We were traveling through Alexandria, LA, a couple of electric receptacles, wouldn't work. Referred to Cenla, they imnediately started working to find tge trouble, Great job had us back on road very quick

My husband and I picked up Rockwood Signature this Monday. Very happy with the purchase process. Great product. Nice people to work with. My sales guy, Brandon was very professional and friendly. GM, Stewart was very knowledgeable. Peanut, the service tech took the time to explain all the details. These guys are ready to earn your business. Thank you all for helping us pick our very first camper! We are super excited!

Absolute the best customer service team! We picked up our new Sanibel April 27th and had a small problem with a bathroom faucet. I contacted our salesperson John and he notified Shannon who then came straight out that evening to fix it. The entire team has went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase!! We have no complaints and are enjoying our new RV!

Great customer service. My Jayco bm pro went out on my RV. I called and Donna was extremely polite and put me in contact with Eric. Eric took care of the issue fast and was very polite. It's good to know Cenla RV puts customers first.

Let me just say the experience and customer service at cenla rv is hands down the best serviceI ever had in my life. Brandon was very helpful, knowledgeable and honest. We purchased our first 2023 Jayco Feather Micro.. ThankYou Cenla RV for all your help and your hard working employees from inside to outside to make this experience wonderful.. What a great first RV purchase experience! The entire CenlaRV team absolutely killed it! When I say team, I mean everyone. Keith you worked magic to get an untouchable interest rate in a crazy market and made this purchase easy. The entire service team worked late Friday evening to get a hitch installed and smiled the entire time. I owe you guys a beer. My fellow Air Force veteran brother who did the pre-delivery inspection was phenomenal. He took his time and showed the wife and I EVERYTHING. If you are exploring RVs, look here first.

We had issues with our brand new camper that stumped the staff. Shannon PERSONALLY came to our home (45 min away) because he suspected it was an issue with our outside outlet at home. He discovered the electrician had wired it for a 220 instead of a 110. He corrected the situation and had our camper repaired and back to normal in less than a week. Great customer service! The service dept staff was a pleasure to work with and always treated us as if we were their only customer. Thank you!

Our RV toilet broke on our trip through Louisiana. We stopped at Cenla RV center. Madison and Shannon we great. They went out of their way to help us. The rest of the staff was friendly and also willing to help.

Thank you Cenla RV! I called with an issue on my 5th wheel. While they didn't have room in their schedule to fit me in, they were able to tell me that it sounded like something they would refer out to a brakes place. They placed me on hold and gave me a local place to call and who to talk to. They were spot on and the locals helped me out quickly. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. If I'm ever around here again, I would definitely use them.

We highly recommend Cenla RV. They have been on point with everything.Thank you Brandon Tyson for working with us when purchasing our Camper! You went above and beyond!The Service department has been great! They are very helpful and tend to your needs very quickly!I particularly want to give a Huge Shout out to Shannon Lear. Words can t describe how grateful we are for him! We have lived part time in our camper for almost two years now and anytime we have a problem, Shannon has been to our rescue. Wether it be driving an 1 1/2 to us, talking us thru the problem over the phone, you name it Shannon took care of us! We greatly appreciate you!!! You are the best!If you are ever in the market for a camper, Cenla RV is the place to go!! You all Rock!!!

Came in looking for a sink faucet replacement. They didn't have it but I must say one of the cleanest establishments and most friendly I've ever been in! Super helpful and even offered to order the parts we needed! We where in need of an immediate fix so we couldn't do that but nice to know for next time or a backup! Ty!

The camper we bought had some problems, but they stood behind their product. They are currently fixing the problem with the stove. No hassles very polite, just good people to deal with. I highly recommend.

We purchased a new Crusader 395 BHL when we were down in Louisiana this winter. Steve Walker did an excellent job helping us. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us. They were very competitive with their pricing and really wanted our business. They gave us a fair price for our trade and worked with us patiently through the whole process. Brandon the sales manager was really great making all the number work for everyone. Steve and Brandon even got my daughter a Saints sticker for the back to the camper since she is huge fan and we are from Minnesota. Thank you for everything and we are looking forward to many great trips with our new fifth wheel.

Everyone here went beyond quality service to get us in our new Jayco. Mr Steve was excellent and very knowledgeable about their products. Mr. Keith was excellent in get the numbers to work. They went over everything from top to bottom. When we did the walk through our walk through rep was very helpful with answering any questions. We ve owned 2 fifth wheels in the past and this is our second bumper pull. If we ever purchase another in the future it ll be from here. The floor plan of the camper is open and perfect when you stay in the camper more than you do your home. No one can go wrong purchasing from Cenla Campers. Thank to everyone their for your help.

We were traveling through the area from Colorado. Somewhere along the way our AC shroud blew off. After numerous calls and people telling us the part would take a week to get here, Cenla was able to get it the next day and install it to keep our family on the road. They even stayed a little after closing to make sure we were taken care of. They came highly recommended from other shops and We also highly recommend them...Harriman Family

While traveling to Florida from California in our brand new RV, (only had it for 3 weeks), the converter stopped working in Oklahoma. Primeaux RV Superstore of Alexandria, LA removed the converter but was not authorized to work on our RV. They referred us to Cenla RV Center. As soon as we walked in with the part, we felt very welcomed. The part was in stock and they were able to install it expeditiously. Everyone within the parts and service department displayed exceptional customer service. They were ready to help and provide assistance with anything we needed. We are very grateful and definitely recommend Cenla RV Center.Once again, thank you :)

The entire team at CENLA RV is fantastic! Purchased a Jayco Travel Trailer and each step of the process was excellent and looking to the benefit of my family. Had a few hiccups; manufacturer end of the process; that the staff worked tirelessly to correct: with 100% transparency! Fully recommend and when my wife and I are ready to upgrade: we will be heading straight back to them!I am no good with names, but wanted to publicly say thank you to the General Manager; for getting personally involved with the guys and making it a reality for us. And Dustin, thank you for cutting into your own time to do the same. And all the techs for coming together and getting it lined out!

Please go see Steve Walker for your RV needs. He is awesome and very knowledgeable. You won't regret it!
