This has to be the nicest group of people I've met in a long time I brought my jeep in because it had a bad wobble in the front they took it back and looked at the front-end for me they told me it was my tires they rotated them for me witch helped till my new tires came in they did the rotation and inspection for free witch was a shock to me but when my new tires came in they put them on and that fixed the problem. They have amazing service and everything was done in a timely manner.

Getting the camper ready for a trip and I find my spare has separated. Mr. Mike takes care of it and we're off to Texas the next day.Brought the camper in when we returned from our trip and had the remaining four tires replaced.14 ply heavy duty trailer tire was less than $5 more than the cheapest price I could find on the internet for the same tire.With great pricing and outstanding service Despino's Tire is the place you need to go!

All the service writers at the main desk are very qualified in tire selection and knowledge of brands for your truck, car, trailer and UTV. Despino s has also replaced Tie Rods on my truck. Mike, Nathan and Steve and the employees in the service areas have all helped me over the last 10 years since moving back to Cenla area. Customer service is the best I ve had in our area. Back when I lived in Oregon there was Les Schwab Tires. Great Customer Service too. It s nice to come back to Alexandria and receive even better service and sales. Thanks , Jason

The folks at Despino s have very recently taken care of balancing and rotating my tires and fixing a flat for my sister just before closing on a Friday afternoon and new tires for my husband. Each time, they were quick and the young man working the desk was very polite and I felt like the prices were good. I would recommend them to my friends.

It took an hour to get 2 wipers put on. Shouldn t have taken anywhere near that.

Big truck tire life saver. Looking months for Michelin XDN2 tires and they had them. Bought 4 and they were very helpful, friendly, and great service. Prices were very reasonable. Will definitely do business with them again.

I was in Alexandria from Tennessee to make funeral arrangements for my Dad. On the way to the funeral home my brake caliper locked up. I called and was told to bring it in. Got there, they moved my vehicle to the front of the line, the tech Paco talked to my husband on the phone, who is a mechanic himself, and I was in the road in no time at a great price.The next day the same caliper locked up. Not their fault. I called at 330 to let them know and explained that I was trying to leave the next morning to go back to Tennessee. Was told to bring it back. As soon as I arrived they started working on it and stayed after closing to get it fixed and get me back on the road.Amazing customer service!My mom will be bringing her vehicles here for maintenance and repair should she need to in the future.Thank you, y'all were amazing!PS: I made it back to Tennessee safely.

We bring our log trucks there for tire service. They always do a good job, and the guys doing the work are pretty quick about it..was there today and he got right on it and repaired my flat on my trailer

I can not express enough gratitude for the service I received today. On our way home we experienced a blowout in our motorhome. I called and they had the tire I needed in stock. I drove the 5 miles to get there and was greeted professionally. I'm thinking about driving back 200 miles to let them change the rest of the tires with next months budget. It's hard to find customer service at this level.

I must have not gone to the same place these people went to, great customer service is not correct. After standing at the counter for 10 to 15 minutes and not getting help (after calling and saying no appointment needed to just come in) myself and the 2 people behind me walked out. As far as "good price" called another shop and got the same brand tires for $30 cheaper per tire and they had great customer service.

I setup an appointment for 9AM January 27, 2022. Arrived at 8:45. It took 2 hours to complete the front end alignment on my 2004 Dodge 3500 truck. I went to get in my truck and it smelled really bad of cigarette smoke. Either the mechanic smoked in my truck during the test drive or he just smelled that bad from smoke when he got in my truck. I was on a deadline for another appointment so I did not go back inside to complain. I did stop to get air freshener as my truck smelled that bad. I drive to my next appointment about 30 miles away. I get out of my truck and noticed my front left wheel cover was barely on. I do not have a rubber mallet with me so I figured I would try to seat the cover with my hand. I barely touch it and it came completely off. The wheel cover was not seated after the alignment. I walk around to the other side of my truck and the front right wheel cover is gone. Either the mechanic did not put the wheel cover on or it fell off during the drive once I left Despino's tire. Obviously the wheel cover was not seated properly by the mechanic if the latter is the case.I called Despino's immediately and was put on hold for over 5 minutes until someone named "Mike" answered the phone. I explained to him the situation about the smell and the wheel covers. He said he would check with the mechanic to see if he left the wheel cover in the work bay and call me back. I'm still waiting for that call back.After 22 years in the Marine Corps, I learned that you never highlight a problem without offering a solution.Despino's should have some type of quality control before vehicles at returned to paying customers. Mechanics should be hired that maintain a high degree of professionalism to begin with. Chain-smoking "Joe-Bob" should never go anywhere near anyone's vehicle. Despino's should know that and what the price for vehicles are these days. Of course they are not cheap. Customers expect more when paying for required maintenance.

Amazing service. I was just coming up from Leesville to go to the airport and had an issue with low tire pressure. The staff quickly assessed all tires and took the extra time to check a problem tire out. They got me fixed up and safely back on the road. Whenever I need tires or service I will drive to Alexandria because I know the staff here will take good care of me. I cannot express how thankful I am for the service I got today. Thank you.

Easy place to find and get to. If you are delivering tires just pull in to the back (for large tires) and see what there they want you. They do have facilities. It took them a little while to unload me. The guy that came out first didn't seem to want to work and the other three guys seemed unorganised but they were trying though. One of the guys that dips thought it would be ok to spit in my trailer until I caught him doing it and stared him down. Over all the place is ok to deliver to but it does take a little time for them to unload you

Amazing service everytime!! Called to inquire about pricing 4 new tires, spoke to Bobby. Was given multiple price options, on numerous brands that were available, as well as options that he would need to order and have ready for me to come in the following day (estimating they would arrive sometime around or after lunch). I decided to go with having him order the tires that would be in the following day. By 10am the next morning, I received a phone call from Bobby letting me know he had my tires in and I could come in anytime that day or the next day (Friday/Saturday)to have them put on. I went up there a few hours later. My visit was as painless as can be! Arrived, was pointed in the direction I needed to go to speak to Bobby, spoke to him and gave him the keys to my truck. Within an hour-hour � (at most) they had my new tires on, gages calibrated, with my truck parked out front. Bobby came through the front door, my ticket and keys in hand. Only thing left to do was simply pay the lady at the front window on my way out. Outstanding customer service! Thank you guys (and gals) for being so helpful and quick as well as doing such a fine job on such short notice!! I appreciate the Despino's Tire crew for their hard and thorough work!! I would highly recommend anyone bring their business to Despino's Tire, Alexandria, LA. THANKS AGAIN!

Despinos always gives me great service and do a good job on my truck every time I stop in. I have used them for my last two sets of tires and they always had the best prices vs everywhere else in town. I highly recommend this place to everyone. They even have coffee while you wait for your services to be done.

If you're ever in the Alexandria area, stop by Despino's for all your tire needs. Great and friendly staff. They actually care about their craft and I can appreciate that work ethic. I will drive and hour away passing 6 other tire shops to come here.

The workers and staff at tire shop and also Ronnie Despino helped me out and they got me n and out as swamped as they were but still took Time to say thank you . Thumbs up guys and girls. Thanks !
