They don t answer the phone and do not understand car audio. I asked the guy for a amp and he said they don t sell amps.

So, I was told when I called that the day I wanted to come would "be perfect"; this was about four days prior. So i get up and drive an hour and a half to get there when they open. The guy goes and looks at my vehicle, tells me he remembered talking to me, and then goes and checks with someone in the garage. He comes back, he does apologize, but one of the guys friend's was there and they had "a lot" to do on that vehicle...and could I come back on another day, which is a day I work, because if I wanted them to work on my vehicle I would be there "all day". The man I talked to said "they don't tell me anything". I drove an hour and a half on my day off and straight got shafted, then did the drive of shame an hour and a half home. Personally I would give them zero stars were that an option and, no I won't be returning.

Although I had the wrong part for my radio, which was my fault, they helped me out as best they could and they are very friendly. Very skilled people that know what they are doing. You can totally trust in them to get the job done. I definitely will be back when I need something else done.

Had a single deck installed today. I'm super satisfied with the work and the service. Didn't take long at all and the price was very budget friendly. No upwelling. All my questions answered. Wonderful experience.

This place is a Rip off. The tech tried to tell me that my speakers were busted, they weren't. He was clowning on all my cables and wires because " they wasn't going to be enough to keep up" but really they just wanted me to buy their stuff. I eventually got my system installed on my own and they sound great.

Well in for a key pad battery but they was out of them but he did gave me some good information on the problem,which was helpful to me.but that's where I want to go to get my CD install and speaker they have a good brands to choose from. I didn't get to see the full line of all what they had but I can tell that they are well schooled in their perfession

Experts! Had a problem with my factory stereo that no other place in town could ve fixed, and they made a great solution! Took their time, did it RIGHT the first time. Very friendly service and a super clean repair/install of components!

Helped me for almost an hour try different wiring set ups to use the harness adapter I had already bought. Was very helpful and didn't charge me anything. In the end I couldn't make it work but he had a more expensive adapter in stock that worked right away. I was even allowed to try it before I bought it.

Cue touchscreen stopped working in my 2015 Cadillac XTS, so instead of spending $$$$$$$ at a dealership, I bought the replacement touchscreen on Amazon for $79.99 and Ace Audio installed for me for a very reasonable price. Great job!! Thank you so much!

Don't bother calling with questions about electronics parts ... Called to ask about a timed relay and even had the part number/manufacturer for reference ... Employee had no idea what the piece even was nor did he bother to even ask or look to see what I was talking about .. Just got told, "No sir I don't really know what that is but I'm sure we don't carry it." ... Really? ...

I would say that this company trust its employees to much as I had a pair of Kenwood 6 x 9 s in the rear of my car with no amp or anything and a custom Kenwood radio. There was a guy who came to check the stock door speaker which i believed and later confirmed had water damage but he didn't know about that, he was messing with my radio and instead of pressing the button to release the face plate he yanked it off and later complemented me on my subs. Granite the 6 x 9 speakers sounded great but someone who was experienced with speakers (even personal experience) would know the difference between a speaker and a subwoofer. I do like that they carry a wide variety of performance items for sound. I recommend these guys as a retailer but not a service provider.

BAD EXPERIENCE. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY COULD CARE LESS IF YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE THEM BUSINESS OR NOT. I ASKED FOR AN INSTALL AND THEY SAID COME RIGHT IN. I GET THERE AND THEY TELL ME THEY ALREADY WORKING ON A CAR AND CAN'T DO MINE. I TOLD THEM WE JUST TALKED ON THE PHONE AND THEY SAID COME IN.THE EMPLOYEE THEN TOLD ME IT'S NOT HARD TO DO IT MYSELF. IN THE MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION A GUY WALKS IN BEHIND ME AND TELLS THE MAN HE NEEDS HIS RADIO LOOKED AT AND THE EMPLOYEE WALKS RIGHT OUT THERE TO LOOK AT IT. WTF?!!! MADE ME WASTE GAS AND WASTE MY TIME. SAVE THE HEADACHE AND GO TO BEST BUY. COST MORE BUT IT'S STRESS FREE AND IT'S A PROMISE YOU WILL GET GOOD SERVICE.

Horrible. Went here to see if they could help me with a few questions about my radio and wiring and very rudely said they would charge me $120. After that he said he doesn t have anyone to look at it.

Good place but if your looking for a radio if is definitely cheaper to go to bestbuy or buy online. 100more for the same radio that's sold everywhere else
