I came from out of state and noticed my headlight was out, I m a college girl living on my own and don t have much family down south. Ms.Veronica went above and beyond to help me, she wasn t sure she was able to do it but she did. And even went out her way to try to get someone else from a different business to help me.

Stop in this store today to have them check battery in my car, 2014 Kia optima. They couldn t/wouldn t check cells in battery but sell me another battery. So I bought a new battery almost $300. Employee call shop next door to come replace battery in car. It took him a hour to get the old battery out he hammered it with a hammer used an assortment of different tools from auto zone to get old battery out. There was no reason what so ever it should have been hard to remove and replace that battery. Now the car will not even turn over and try to start. The man tried to charge me a $100 from the shop next door. Thought auto zone changed your battery when you bought a new one from them. They were very busy had to leave car over night. It will be interesting to see what they find the problem to be, I certainly plan on filing a complaint with corporate.

Mr. Harris was the best. I have been to other auto zones in town and some zoners acted like they didn't really want to help me. But.. thank to him and his kind mindset I'm back to my life without worries of being broke down and vulnerable in town. Thank you so much. Samantha

The two ladies was outstanding today Ms.Rita and Ms.Kayla! I was just observing how they helped a customer save and point him in the right direction on what would be better than the item he was purchasing!!!! I consider that great customer service!! Happy Fourth!!

Struggling to find the right part? Then go see Ms. Rita at AutoZone (Lee St). She is so knowledgeable about their products and she makes sure that you leave with everything you need to tackle that mechanical task.And the added Smile and eye wink at the end of the checkout, lets you know that she is confident that she has helped you to the best of her abilities.Thank you, Ms. Rita

Great staff at both stores in Alexandria. Very personable and helpful, plus a couple have down right super senses of humor! I would say prices are average big box chainstore prices but the staff and their ability and williness to,help you that's what I'm talking about right there!

Manager (a male) was very rude to his employee while employee was trying to change out my headlight that I purchased from this location a week before. The manager came out of the store multiple times, yelling from the doorway so EVERYONE could hear, rushing the poor guy because he was having a hard time removing panels in the way of headlight (it s an equinox, and changing the headlight is more complicated than it should be). Mind you, the employee was only out there 5 minutes before the manager started rushing him, telling him to hurry and come back inside and telling him he would no longer be allowed to come out and help with customers because he is talking to long (no, there was not a line of customers waiting inside. Not sure what the rush was all about)The manager did not once offer to help the guy change the light, and after the third time coming outside to rush the guy back in the store, my husband and I told him not to worry about it and left without getting headlight changed.This review is not for the employee, because I would give him 5 stars for how he handled the entire situation. However, I don t understand how a manager, who s number one priority are the customers, could be so rude to someone who s only trying to help... IN FRONT of all the customers! If they were busy, I would be a little more understanding, but I m leaving this review in hopes that his attitude toward his staff changes. Who wants to deal with that while at work??I still don t have the headlight in, but will gladly figure it out. Don t want to risk anyone getting fired for trying to help us out

I had to buy a battery, Mrs., Rita gave us immediate help even when the store was busy. She managed her time to take care of everyone. She tested the charging system and the battery, My battery was bad and out of warranty so I bought a new one, I was in and out in 5 minutes, Being an employee of AutoZone for 5 years in the past, I can tell you, if there were more like her, AutoZone would be number one without a doubt.

I went into the store a few days ago for some oil for an emergency situation and the staff here (lady manager and young male associate) made my visit truly pleasant, they were very welcomed to have me there and made me feel that way extremely satisfying customer service!!!!!

Rico was the best Autozone employee I have ever encountered. Not only did he provide a great service with a great attitude, but he helped solve our car troubles (while evacuating at that). Highly recommend this store and Rico.

Ms. Rita is one of the managers that work at this location. She's knowledgeable on products and truck Maintenance; very down to earth in conversation with customers. My roommate always has a pleasurable experience when he works with her

300 miles from home I had a coil pack failure on my f150. Robert and Lewis at the Autozone in Alexandria were awesome and helped me get it fixed and get us back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I can t thank them enough.

Good service, Pretty Knowledgeable people about vehicle Maintenance. Gotta love the Military discount , always makes the difference. The Employees always recommend the OEM like item for warranty purposes.

Dominiqye was so patient with. He replaced my battery in a matter of seconds. Ms. Rita, was very helpful also.
