They did an incredible job! We had a large window crack and we were worried it was too large to be replaced. We called Alexandria glass and the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. They came out the same day to take measurements and said the glass will be ready in two weeks. Exactly two weeks later, they came by and replaced the window and were super fast and friendly. I highly recommend!

I placed our order for shower doors in October of 2021. It is November 2022 and we still don't have a working door.We ordered a few doors and a mirror. They installed the doors around December of 2021. After about a month or so, I realized that one of the shower doors was sagging and would scrape the floor when opened or closed. I called Alexandria glass to let them know and about a month later, a technician made his way out to fix it. He told us he would need to order a part then left. We didn't hear from them for a month or so and called them again. This time the technician came to our house and took the faulty door, saying he would reinstall it when the parts arrived. After several months of not having a door, we called to ask them when it will be reinstalled and were told the parts weren't in yet. At this time it was August or September. Almost a year from our initial order and we still didn't have a door. We asked for a refund and within the next few days, the part arrived. The technician came out and reinstalled our door only for it to still scrape when opened or closed, this time, the top part of the frame. Along with this, the technician was rude and gruff while he was here.I will not work with them again and am going to call a different company to fix the door. It is over a year now from our initial order and our door is still not in working condition.Instead of appointments, the technicians will call you from various numbers when they happen to be near your house and expect you to be able to leave work. If you can't drop everything and go home, you won't hear from them for weeks after.

Never delt with this place before but if there work is as bad as their driving skills. I'll never deal with them ever. They have no regard to public safety or even there own as far as that goes.

They took 4 months to do our shower doors. Never called us with updates, lost our template, set install dates and didn t show or even call. No one seemed to know what was going on. Blamed everything on other people. Didn t take responsibility for their own lack of service. I m giving them 2 stars because the doors look great now that they re finally installed, so that s worthy of 2 stars. We will not work with them again or recommend them to anyone.

The guy sitting in the front office is a smart mouth arrogant person!! I'm guessing he is the manager or owner, if he is I can see why he doesn't have much business!!! His worker is very overbearing and rude!!! He could have had my business but he was all over me about what I needed to do!!! By the time I left there I was upset and still didn't get what I needed accomplished!! I think I will stick with glass tint etc.

Randy and his team at Alexandria Glass do amazing work. When two of our car were vandalized he had the glass ordered and installed the next day at pricing that beat all the local competition for both cars. They take the time to make sure the job is done right the first time with quality materials. I highly recommend.

I was on limited time. Luke and Dave got my windshield off and replaced in about 40 mins. Overall great experience and I will be using again for other services! 100% would recommend

They were very courteous and professional. They did a great job for me and have low prices. I totally recommend Alexandria Glass to anyone needing a windshield repair or replacement.

Randy is wonderful! I had a window replacement and had some issues but he was very helpful and went out of his way to make it right. There are many choices for glass repair in Alexandria but I can tell you choose local not some corporate entity and Randy will make sure you are taken care of!

Just had Alexandria Glass replace my window. They were great! Fast service, professional, extremely polite and the price was terrific!I wholeheartedly, recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I am considering having them do another job, bigger job, in the near future!Thanks Alexandria Glass!!

I had them tint my vehicle, they did a great job!So I then had them come and install a shower door enclosure, they did a great job and very nice people. Thanks Alexandria Glass!

Took them about 3 hours to change front windshield and tint looks great gps takes you to shop the actual office is next door

Randy Estes was so biligerant and out of control with both his staff and a customer over a mistake his company made. I was shocked to discover he was the owner, I assumed he was an inmate on work release to be acting in such a foul and unprofessional manner.

Called between 8-8:15am 2 days in a row. (11-26/11-27)Was told the workers weren't there that could give me a quote. Man was polite.

Very rude. No customer appreciation. When I asked their employee that was working to please not smoke inside of my store he became very combative. Would not recommend.
