Kelsey is best service rep I have ever had the privilege to work with. Repairs are done right the first time at a reasonable price. If you are looking for a shop with real technicians and mechanics, I highly recommend you give Consolidated a try.

I want to brag on the mechanics and staff at Consolidated Truck Parts & Service.I was having transmission trouble and no one could figure it out.We took it to Consolidated Truck and they searched high and low and found that it was actually a wiring issue that was causing havoc!I cannot thank them enough for their hard work, persistence and dedication of the entire staff!

My name is Vicente "Vic" Gonzales. I'm charged with maintenance with our fleet of diesel trucks and emergency vehicles. This company goes above and beyond. I bring these vehicles in for maintenance, and they do a great job on inspections and diagnostics. If there is anything I have missed on diagnosing these vehicles and they found something. They call and inform me of it immediately. They have a great turn around. Keeping our fleet on track and yours too. We been using their services for years now. We haven't been disappointed. They are very dependable. If your looking for a company that will keep you on the road at a reasonable down time. This is the company you should use. This is one the best truck shops I've been to. I had taken my freightliner in for a coolant leak which was the water pump. Austin the mechanic was able to fix this in a day. HalleluYah. These people go above and beyond. Thank u Austin for the outstanding work u did. Jimmy and Melissa was super helpful and treated me like family. They gave me a fair price and I was relieved. I pray that if I ever break down I will be close to this shop. God bless u guys.

The staff was wonderful! We needed a last minute oil change before a transport and they were able to work us in. Everyone I spoke with was awesome and the price was very reasonable. I had a great experience overall with the company. Being based out of Florida and needing emergency help for my semi they literally went above and beyond to help me. Came to me to diagnose the problem at a truckstop because we had a loaded trailer. They fully diagnosed the issue before getting there and then when taking it to the shop didn't try and shade tree tricks like trying to upsale a service that I didn't need. Real honest and thoughtful environment. Driver told me he chilled out in their truckers lounge and within 2 hours they had me back on the road. Oh I forgot to mention, another mechanic came out before them and tried to charge an arm and a leg and didn't properly diagnose the problem. I spoke with Melissa and she was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I recommend this business for any one that wants a honest and fair assessment of repairs. Sorry for the long post but they saved me so much I couldn't help but come and brag on them. Thanks a lot guys. I hope this review helps bring business your way.

Hello I give them10 stars! They kept their word and got the job done super fast. Melissa was #1very friendly and professional! Jerry Kyle and Bob the owner worked hard and got the job done and got me back on the road asap. They changed a whole transmission and clutch and all the components that go with it. They worked with my boss Ken @ LoadX Transport to get this done. Awesome company everybody was great!!! GOD BLESS and would like to share the good news of the gospel..JESUS is LORD! Driving down the highway the wheel bearing said it was time to retire and left me stuck on hwy 28 here in Louisiana. They came out and help chain the axle to be able to bring it back to the shop. Once here they ordered parts and did the repair as fast as they cold in this cold rainy weather. As a driver not from here, they were very helpful and I don't feel like I get bent over like other would so be adding on things that don't need replacing. Will use again if I ever need help in the Alexandria area!Service: Steering & suspension repair

We took our motor home in for a leaky transmission. They said it was fixed, I paid the bill and off we went. Checked it in the morning it as still leaking. I called them back to take it back in excepting a long story but they were very accommodating to our schedule.. After completing the repair they actually met us in the parking with the keys. I would recommend them and I will go back if needed.Service: Transmission

I had a driveshaft out of a tacoma that needed a ujoint. They put it on and come to find out I needed a yoke also so I bought it and they presses it for free for me. It ended up being the wrong one. They were awesome They took the wrong one off and pressed the new one for me. I'm from out of town so price comparison I can't attested to but as far as customer service goes you won't find anyone better! I appreciate yalls help Consolated Truck Parts. Now I can go home and my daughter's not stranded.

One of my drivers broke down on the interstate approximately 30 miles from Consolidated Truck Parts & Service of Alexandria. I found them online and reached out via phone to inquire if they would be able to help my driver out. I spoke with Melissa who was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable of the diagnosing software they use. She reached out to the on-duty mobile mechanic who advised he was available and in return contacted me to get the location details. The mobile mechanic determined the truck would need to be towed. Consolidated Truck Parts & Service used their tow truck, moved our trailer from the interstate to a truck stop and the tractor to their shop then took my driver to a hotel. The repairs were completed the following day and the staff picked up my driver. Consolidated Truck Parts & Service kept us informed and went above and beyond to get us back on the road.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

There was a leak in my diesel tank. When I arrived the The employees took care of me as soon as I got there. I also waited in a nice clean lobby where there was complementary cold drinks and a snack bar. The wait was not very long and was very happy with the service!

Holy Moly, I am not one to typically leave reviews but I was absolutely blown away by how nice, neighborly, and professional the team here was.When I broke down and was stuck in a really tough spot, the people here made me feel like everything was going to be okay. They went way waay above and beyond anything I would expect from a normal mechanic, and went the extra mile to help me out even though they knew I was a small client with not a lot of money to spend. They were up front and honest about their pricing, way more honest and open than any company has any business being, and prices seemed reasonable or more than reasonable for the work I needed.It was a uniquely pleasant experience to be treated like another human being, instead of just a customer like I've experienced at other places.Very thankful to the Consolidated team for turning one of the most stressful experiences of my life into a pleasant one.P.s.
