nearly 100k on this truck and this service was terrible your better off taking your business elsewhere

Service Department was Great! Service Manger kept me informed of what was being done to my F250. The Only problem I've had was their Payment TeleCheck system, Needs to Change. Everyone was Very Friendly & Polite 12/1/2023

Best service department I have ever dealt with. I have used them twice this year for pretty significant issues that occurred in town, and both issues could have EASILY cost me more money if they were simply trying to run up the bill, which happened at another dealership in BR on an identical issue. They were great!! If I hadn't already ordered my new truck in Baton Rouge I would have ordered it from them just based on my service dept experience. (I prob will next time).

Brandon Wilson helped so much!!! Not only was it 10/10 car service but 10/10 Good Samaritan service if that even makes sense. He was very nice and so so helpful! Definitely recommend- 5 stars for sure!

Overall really positive experience. Savannah was a great sales person, finance team was very personal and were able to answer any questions I may have had along the way.I will say the paperwork did take longer than at some other dealerships I have made purchases at. So plan accordingly for that. But very happy with the process and love my new car.

The lady at quick lube was rude and only worried about upselling additional stuff such as cabin air filters. I had to call to find out the status only to learn the noise problem it was brought in for wasn t even addressed. The strut mounts were damaged and she was more worried about the extra sells than the safety of me when I drive off that lot. Brandon went above and beyond. He communicated well and got the techs to get the drop done.

Nice people. However, be aware going in that they do have a policy that your sales price is determined by how far you live from the dealership. Based on my location I was asked to pay $15,000 over MSRP. I didn't do it. To me, seems like a poor business practice and it didn't sit well with me. In general, though, the employees I dealt with were cordial.

Truck sat for 5 weeks no one toched it. Didn't run diagnostics or anything on it. No courtesy call at all...When asking for other recommendations employee found the Facebook post and showed it to the manager. Then management refused service because asking for recommendations is rude apparently.

Truck broke down and needed a new one, 25 hrs away from home. I had no idea where to go. A truck caught my eye on their lot. I ended up getting Jessica Bailey and it was by FAR the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. She is extremely professional, great personality and very knowledgeable. The dealership made the rest of the buying process very easy (even had a dog sitter for when I was on the test drive) LOL. 10/10 would come here again even though it s 25hrs away from home!EDIT::::::: They will lie directly to your face saying they will send paperwork to Montana but instead send it to the wrong place and then KEEP your registration fees.I had to pay out of pocket to get my plates. So I paid twice (yay). If it wasn t for me the title would of been lost too. Tried calling but always with a customer WOULD NOT touch this place with a 10 foot pole even if I am stranded again. They are nice until they get the sale!!

Hixson has been hands down the best place to buy our vehicles!! They are very down to earth and listen to what you re looking for. They d bend over backwards to help you. Jessica Bailey has sold us a couple cars and we love her! She is a very good salesperson and has a great personality. Mike and Terry are awesome as well. We d definitely recommend Hixson to anyone wanting a fast and easy car buying process!

Great experience buying my Expedition. Called and made an appointment, and Jessica Bailey had it out front ready to test drive when I got there. We looked at other vehicles to weigh our options, but knew which one we wanted. We felt comfortable the entire time and felt confident with such a big purchase. Jessica made the experience so easy & we really appreciated that she stayed late until we finished our purchase.

Took my F150 in for an oil change & multipoint check and also got a coolant flush as per the service advisor/tech recommendation because of the mileage. I approved a $194 estimate but for some unexplained reason, the final bill was $248. When i got my truck back, the a/c was blowing on high even though it was a cold morning. I didn t leave the a/c on when i left the truck so why did the tech need to have it blowing on high? Coincidentally, 3 days later when I actually needed the a/c, it wouldn t work and has cost me $1,000 to get repaired. The a/c had never had a single problem until after having service done so I wonder what the tech did? Then, a few days after that, I needed to use the windshield washer fluid but guess what, it won t spray. Looks like the pump is bad, never had this problem before the service visit and the pump is right next to the ac lines they just replaced, another coincidence, I think not. So, I paid $248 for maintenance that has ended up costing me over $1,000 in repairs that weren t needed before getting maintenance done at Hixson. I wonder what else their techs did that will cause a breakdown in the next dew days? Hixson can t be trusted so take your business somewhere else.

Good place to purchase a vehicle. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been buying from Hixon since 1997 and every experience was pleasant unlike other dealerships I had used before them. They genuinely care about people and it s not just to sell a vehicle. Their service and help isn t just while buying a vehicle. I had a flat tire once and called them, they came and changed my tire for free. It can be hard to find good people working at a business that really care, but they do.

SCAM ALERT!!Buyers beware of the service department. In my experience the service dept lied about service/repair done to my vehicle. They listed a cabin air filter change but that filter does not exist on my vehicle. There s lots more if you read my previous review with pictures.EXTENDED WARRANTY SCAM!!The extended warranty is full of limitations that Terry Best in financing fails to provide. Instead he builds the warranty up and says any mechanical issue is covered under the warranty. This is far from the truth as I called the warranty service who corrected Terry Best. Every part of the warranty is very limited to coverage. Terry Best is supposed to have a complete contract with the list of covered parts along with the limitations but he has not provided this. Terry Best lied about the warranty coverage therefore results in a scam. Do your homework and demand a contract according to your warranty. THIS GOES FOR ANY DEALERSHIP!JOSH GRIFFIN IM STILL WAITING WEEKS LATER FOR A CALLBACK CONCERNING THIS SCAM. YOU FAILED PROVIDING TRANSPARENCY. YOU DID THE OPPOSITE. THERE IS NO EXCUSE YOU CAN COME UP WITH. YOUR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND INTEGRITY ARE PATHETIC.

I had a great experience purchasing my new truck from Hixson Ford and Jo Boudreaux. He went to great lengths to make sure that the truck I got was what I wanted. I'm extremely happy with the service I received both before and after the sale. He has followed up multiple times to make sure that I didn't need anything and that the truck was still working for me and my family. I will certainly be back when it's time for us to upgrade! Highly recommend!
