Kevin at the Albany Napa not only helped me find the correct battery for my key fob but replaced it. He is always friendly and helpful. Great asset to the store and company!

This store is my favorite go to for nearly anything I may need. Kevin is a phenomenal salesperson and is highly knowledgeable an always can find what I am looking for no matter what. He definitely is without a doubt a valuable asset to this store and company.

GREAT customer service from Kevin at Napa in Albany today! Super grateful for his knowledge and assistance in finding us the right part and even helping us install it! Napa has definitely won us over from O'Reilly. I even called at the Hammond store to let his manager, David, know how pleased we were, and David was very customer service oriented, as well. If you need anything auto, go ask for Kevin in Albany or for David in Hammond!
